  1. Oh good, that was what I was suppose to do. Like I said I did just that, submitted a new ticket with the ticket number of the old ticket and the name of the character. Thank you for your help.
  2. Forgive me for asking what must be a stupid question, but how do I reply to a closed customer service ticket? I submitted a ticket in regards to the missing Galactic Season companions and I was told that to validate the claim I would need to verify the name of the character that has the mounts from the galactic seasons unlocked, but the ticket is listed as closed so I can't update the ticket. How do I reply from here? I just tried submitting a new ticket with the ticket number and the name of the character. Was that what I was supposed to do? If not, what am I supposed to do from here? Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Again, sorry for asking what must look like a dumb question...
  3. I didn't find the companion items anywhere in my inventories or unlocked in collections for any of my characters. However the level 1 subscribers mounts WERE unlocked in collections on my main (both season 1 - the Shadowlight and season 2 - the Tellurian Thurrb). Should I have only gotten those mounts if I actually did unlock level 1 or do I get those mounts regardless as a sub? Was I supposed to have gotten the companions along with the mounts?
  4. I hope you'll pardon me for asking, but are the Altuur Zok Adon or Fen Zeil companions now permanently unattainable? I'm embarrassed to admit this but I didn't notice the whole Galactic Seasons and didn't know what it was until Season 3 😅. I'm probably out of luck with Altuur Zok Adon since I think it was during Season 1 I went on a hiatus long enough to have been stripped of my Guild Master title (which I got back the next month since the rest of the guild seems to be on permanent hiatus 😁). However during season 2 I at least played enough to acquire enough underworld syndicate plans to make outsider with the Shadow Syndicate (I didn't know what those actually were at the time 😅). So is there any way to Altuur Zok Adon or Fen Zeil at this point or are they permanently gone now? Again, I hope you'll pardon my daftness on the subject.

I finally heard back from Customer Service, and they were nice enough to send the Unstable Arbiter's Lightsaber to my character via in-game email to my character due to the sale ending before the ticket could be serviced. Looking back, I think I was just more worried that I somehow rendered my ticket illegal, such as that I worded it wrong, submitted it under the wrong category, or more recently that I somehow made it impossible to verify by making more cartel market transactions; sounds stupid, huh? So if anyone here still has some unanswered tickets, hang in there they're doing the best under the present circumstances, such as again trying to sort out the technical issues that would come with implementing a massive undertaking such as the server merge and trying to manage such big servers, and during the holiday the holiday season to boot, which can be quite a stressful time (possibly why they postponed Rakghoul Resurgence Week this week perhaps, would probably a bit difficult to manage given everything that's been happening). So again hang in there, they WILL get to you eventually. I'm sure it's been a long week for us all, more so for Customer Service and other tech staff here no doubt.
  6. I have to say this is indeed one of the best MMOs I've played. Sure it has its issues, especially now with big overhaul such as merging a bunch of servers into five large ones (which I now understand is to be expected), but for all its problems past and present its still one of better ones I've played (although honestly I've only played two others, Ultima Online and Star Wars Galaxies). There's a storyline campaign (each class has a unique story, which I find interesting), weapons aren't "nerfed" (at least in my opinion), and best of all, there's a group finder feature (and even without it finding groups in this game has proven moderately more easier then in the other ones). Overall, a truly good game in my opinion.
  7. If you mean becoming a legendary player, then I believe so. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Legendary title is storyline related and not level related so I don't think you'll be barred from it.

My apologies here, I never meant to imply that the people behind Customer Service were droids that live to serve us, and again, I'm sorry if I did imply that, and you're right in that they indeed have their own families, friends, lives and issues to take care of, and I do understand that completely. Also, just like I meant to say, they're probably swamped with tickets and other issues related to the United Forces server merge (good call with that by the way, at least in my opinion ) and again with that I understand completely. I'm sure it's on their to-do, and that they'll get to it eventually, and I truly appreciate that. Again, sorry for my lack of patience. It's probably been a LONG week for Customer Service. I really hope their doing okay and their not too stressed out over what's been happening with the game...
  9. On Monday I tried to purchase a Unstable Arbiter's Lightsaber, but ended up getting the message "PURCHASE FAILED! An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. Error code: 16" so I never got the Lightsaber and I was still charged the 5320 cartel coins. I immediately issued a CSR ticket (Ticket Number: 32668895) (Category: Account/Billing/Subscription) saying: When I tried to purchase the the Unstable Arbiter's Lightsaber from the Cartel Market I got an error message saying "PURCHASE FAILED! An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. Error code: 16" and I still got charged the 5,320 cartel coins, which is recorded in my Cartel Coin ledger. Would it be at all possible to get the Unstable Arbiter's Lightsaber or my cartel coins refunded? If not, I understand completely. Any help would be appreciated, thanks; and if I submitted this ticket with the wrong category, then you have my most sincere and humble apology. However, it's been three days since I issued the ticket and it still hasn't been answered yet and remains open, yet the ticket I issued the on relatively the same day about [HEROIC 4] The Shroud Revealed not updating properly due to not being in sync with the group leader (Ticket Number: 32670137) was answered the next day (although it was the standard "We wanted to let you know that we identified the problem you ran into as a bug. We’ll fix it in a future game update." response for mission related tickets). This isn't the first time I've ran into this problem, back on July 30th I tried to purchase an additional bay for my cargo hold but ended up getting the same error message and the bay did not unlock and I was still charged for the 475 cartel coins, so I issued a CSR ticket (Ticket Number: 32153978) and it was answered the next day; the rep who answered was real nice about it too, he refunded the coins saying that you should get what you pay for when you purchase from the Cartel Market. So again, why hasn't my ticket been answered yet? Is it because CSR is being swamped with tons of other tickets related to the server merge? If so I understand completely. I'm sorry for being so impatient with this, but I paid $40 for those cartel coins and I'm starting to feel like I just put that $40 to a match, and as the rep from the previous ticket said, you should get what you pay for when you purchase from the Cartel Market. Any help would be appreciated, thanks; and if I posted this in the wrong forum or if this shouldn't be posted anywhere in the forums, you have my most sincere and humble apology.
  10. Same thing happened to me earlier, and on Section X too. Shortly after wrapping up [DAILY] Imminent Threat I noticed that the bonus mission for [DAILY] The Dread Guard was active and on stage 2 for some reason (could it have anything to do with the fact I've done it before in the past) and I noticed that me and my companion no longer met the requirements for any of our light side token equipment, so when I checked my alignment I saw it was down to the 300s when it was previously maxed out. At this point I don't feel like I should even bother wasting my time trying to find the words for this to sent in a ticket when the only response I'll probably end up getting is "The Template". At least for me, this game has been REALLY glitching out these past few days . According to SWTOR Calendar, Rakghoul Resurgence: Tatooine was supposed to have begun this week but it doesn't seem to have started; if it ended up getting cancelled I can see why. Sorry for being so irritable and for going a little off topic here.

Oh well, at least I was lucky enough to find another group for the quest and was able to finish it this time (I think one of the members went through what I did with the quest last night at some point). Now I just need to wait on that ticket for the lost cartel coins (I hope I didn't essentially just put $40 to a match by purchasing them). I'm not giving up hope though, I once tried to buy an extra cargo bay, and the same thing happened; I issued a ticket and got my coins back. Too bad about that Unstable Arbiter Lightsaber though. Anyway, sorry about getting a bit off topic here.

I think I figured out what caused the issue, a member of the group was slightly ahead in the quest, so he became group leader so the quest only updated for him and not the rest of the group, so the group was slightly out of sync in the quest. Is there nothing that can be done at this point now? As I mentioned before, I don't think I can find another group for this quest. Again, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I just finished the final boss battle and saw the following cutscene for [HEROIC 4] The Shroud Revealed with a group but the objective didn't update for where I was supposed to go to Coruscant to finish the quest, it just remains on "Infiltrate the Shroud's Lair", but for some strange reason it did update for the group leader. Is there any help I can get for this issue? I already submitted a ticket for it. Please don't tell me I need to reset the quest and do it all over again, because as difficult as the multiplayer puzzles were the most difficult part of the quest was actually FINDING a group for the quest, and I don't think I can do that again... Sorry if I appear cross, but this game has been really glitching out on me today. When I spoke to RL-4 to get the ops Karagga's Palace it gave me the quest "Intercept Course" and told me to speak to P-3BD on the hanger of the Gav Daragon with the arrow directing me to the hanger for Hutta operations, but he isn't there. Where is P-3BD supposed to be located? If he's supposed to be located beyond the ops border then I think the quest is glitched because you can't get through the border if you're not in an ops group and if you are, you get teleported to the ops area as soon as you touch the border so there's no way to get past it to get to him. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

When I tried to unlock an additional bay for the cargo hold with cartel coins I got an error message and the bay did not unlock and I was still charged for the 475 cartel coins, which is recorded in my Cartel Coin ledger. Would it be at all possible to get the additional bay or my cartel coins refunded, or did I just essentially take the 475 cartel coins and burn them to a match? I'm probably banking on the latter, since I can't remember the error code, and if so I understand completely. I already submitted a ticket to CSR, so I'm waiting to hear back from them. Any help will be appreciated, thanks. If I posted this in the wrong place, then you have my most sincere and humble apology.
