Try reading the DEV Tracker. They respond quite a bit. Maybe you are just upset that they don't respond to your post personally.

No, but blizzard has their EU and NA servers separated so one can not log into the other. I would hate those playing on an EU server logging into my server on their maintenance day as much as they would hate me logging into theirs. So until they split it up to eliminate ques if BW goes separate maintenance days. I say one day for all is the best way. Demand separate maintenance days and the segregation of the NA and EU communities just like Blizzard does.

If they do they will have to divide the servers where EU can not log into NA servers and NA can not log into EU servers, otherwise it will just cause some to belly ache about que times. They might even go as to choose which servers you want to play on. But if EU players choose to play on NA servers then the are say they don't mind the maintenance time. But like AC classes once you chose you can go back unless you reroll. (purchase new account). But then if they patch NA servers first and then relize there are some bugs. They may decide not to patch the EU servers but still leave the patch up on NA servers till they can fix both. (Blizzard has done this. Not often but they have) As I see no matter what they do someone is going to QQ about something so they might as well just keep it as it is. (Oh before you say it doesn't effect me. It does. I do most of my playing at night in the early morning hours of 2am to 8 am. est)

From reading through this thread it is just you. I think you have more post than the rest combined.

They chose the hero engine because it was heavily instanced. That is how all the story quest are handled. So it basically met their needs in this regard. But this engine has be modified so much that it isn't the same engine that they started with. As for the better graphics. Graphics are a choice. They chose a style they wanted. They weren't going for realism as this is a Sci-fi fantasy game not reality. Watch some of the developer documentaries and they explain why they did things the way they did. If you have a problem with the design of this game then this is probably not the game you are looking for. Move along.

I think the only time a need role for a companion is warranted is if the companion is out as a group member in the flashpoint or whatever. If no companion is out then it is need - greed party members only. PS. I want to need for all my alts too. /sarcasm off.

Did you forget already. What they say at the conventions isn't legal and binding unless it has been posted upon the forum site. And really no body takes the things Stephen Reid says seriously anymore. Just read what he says in the article. It may or may not but no one has discussed it as a possibility before launch or even shortly after launch. He contradicts what was said at the convention. But as a result of this discussion and the Flip Flop way Bioware has been addressing matters, I have changed my sub from six months to one month. Next thing you know people will be complaining as to why my character can't go up in levels and do quest for me when I am off line. My companions can do missions when I am not logged in.

Your choices are thus. 1. Start a new character on East coast server. 2. Wait for character Transfer service. 3. Move to the west cost. As far as time and money are concerned. Starting a new character would be the most feasible. There is no rule against having multiple characters or playing on more than one server. There is no rule saying you can't play more than one character at a time either.
