Ok, so I after much frustration, I decided to re-install the entire 30+ GB, and still the problem persists. Launcher is still stuck at "installing 100%". I feel as if i've tried everything. What do I do??? I just want to play

Have never had issues until this update. No matter how much time elapses, or how many times I restart, the client reads "installing: 100%" , resulting in the Play button being disabled and the "repair" option is also disabled. What should I do?
