Hi, The new animation that was added for Plasma Probe in 5.1 is way to dominant, its covering other telegraphs and making a lot of noise. As a Engineer Sniper this is not a AOE that's used now and then, it has a 100% up time in the rotation, and my group mates are yelling at me But I can't stop using it, as it's 20% of my overall damage as a Engineer. Pluss a debuff. Compare it to the Gunslingers Incendiary Grenade and you will see a animation with almost no sounds and just a slow burn on the ground. So please to stop the complaint from tanks and melee do something to tune this animation down, yes it looks cool but standing in it all the time is not fun and it covers other important telegraphs. Have even seen group members run from it The old one was annoying also but this animation takes it to another level..... There are others like it, like the Assassin tanks purple mist (not sure what it's called), but it does not have a 100% up time.

1 Set of Legacy gear with blue 240 filled up, and that will cover any dps/heal alts...

Just to add one more thing to this, I have a Tier 3 Merc, Tier 2 Sniper and a T1 Operative/Scoundrel combo. Due to doing a few OP's and being able to craft 234s and 240s for left side and weapon the Op/Scoundrel combo now have 6//7 230 set bonus, but are still rank 54 and 19, and NOTHING at all from the tier 1 command crates will be a upgrade... Lots of CXP to grind for nothing at all! So yeah alts are not welcome at all in 5.x..........

What's in a Command crate is a bigger problem then just getting more crates. There are way to much 'junk' in the drop table, like green 228s, 232s, and 238s. Opening a crate and seeing a item like that is more like slap in the face then a reward. Second part is duplicates, somehow finding a way to make them useful.. Overall the randomness of gear in the crate is a bigger problem then the amount of crates you get.

Now remove all crates gained below rank 30, and see what the results are A big difference for rank 32 that is 3010 CXP for next rank and rank 250 that is 4830 CXP. A rank 250 need around 60% more CXP to gain a rank. Getting a crate a hour at high ranks you need to farm something, no way to do that doing regular activities. And for the aggressive farmers stop penalizing all for what they do, if its unwanted find a way to stop that not do blanket changes.

Thanks for the new animation on Plasma Probe on my Sniper, I get even Tanks and Melee to run from it And the best is that for most fight I can sit 20-25m away and keep it up 100%.... It has a great annoying sound and after lifting it into the air its really annoying to anybody that has to stay close to the target Bit of a let down to switch to my Gunslinger and see that no sound slow burn on the ground....

Barrels, Hilts, Mods and Enhancements schematics only drop from OP's bosses or PvP crate, a small chance for 1 in the daily PvP crate and 2 in the weekly crate. PvP crates are giving you schematics based on you Command Rank Tier, so to get 51s you have to be Tier 3. From PvE you have to kill NiM bosses to get 51s. .

The drop table for Tier 3 : As you can see the items are moved around a far bit. T3 Relics are from EC NiM.... And a chance to drop from Revan in ToS HM.

Where do I find this NiM KP ? NiM EV and KP was removed long time ago.

I have guild mates that refuses to do it We even are fighting each other now and then. And from 5.1 it matters, winners get 5 Unassembled Components, losers get 2...........

And why do GSF need gear? Oh wait its PvP.... So they are entitled to a 'reward'. Forget all about FP's, Urp and other activites in game. Play as you want my ***.

How long will I last in that team if I need 5 min breaks say every other game and some of em may be longer then 5 min? Not all have the time or health to do it over and over again. And is it fun to be facerolled over and over again with no chance at winning? Premades often takes all 3 bases as the other side just gives up. I would rather wait longer for a que to pop then to face a premade, its alot of new players playing PvP now due to it being 1 of the best sources of CXP so they have a even higher chance of success. And from next week unranked is not just for fun, it will be a way to gear up, and winning team will get that easier.

And only for the 2 most vocal groups in the forums PvP and raiders, rest get zero changes. Lots of Multiplayer content and solo gets nothing with this 'update'. Why? No new items in the crates, and they are giving a Crate Token for every rank you have done when it goes live. Source if this? Yeah they did mention the PvP system being like the old 1 with 3 tiers compared to 4.0s 2. But nothing about using scraps to upgrade gear from crates and or gear from op's token.

This was never about not being able to play with friends. It was about FAIR fights. But that's a dying concept in today's MMO games, it's gank or be ganked... And those defending it the most is those that would have won a fair fight, the so called true PvP'ers It's win with any means necessary, legal or illegal. Want to play with friends? sure play against a group of other friends, they made it work for ranked.... And yes que times may be longer, but that's the price to pay to be able to do it. And all can't make a group and do WZ after WZ, for me its maybe 2 then I need a break due to RL, then another 1 and maybe a 30 min break, then maybe 2 more etc, can't expect friends to follow a schedule like that....
