  1. No yellow post, I don't think there were yellow post were made stating that they were not going to allow addons either. This is from a recent expo Q&A. http://www.twitch.tv/gamespot/b/319398572 - Link to Vid http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=466178 - Link to SWTOR thread discussion.
  2. You would probably cry, "Hey where did my guild bank go", since the fleet is the only place to access it.
  3. Nah, the Great Sarlacc server.
  4. How are they preventing casuals from participating in Rated WZ? All they said is it takes 8 people to que up for Rated WZ. Guilds may have an easier time of getting a group together but there is nothing saying that Casual players can't get a group of 8 and que up. Start a guild for casual players, maybe you will generate enough members to have 8 players to group for a Rated WZ once a month. If you want to do Rated WZ more than that then you are more than a casual player.
  5. /sarcasm on I agree with the OP, but that is not enough. I want to unlock a legacy ability that allows me to create a new character and he is already level 50. I don't want to have to do all those FP hard modes to get gear, just give me the best gear possible with the creation of the character. Load of credits to start with would be nice also. Bioware this game sucks there is nothing to do. /sarcasm off
  6. There are so many other threads with this same discussion and the same points you make being debated and yet you had to be a SSF and create your very one thread. While he didn't say super servers he did say Massively Huge servers.' Move to - You can't move to the same server it has to be different. New servers - you don't say new if the were the same old servers. Higher population- not just double but massively huge, sounds to be more than just raising the cap of current servers.
  7. If the top 20 server estimates are correct and a current server holds about 3000 people. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=449144 How many people will these new massively huge servers hold?
  8. Now let me underline and bold key words for you and then explain. They are pushing hard on servers that are massive compared to the ones they launched with. They in fact have these massively huge servers set up in house and are testing them with the new 1.3 patch. Everything gets tested in house before it comes down the line to the "Test Server - Weekly Patch" Now they would not have said move to new servers if these were in fact the same servers they launched with.
  9. I thought of that, but I didn't find the imperial agent to my liking.
  10. For a better community 1. Server merges/transfers (massively huge servers) 2. Better communication between the community and the Developers at Bioware. (this includes Bio Community managers) 3, Better relations between the community itself with each other in game and on the forums (everyone needs to have a more helpful attitude.) 4. No more. "I quit threads" If you start one then you should be banned for life, especially if this game has to go to F2P. (I prefer it didn't) 5. Once a day a Developer should pop in and post something relevant to the game. (A different developer, maybe with a brief bio of what his job is.) 6. Developers shouldn't wait until they have a lot of things to tell us and mince words about it. If you have said something was coming out in a patch and it doesn't give us a clue as to why. If it is still bugged says so. Don't leave us in the dark. 7. We as a community should never demand stuff to be in the game. It should be a suggestion and placed in the proper section of the forums. Well this post wasn't primarily about 1.3, But is should give everyone a clue about what we would like our community and communication between each other to be.
  11. Yeah you are right. I need to learn their proper names. Not just calling them the blind race, or the horned race (race that Darth Maul was), or the white and black race. Green and blue race. (chiss I think), I think, Human, Cyborg, Sith Pureblood are the only ones I know by name. (most likely because I know how to pronounce them.)
  12. That was what i was going for. Blind Bounty Hunter.
  13. Yeah that is what my nephew did.
  14. No, I do not know what classes are rare, what races are rare, I am saying that you will have to level a character of the race you want to play in a particular class if it isn't open to it without unlocking the legacy. Like you have stated you will have to level a race to 50 in a class that most likely isn't your first choice. That will take time. Most people don't want to invest that amount of time just to do what you want to do. Or you can pay a lot of credits to unlock that particular race if you already have a legacy high enough to purchase it. It takes a lot of time to gather the required credits. Most won't want to spend that amount of credits. Doing what you want to do has no value to the game play except it is something different to do. (More of a roleplaying thing if you play on an RP server or just want to be different. Will someone else do what you want to do? maybe..... but all classes can be a human.
  15. Apparently you are the one that doesn't know it isn't going to happen. You will find your answer in the following developer's blog. http://www.swtor.com/blog/community-qa-may-25th-2012-%E2%80%93-special-edition-game-update-1.3
  16. Not really. I can see the announcers of the Huttball interrupting commentary with a small commercial. "This segment is brought to you by Coca Cola"
  17. It would most likely be more rare than a human. It requires a lot of work and credits on top of that. Some will not be willing to level a character up just to get a race unlock or to spend that many credits. But it is up to you want you want to do. I am working on a different race so I can unlock it for a different class. (not telling so you can't copy. ) It is worth the effort if you want to play that race with a class that isn't available otherwise.
  18. It hasn't been implemented yet if you read the article and the author of the article says he could see it working in F2P games. If you aren't paying to play you really can't complain. I agree if its placement looks like it should be in game. But interrupting with a youtube type commercial or the likes will turn me off the game rather or not it is free to play.
  19. If I didn't supply you with quotes that were misquoted you probably wouldn't have anything to do.
  20. Bumper stickers on your space ship. Random advertisers calling your halocom. Monsters spouting off "Have you tried such and such" with their dying breath.
  21. It most likely has something to do with the Unreal Engine and Epic Games. http://www.lucasarts.com/company/release/news20110426.html
  22. Don't blame the CS- most likely he doesn't have a log just like you don't have a log and no one can track these thieves. They sliced into your monitoring systems and there is not a trace of them left. I bet it was that Dread Pirate Roberts who took your belongings. Or the possibility that your account has been hacked. If the tools to track aren't there the CS's can just give out things willy nilly, cause I think I lost something I left in your bank too.
  23. Then level all those to level 50. Or start on another server. A different server type. RP server even. The galaxy is yours. Try to see if you can get a level 50 character by doing just Missions on your ship when you get it. Try some of the crafting. Go fishing: Wait sorry fishing isn't in yet. (I want fishing) See if you can accumulate 20 million credits before the next expansion. Start another character of the same as your 50 and choose the opposite alignment path. The story changes. Well the list of possibilities can go on. Show me a person that only has one character on wow maxed out and I will show you someone that only resubs when new content is available.
  24. True the should have said sometime between June 21st and halfway to September 21.
