It's from the basic commendations vendor, in the supply area at the fleet, it's the TH-31A Elite War Medic Body Armor. This is Constantine's current look. The gloves are War Hero Supercommando gloves, gun is Kashyyyk's Legacy, Belt/Bracers are Black Hole Demolisher. Boots, Legs, and helm are various orange modifiable pieces.
