  1. Why is it that I log into Sateele every night at 7 pm till 11 pm EST and have to wait forever to get solo ranked pops. And yet when I log into Star Forge during those exact same times the solo ranked que pops are almost instant or at the very least 80% faster than Sateele? Maybe us ranked players should chose one server to be the premier solo ranked server? It seems as if of the NA servers Star Forge has un officially been made that by the players by themselves. Maybe its time to announce one of them the premier since now in a few weeks it will be cross faction? I would love for this to happen. Comments...…………………...
  2. Well if they fixed the queue system to try and keep same elo level players playing each other it would be fine. I think if they fix that and with the new cross faction update, the ques should be busy enough to group similar elo levels to play on your team. You brought up a great point, but this issue is a whole entire discussion in and of itself.
  3. I have played ranked since season 1. I have titles for every season since 1. I am and have always been active in ranked game play and I would love for SWTOR to implement this. I like you have worked very hard towards all the rewards I have and have absolutely no problem with bioware re introducing these rewards back into the game. Your position does not speak for me and I am a veteran to every season. Your entitled to your opinion, but my opinion differs from yours.
  4. Great job Bioware! I do have 1 question for you. How do I unsub to this game again? I hope its easy and fast. You people need to get your act together.
  5. #1. Why since Tuesdays update has GSF completely died? With the release of a new map I would think it would be more frequent not less. On star forage GSF queue pops went from almost instant to hardly ever pops since Tuesday. Its like people have zero interest in it anymore. #2. When I went to run my weekly's on the daily planets (cz-198, oricon, yavin, etc etc) they are suddenly ghost towns. We went from 3 or 4 instances before Tuesdays update to now nobody being on any of them anymore. What happened? Did something happen that I am unaware of by this development team or is this game died since Tuesdays update? Thoughts please
  6. I would like to ask a favor from the development team. I know that this just ended, however I think it is very important to ask and mention. Could you please run the 300/900 rename special the next week after the next update? I have SEVERAL friends that have just returned to the game and missed the special and are in need of them. Most of my friends not have a ton of credits and would be happy to take advantage of a 300 cc rename price. If possible could you respond to this thread so I can at least let them know that they can look forward to doing it next week? They don't use the forums so they are relying on me finding out what's going to happen. Thanks in advance!
  7. Well that is nice information about up and coming additions in the game but what I am in search of is weekly events. Rakoul, BH, Gree, etc etc. Those are the events I would like to see a calendar of. I don't even know what this weeks event is for instance. Or if there even is one.
  8. Is there anyplace where I can find a list of the weekly events or the lack there of? Every week I don't know if it is bounty hunter week, or if its gree event. I am clueless. Where can I find a list of up coming events and also current events? Thank you!
  9. I just have a few comments and a few strong suggestions. I would think that everyone knows that your dragging your feet on the character transfers on purpose. You guys don't want an immediate un balance and end up with one of the 2 servers being emptied or unbalanced so soon after a merger. We got that. I understand. No problem. However there are other options that you guys could use to help accomplish what you want and NOT make people mad. #1. Leave the double or triple XP for leveling toons for the foreseeable future. Now what that does is have people making *NEW* toons on a different server and not completely abandoning their server of origin. Plus it will get lowbie player content booming again for all the new players in the game etc etc etc. That's a nice way to balance servers rather than the NUKE option of a character transfer. #2. Will you stop teasing us with CXP boost weeks or weekends. I mean seriously stop this. Between 3 servers that I play, Darth Malgus, Satele Shan, and Star Forage I have almost 70 level 70 toons. I only have 2 of the eight classes to 300. And I play this game every single day. When you have the "CXP double weeks" that rate should be the bare minimum on a regular everyday basis. The double CXP should be double of what the double events give. In other words your way off on the return rate of CXP gains. In closing I think if you do those 2 things that the games servers will stabilize very quickly. Without those things I think your going to have people not playing and chomping at the bit to transfer characters and rather then making more toons on more servers to play, will end up abandoning servers like we have seen in the past. Seriously team, look into this and consider making just a few changes that will really make this game lively and get even new players an active player base. You guys know what to do. It would be nice to see you doing it. You made changes to CXP gains. That's nice too see. But honestly it just isn't high enough. Most of us have 20 or more toons. The DvsL event alone made alts a household name for everyone. Get this on the right track. Easy adjustment for amazing gains for this games player base.
  10. Thank you for that. I have always found myself in defensive mode for speaking out about this issue. I have been playing this game since launch and only returned to the forums years of silence because of this issue. These forums have brought out the worse in me. I returned to the forums about server mergers because I like this game. I returned to the forums because I wanted to be a thorn in the side of bioware because I KNOW what they have been doing about this issue is wrong. Absolutely wrong and harmful to this game. And yes I have been very strong spoken about it because of that reason. My very serious and strong approach to these issues wasn't directed towards the players. It wasn't directed towards the forum posters. It was intended as a direct shot across the bioware ships bows and not other players. BUT it didn't take long before the forum rats and white knights turned it onto a 300 page debacle and one of the largest argue feast this game has ever seen. "Game Has Died, Nowhere To Go" http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=875472 was intended to get the attention of the development team and CSRs about a problem I KNOW was real and NEEDED attention ASAP. It wasn't an opinion. At the time of that post this game between NA and EU has over half of its remaining servers with zero queue pops and unplayable for a new player outside of storyline gameplay. It wasn't intended to be a crap storm. But the white knights and forum rats in an attempt to hide the truth of the issue made sure they did everything they could to discredit me and ANYONE that dared to agree with me. Well 2 years later here we are. I just wish they would have done this when the game was in dire need of this. I was hoping they would not wait till the game was damaged and almost on its knees. I will end on this note. A quote from someone far wiser than me once said and I could not agree more. And it sums up exactly how I feel and fits this issue. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
  11. I believe in honesty. There are others that believe that lying to benefit is ok. The game has been in trouble population wise starting about roughly 1 1/2 - 2 years ago (depending on who you talk too). Rather than put my head in the sand and white knight the game I have been vocal about it. Not because I get off on being negative, but because we have a development team that either cant or would not address the issue. These server mergers and hardware updates should have taken place 2 years ago. And the fact that bioware allowed me to yell and scream about it for almost 2 years is the point of it. Having completely dead servers online for new players to make toons on is wrong. Plain and simple. The fact that people like you do not like me pointing out that is inconsequential. I honestly could care less what any white knight, dishonest, and stiff necked players thinks of that. I have been very vocal on this matter. And I have also been 100% accurate on my assessment of this issue. And not only that but I also laid out a rescue plan almost 2 years ago of creating two servers for NA, an east coast and a west coast server. (go check my posts on this you will see). And its funny how years later here we are with 1 east coast and 1 west coast. In closing I may not be the most liked person on these forums. That's fine with me. Sometimes standing up for what is right isn't always popular. But I can tell you what I have been. I have been spot on with my post like it or not. And honestly if my advice had been taken this game would be in a far better place population wise than it is now including my suggestions on CXP.
  12. I said I would return if bioware did server merges. You need to read.
  13. I made my first thread about how dire it was that server mergers happened immediately almost 2 years ago. Yes almost 2 whole years ago. That's about the time that 4 of the servers went full blown ghost town and the rest started getting their life sucked out by Harbinger transfers. Now 2 years later AFTER all the horses left the barn bioware decides to close the barn door. I have one question and 1 question only: Why did you people wait until it is too late and the barn is empty to shut the barn door? In other words, why did you allow all this turmoil created by dead servers to fester for almost 2 years and do an unbelievable amount of damage to the games population before you addressed this obvious problem? I would love to know the real reason why. But whatever the reason, it sure was painful to watch this game the last 2 years while this was ignored. Shame on you bioware. You were warned.
