Well, if you log on at the new asian-pacific servers right now, they are full and 2 have queues even. I tend to believe that when a game is launched many people play a lot of time but eventually their playtime will go down to normal rates. This does not have mean however that there are less subs. Around peak times most servers still show standard or heavy and on the weekend still some more. I have also seen that the amount of people on the fleet says nothing. Mostly there are more people on planets like Nar Shaddaa, Coruscant or Dromund Kaas than on the fleet, which leads me to believe there are not so many people standing around bored on the fleet, but playing alts or maybe even still their first character.

I have spoken twice with a gm, the second time over 2 hours with some impossible stuck problem, that they eventually solved. They are quite fast with reactions nowadays and they do take their time for you. Very much appreciated.

No one knows how many people are in fact playing this game and personally I don't care if there are 200.000 or 2.000.000 people subscribed. I will play this game as long as I like to play it and for now I still enjoy it.

They just give some incentives for people to secure their accounts better. Nothing wrong with that imo.

Why can't people just accept that different people have different tastes. For some Lotro is the better game for other SWTOR or WoW. It's good there are different games on the market, so we're not obliged to all play the same game.

Trask Ulgo does regularly in the weekend. I think most RP-PvE and PvE servers have no real balance problem.

I get the giggles from threads like this. What's the purpose? Showing how much epeen your system has or complaining about stuff that can't be checked by other posters anyway, because their system, their IP, their router, their modem is different from yours and probably their setups also.

I was on Trask Ulgo last sunday. I was playing in Tatooine, there were 84 people in that zone at that time. We went on the balloon with 10 other people. Didin't give me the sense the server is dieing, but then again that is just my observation. I don't come so often on the fleet anyway. It's all a matter of perception only Bioware/EA knows the real numbers.

Never going back to Korean grinders, I'll skip that one with no remorse.

If I leave this game some day, I won't go back to an old game. I never did go back to old games. For now this game is very enjoyable and yes, it's a game and that is what it should be. It won't change my life, I won't get furious when I encounter a bug, it's just entertainment. And in that respect there are just too little positive threads here, because why would you worry too much about a game, or why get angry with it?

I'm happy, I look for diversity in games, so I never stayed for years and years in the same MMO, but I tried most of them. There were some I liked and some I didn't like. I'm not the type for Korean grinders, so I'm quite happy with how SWTOR managed to pull away from the grind with stories. I'm also an avid single player RPG fan, so this suits me fine. Not said that Bioware can't improve, but I'll be around long enough for the next few updates.

I love conspiracy theories, but they mostly prove to be not true.

Well, I was on Tatooine last night and surprisingly there were over 80 people in that zone. We went for the balloon and we were not the only ones, we were joined by 12 other people. The fleet (republic side and empire side) on my server is at prime time almost always over 100 people. It's not one of the heaviest servers EU side, but the population still seems quite healthy.

Level 48 Sage, level 26 Guardian, level 17 Bounty hunter. Not bored, just getting sad my consular story is almost over. I will reroll alts, I'm not here for the endgame (never have been in MMO's). I will finish the class quest at 50 and romance my companion, maybe some PvP eventually, but I won't go raiding. I do want to see the stories of other classes and I hope that at some point the class stories will get new chapters.

I'm most looking forward to the updates in content though, like the story advancing and the legacy system. The rest I will take for granted.

I keep thinking that talking about stock markets on a game forum is at least a bit strange. Stocks are influenced by so much more than people liking a game or not.

We play a knight and sage, we also play 2 bountyhunters. When you are both the same class, you have to do the quests twice if you want to do them together. What's interesting is that you actually can do all quests together, even the ones on ships. You have to get aboard of the ship of your partner then (which is actually possible). We just discovered that only a few days ago.

I have an open WoW account. I think the last time I played myself is more than a year ago and only for a few days (my attention span for that game grew very short over the years). My son sometimes plays on the account, but the reason it's still open is because I wanted to buy Diablo III and my son wants to try the panda's. Anyway Diablo III will never replace a MMO for me.

I came here and I followed this game because after DA1, this was everything I wanted out of a RPG. And in combination with a MMO setup, so I could play it with my husband, would be awesome. And you know, it is exactly that for us. We both love to watch the stories and be able to play those stories together. We're not rushed, we don't need the endgame to bring us something unseen, we will do more stories.

I don't mind so much when people "help" me once, but you have those kind of stalkers-online, that keep following you wherever you go and "help" you with every mob you attack. I've always wondered why people do that. I can't get really mad about it anyway. I won't just help people without them asking, I will only buff them or send a heal if I see they are in real trouble.

When my server is heavy 50+, when it's standard about 30+ (republic side), but this is a pve server, so I don't think the faction imbalance is so much really.

I don't think BW is doing a bad thing with the patches, the few serious and annoying bugs I encountered, are already fixed since release. I did however make bug reports about them, instead of throwing them on this forum.

I'm with you and also with the guy who wondered how with all the visual effects already in the game, just this effect would cause seizures, headaches and the persons who say that you should watch the fight not the action bars. But anything different from what people are used to will cause complaints anyway. BW should do best to leave this a few weeks and then see how many complaints really remain. Maybe the can later fix this, by making the global cooldown customizable. If they change it back now, other people will start to moan, if they change it to the first patch people will start to moan, if they change it otherwise, people will also start to complain again.
