I am aware of how to properly claim a license companion, and ya I tried the back and forth theme still no resolve. If I could fix it right without waiting days I would this may end my spending on SWTOR I am tired of the run around

Yes I checked pack viewer and unclaimed items and everything I could think to check cause that is a lot of Cartel Coins to just go up in smoke, and yes I already put a ticket in I am posting here because someone said I can get a faster reply from posts. I spent my hard earned money so I can wait a few days for them to fix a problem that should have never accrued. ????? :-( I am not very happy with this.

I purchased the Creature Companion: Akk Dog for 1,575 Cartel Coins for the sale today on 11/21/2017 and it took my coins but it did not give me my companion. Can you fix this asap cause that is my real money there and I am highly disappointed that I am having to write this out.
