And what about the Iokath companion bugs? You fast travel to Iokath, your companion is unsummoned. You enter one of the forms (walker, monitor, turret, mouse droid) and, when you return to your character, no companion at all AND sprint ability disabled. It happens with any stealth class. Also, if you're mounted and attack an enemy, sometimes the class buffs won't reload on your companion until the end of the fight.

Yes, but you'll need to keep juggling between light and dark all the time. The same as before: nothing (except the Darth Occlus name at the end of the Inquisitor storyline). In fact, being neutral isn't beneficial at all. You won't be able to equip some old lightsabers and relics attuned to light or dark, can't use the items sold by the fleet's dark/light vendors and will get light/dark tokens if you do the juggling I've mentioned above, but won't be able to buy anything with them.

Did you try to reset the mission? You'll have to gather the bodies again, but hopefully the mission will proceed without hiccups.

You won't find them at the GTN, because they're bind on pickup. The Esstran Exports vendor at the Cartel Bazaar sells it, but now is extremely hard to get reputation points and Cartel Market Certificates, since they don't drop from the newer packs.

OP, you aren't forced to accept Master Ranos as your companion. When you do her alert mission, you have the option to reject the companion and she will be permanently unavailable for your Dark Side character. Simple as that. On the other hand, if BW already voiced Darth Hexid, it would be nice to have her as a companion in the future. As a subscription reward, perhaps?
