Will we see a widening of the available color crystals that Artificers can craft, both in the colors themselves (adding the oft-requested purple, for starters) and stats (the also-oft-requested Power, for one), as well as a removal or lessening of Light/Dark restrictions for Green/Blue/Red crystals, at any time in the future?

Will there be a queue system for flashpoints? I know many ppl want to socialize and prefer grouping with friends, but what about some of us who have busy work schedules, etc. and don't have time to try to get in groups. will we have the option at least to queue? Will we even get to experience this part of the game?

What's the status on the client-side toggle option to enable chat bubbles that James Ohlen promised to be a "high priority feature for launch or shortly thereafter" at the Fansite summit?

 

Are they still slated to be patched into the game soon? Can you give us an approximate estimate on when we'll see them in the game? Patch 1.2, perhaps?

 

It's one of the most asked for features that's missing in The Old Republic.

When are you going to fix Warzones being able to continue with 5 republic vs 8 empire

The imbalance makes the warzone un winnable for republic side as the extra three players allows for exploitation. whether it be camping the ball in huttball, keeping people stunned, so they can't cap in alderan or allowing more people at the doors to set bombs in voidstar

Is there any potential of having devs get in touch with current theorycrafters to work on tweaking mechanics and other small things (such as itemization on end-game gear, for example) slightly for optimum performance both with the bosses and players?

Since the patch that has made Ilum almost completely useless on many of the servers that are "over-run" by one faction or another, are there any current plans to make Ilum and other "warzones" playable once again via a "bolster system" or some form of "buffing" dynamic to make the faction with less players on that side able to accomplish their dailies and weekly quests without being constantly "zerged" and farmed (for valor and kills)?

What plans do you have to ensure that future OPs' mechanics are clear and the fights are not essentially 1 shot?

 

To clarify about the mechanics a perfect example would be Ancient pylons in EV HM. That the debuff prevents the same person from clicking again for 17 seconds or so is clear however it's not entirely clear why the pylons will occasionally lock out entirely, preventing further clicks for everyone. The pylons will also not reset after the fight meaning to try again you have to reset the instance and fight through the trash again.

Have you given thought of ways to fix the imbalance on servers. Possible merging servers into Clusters, ala Dark Age of Camelot. Giving incentives to the under populated faction. Closing off the faction with the highest population on the server.

When will it be possible to rebind the "Create Ticket" key on my keyboard? Currently when I press the backslash key (the one that looks like \ ), a "Create Ticket" window appears as well as the Helpdesk Center. This is very annoying when accidentally missing the backspace or enter key to chat.
