  3. I find myself agreeing with this guy for once. The very small dots fill no purpose. If you want to make veng jugs a dot spec then go all the way, OR, remove the dots and make it all single target dmg. Dont stand in the middle hesitant on what you want to achieve with the class.

  9. I dont think you quite get it, but i dont blame you for skipping the last couple of pages. I dont defend the strenght of these cooldowns, i try to explain that there are various ways to handle them, mechanics wise. Because in the end, BW can buff or nerf the numbers depending on the mood they happen to be in at the given time, but the players will still have to fight the mechanic. Somehow NOT hitting the jug when he pops his self heal is something people have "kinda ish" learned how to handle, doing the same against a merc is impossible to accept to these grandmasters of intelligence.

  13. Let me enlighten you then You can use a 2 min cooldown stun breaker to get out of net. So, using a cooldown to negate a cooldown is fair in that regards. But not the other way around. Gotcha! On a sidenote, you are being quite arrogant yourself, why throw rocks and accuse me of being a jerk when you make such a wonderful job of it yourself? You see, i can really go out of my way here and act really badly because i dont really care if i get banned, i hardly play the game. But the outright lies about how the mechanics in this game work annoys me, so i stay here and bicker and toss out little crumbles of wisdom and have a fun time doing it. I will keep debating this to my hearts content because i sincerly think you are wrong about the mechanics. The numbers is a different thing, a whole different thing and i have made that clear in the past. I assumed the 15 stacks was to be nerfed the first time i read it, i was equally surprised that arsenal mercs got to keep chaff flare absorbs with these new toys. Lots of things have surprised me with this patch, the communites inabilites to play effectively being one of them. (Lies! I never expected much from the community)
  14. They so do, none of them may be 100% super counter wich would be dumb but that you lot just refuse to accept that the ability has any counters at all is at BEST laughable.

I must have offered like ~ 5-6 different things you can do if not more and ways to 100% counter the shield and even though it all works, every single advice given has merit given a certain situation; the two of you are just 100% stoneheaded and refuse on every possible ground. Sure, be baddies then. I tried to help you understand and give some pointers, even though they were made with loof arrogance (you dont deserve more then disdain after all). So stay bads for all i care. Quite a lot of players admit that mercs cooldowns have made them interesting to fight and yet they can still win, not all the time but yeah they win. Not you two though, wierd that huh? mm.

  17. You can spam APE oh sorry, i mean AoE attacks fueled by stacked rage you already have or saved up for (that's called planning ahead) or perhaps with the rage generating cooldown you got. Vengeance version of smash that spreads dots dont require rage and does not require a target either so use that as well. Voila, dps done without healing the merc. You guys have the answer right here, you can keep doing dps for the few seconds this is in effect. But you keep whining instead. You are both baddies and so salty about it
  18. Only explanation i can figure out is that Bioware with those good ol´ metrics, noticed people tried to skanktank A LOT! And thus, made it easy to do so for anyone. Everyone benefits! Except...the actual tanks, who now hardly got anything to do in PvP....ah yeah, smart move. We have DPS classes, we have HEALS and we have tanks, wich we dont need anymore. Kinda, i mean for serious 4vs4 then a proper tank is likely better to use. But you get the drift.

  24. *Sigh and yawn* How does a veng jugg counter the self healing shield of the merc without healing him and still do dmg to the merc during the activation time? Mm? It's so simple, i was actually waiting for you to say it but looo and behold, you couldnt figure it out. Lets look at the skill descriptions. Responsive Safeguards: New ability exclusive to Mercenaries which absorbs all single target damage, reflects 50% of it, and heals you for 5% of your health each time an attack is absorbed. Secondly Trauma Regulators: While Energy Shield is active, you generate a stack of Trauma Regulators each time you receive direct damage. Stacks up to 15 times. When Energy Shield expires, each stack of Trauma Regulators instantly heals you for 5% of your maximum health. WOW, now that is very interesting! Do you get it yet? You can have a 100% uptime on your dps and not cause any self healing at all on the merc. Now go sit in your noob corner and be ashamed.
