  1. Exactly. Doing the daily every day is not 'forsaking your life'. Its 7 hours per week for a 242 item.
  2. Agree. This will trigger some people but for people who do have the time to grind, this (after these changes) is actually the fastest gearing system there has ever been. It took me 5 months to get full Nim gear in 4.0 with the priority ops system because we went through 100s of raiders who won a load of gear and quit the game after 3 weeks and people with 10 alts who win gear on all of them. With the component system and a few lucky crates I have got full Nim gear in 3 months total which is only 1 month from the release of the component system. It still sucks pretty bad for alts though since they don't have the 236s to upgrade to 242 and have to start right from the beginning with 230s.
  3. Is it only the March them down daily, or does the Zero tolerance daily give components too?
  4. The daily and weekly could be a bit higher, but that's pretty good. Horaay, GSF is dead! I got so dam sick of it I get bored by the first match of the day at this point.
  5. They won't make another MMO. MMOs are a dead genre. There are hundreds of small niche ones but the idea of a AAA MMO other than WoW is long dead.
  6. Fake news. You would have to be the luckiest person in the game to get that much gear in crates.
  7. Well it was unofficially confirmed today that there are 2 more tiers of command crates so that's part of the answer.
  8. Cos most of the people who play the game are really really really really casual.
  9. Just dinged 300. Got 4 242s in total over the 120 ranks of tier 3 (and 1 was a bad relic so 3 usable ones). So less than 4% chance of getting a set piece same as I said at tier 2.
  10. The circles are completely stupid. You can't see vital ad spawns. Why do BW always have to find a stupid new solution when undoing the change is all that's needed? Why were the icons changed from purple to blue anyway? Just change them back to the old purple and they will be fine.
  11. The problem is GSF/WZ is is such a massive grind for components that the fear of spending 30 hours grinding components to buy a 236, only to get a 242 of the same piece in a crate, kinda pushes you to focus on CXP after all. Really its extremely unlikely to happen because it's very unlikely to even get a 242 in a crate at all, but it did happen to me the first 242 I got in a crate.
  12. They actually fixed custom channels... sort of. You can create and invite people to them again now but the person never actually receives the invite.
  13. Increasing components from WZ = so GSF is dead again lol, well that lasted a few weeks. 250% and legacy stuff is good. Would be better to get a % for ops rather than just 'greatly increased'.
  14. Its finally something to spend that million jawa scrap everyone has on, so no its not too much.
  15. I'm coming up on 230 without any 242s yet. I only got 3 236s in tier 2 crates.
  16. Disintegration should be 25% or 33% of a rank, not a fixed amount at every rank so it its worthless at tier 3.
  17. Indeed. 300 crates is literally 250 greens, a bunch of blues and very few set pieces. They should get rid of A mods for DPS too... Like they did in 4.0. Why did they bring them back again for 5.0 blue gear?
  18. The funny thing is that if they are doubleing the CXP gain but probably adding 2 more tiers worth of ranks to balance it out if you look at the DM'ing. Unassembled components are indeed too low. GSF gives good components if you win but these days winning is like 1 in 10 or 1 in 20 games. It was more like 50/50 before GSF actually got popular again because of the components.
  19. So now Ravagers exploiters are eligible basically.
  20. Simplest way: increase the daily activity bonus from 20% to double. (The day when PVP is double CXP will be pretty bad though lol)
  21. Well the ultimate solution would be to have a rotation guide in the discipline window like WoW had in Pandaria because a lot of people just aren't even willing to read a guide. Doing something about the main ability that kills their DPS would be a good start though. Even if its just writing in the tooltip 'Does low damage' or something. If the game is going to focus on group content again it needs to do more actually in the game to tell people how to not suck at it. Arsenal mercs and snipers are usually fine but its ridiculous how many sorcs play it wrong.
