Remove her current gear and see how that works. Remove and re-add her Customization slot. That should do it.

The same way they didn't update us for a month when the sparkly eyes were a thing, I doubt we'll get anything from them now.

I have a few questions regarding the lore that TOR built and other general things. 1- What happens to the Sith Empire? It's nothing new that the Sith will cease to exist at some point in time and eventually come back as a much smaller faction that ends up collapsing on itself, which leads to their presumed extinction and the Rule of Two. But how? What causes this? How did the Republic manage to surpass them? I mean, it's rather obvious that the Republic has more victories over the Empire, but how will this work out in the end? Any assumptions? 2- What happens to the Eternal Empire? It's baffling to know that such highly-advanced culture that had connections to an ancient machine-world capable of creating sentient war-machines and fleets... to just vanish from History? Perhaps it was lost during the Holonet purged or was seen as myth as time went on? 3- Why does the galaxy forget about Yavin IV? Yavin IV has had two major strikes: Revan's Return and the Rebel Alliance. It's stated that the planet was re-discovered, meaning that it was safe for the Rebels to take shelter, away from the prying eyes of Palpatine's Empire. What causes this? Is the planet just forgotten? How useless is it in terms of economy and re-population? 4- How does a Jedi leave the Order? In SWTOR and other timelines, there are tales of Jedi who managed to leave the Order. But how? What if a certain Jedi is deemed too dangerous? I'm sure that simply exiling said person will do anyone any good since it can turn to the Dark Side and cause havoc. What are other excuses for someone to have no choice but to leave? Can someone leave willing? If yes, how does that work? 5- Why are humans held in such high regard? This is mostly meant for the Empire. They're just as important as the Purebloods. Why's that? 6- What becomes of the Sith Pureblood? The lack of any mention of these species the closer we get to the Clone Wars is concerning. Do they truly become extinct? Thanks in advance.

I would work on it if I could. But sadly I don't have that much time, nor expert regarding the lore, and I barely have any idea how the mechanics work. I am also completely unfamiliar with the wiki's layouts.

I checked a few, but they were meant for hardcore endgame content. It's hard for me to find a working build for 228 or 230 sort of gear. All of them ask for Augments and other things that are out of my reach.

I haven't mentioned any official users working on the wikia. I'm fully aware that it's run by the fans. And there's plenty of reports stating that SWTOR has been doing far better than Guild Wars 2. As a matter of fact, Guild Wars 2 has been doing very poorly this year, but it still saw major improvements over their wikia and other sites.

The wikia is one of the most helpful websites when it comes to a video-game title. A game like Guild Wars 2 has its wikia constantly updated and provides all sorts of information, tutorials, and explanations to almost every single topic. Sadly the same can't be said regarding SWTOR. The wikia is outdated, some pages are missing and it lacks polish. How are people supposed to find help if they can't even trust the wikia? Let us also not forget the lack of proper guides. It's been a nightmare for me to gear up my characters because guides are either massively outdated or only respond to hardcore engame gear... How is this helpful? Answer: it's not. It's really lackluster and really makes one's gaming experience poor. I was forced to organize my Sniper based on my Gunslinger settings. The wikia and some other sites didn't even have then new skills or renames... I had to screenshot and record things for myself. It ate a lot of time.

I think we should all spam these bugs everyday. I'd hate to wait another month or two for a bloody fix.

Try the Jedi Knight, Sith Warrior or the Imperial Agent.

You forgot the eye colours, missing textures and dye issues!

I just saw a few people with the Revered armor set, and the skirt's textures were missing. In-game they are all pink, and blue with some letters on them when Previewing them. I browsed about this issue and it stats to use the Repair option... but said Option is grayed out. What am I supposed to do?

You're mistaken. The sparkle is gone. But there's a new issue. They added more to the existing textures, making some existing character look as if they were on addicted to drugs. And there's also a "bug" that screwed up most colours. Many Twi'lek lost their original colours. Some colours such as brown and green have changed. My human female had dark brown eyes, and now they are gold....

After this update, there were a few errors that my launcher wanted to fix... which made me wait for six hours to get everything right. But now there's a new issue. Some armor sets, including Proficient Hitman, are now invisible. My characters are now naked because of this. I thought it was just me, but it's happening to several people. Not only are the eyes all messed up, but now we have to worry about armors?

No, I don't like it. My human always had her eyes as dark-brown. They're now gold. My other characters, including the Twi'lek are unbearable to look at.

It's really bad.

I have been waiting for them for a very long time. When I heard the rumors early this year I started saving up. I figured it was coming out behind crates... but I was willing to try them out. Spent all my funds today, and didn't get a single Gold piece. A really massive disappointment... And all the weapons I got were previous models from older crates. This feels so unfair.

My game has been updating for the past three hours at a snail's pace, encountering several errors along the way. Everything was fine at first. Then an error popped up and the launcher asked me to scan the files. It's now been stuck on "Repairing 51" files for hours. I did restart the launcher several times. It would download things at an extremely slow pace, the amount of KBs in question varying from 800 KB/s to 4 MB/s... like some kind of fidget spinner. And it always encountered the same errors, again and again. My version doesn't have BitRaider or anything of that sort. I wasn't expecting something this serious. I decided to leave the launcher repairing those 51 files... and it's been like that for a few hours now... even though it states that the connection is going well at 4MB/s. I would hate to spend a few days re-downloading the entire game again! Besides this, I've noticed quite the list of growing issues regarding the eyes... again and other issues related to armor sets, Quest Logs, the Story Instance and Flashpoints, animations and much more. You really outdid yourself this time BW! And a bonus: Thank for the fantastic Customer Support service. I'm really glad I got approached by a moderator who lacks the basic knowledge of reading, ignoring 80% of the Ticket itself. It's fantastic to lose an item that you spent real-life money on and then have such an incompetent address it! Update: it went from 4MB/s to 300 KB/s. What's the point of having a good internet connection if this is what I get?

Just like countless other things, this will not get fixed.

These guides aren't exactly "helpful". They give more headaches than anything else. I too got my launcher broken thanks to this wonderful update. Not only did I receive an error midway, my game is now constantly obsessed with repairing 51 files. It's been like this for three hours now. My launcher is non-streaming.. and such options aren't even available.
