No I would have remembered that. It was a game I hadn't heard of. It wasn't really a full on flight sim, if I remember the screen shots and videos correctly.

There was "talk" that people heard it was going to be use or be like some flight game but I forgot what. Anyone here remember which game they said? It wasn't Wing Commander but once the name was said, 99% of the posts loved that game and became stoked. So hopefully someone remembers that post and the name of the game. But as for me I wasn't a big JTL fan. It felt like you weren't moving and was too slow paced for me. When it came out I leveled some and simply got bored of it and stayed on the ground. If it felt like you were flying fast through space and more faced pace I would have liked it, but everyone has different tastes.

I am staying subbed as well. Granted I have really gotten into MoP and back to end game raiding so it has taken a lot of my gaming time, but I still love ToR and plan on keeping my sub even if for right now I haven't been playing as much.

LOL fair enough but TSW is also pretty boring. I will say it was different and not horrible but that game didn't peak that high and many quit that game too. If it ever goes f2p I will probably try it out again, but imo not worth a sub fee.

GW2 was no where near solid, fun and working pvp, wvw etc. You must not have really played GW2 yet or maybe logged on and leveled to 5. Read the forums. The pvp is horrible and bleh in GW2. Nothing but a huge grindfest to level being that you can complete the content per zone and not be able to go to the next zone because you are 5 levels to low. You have to either farm the same events non stop, forced to craft, or go to a whole new starter zone to just catch up. GW2 fanboys crack me up.

For the love of God people this is NOT SWG. Why do people keep asking for this and crying that isn't in game? Do people even realize WoW, GW2, Aion, AoC, Warhammer, Rift, Tera, etc. don't have that either yet no one really cares that they don't? Why is it only ToR people cry about it? Ship customization or being able to add stuff inside for your own benefit I can see, but enough with the player housing. This isn't a sandbox game and has nothing to do with SWG. I never understood how people simply still haven't gotten that.

This is completely false since you didn't say "imo" but I played SWG and the NGE was horrible. It got a bad rep because SOE destroyed the game. Explain to me how it goes from 250k subs to 50k after the NGE then? Oh and yes I am sure many gave it a shot. It simply turned into a horrible game. Also SWG NEVER even broke the 300k mark even at peak. There weren't even many mmo options at the time like now. This really cracked me up: "You could buy cotumes and play as a jawa, gungan or even Rancor. You could fly all over the galaxy with friends, you could capture planets for your faction. Yet, all this and it did not matter because nobody would even try the game out. " LOL yeah that would make me come back. SWG offered free months a few times and trust me, some of us from the beginning of SWG tried it out each time they offered and it was as bad every time. So please for one stop comparing SWG to ToR and secondly please at least use imo when you are trying to speak for everyone when you have 0 information to begin with.

You sound mad and bitter. Don't take it out on ToR that GW2 was a bust and people in droves have already stopped logging on. GW2 has how many servers and people are already asking for mergers?

Looks like the GW2 and Tera forums. ToR is far from dying. If you think ToR is dying then that means AoC, LotRO, Rift, Tera, Warhammer, Aion, STO, etc. are all dead and buried because those games have way lower subs. Accounts for ToR are only going to up with f2p and I will bet the sub base after time will slowly increase also. In all honesty I could care less what people say except BioWare. I love the game and they are going to pump out more content every time. Too bad GW2 and Tera and other mmo's can't do the same. GW2 what? 2 events as their new content and one of them is done now? Was a horrible and boring event to begin with.

I would be surprised if Makeb doesn't extend our class story too. I would put money on it will be. Now companions storyline may be a little different. Not sure if those will continue or not. IF it is supposed to be a full blown expansion that everyone pays for, then I would expect and hope the companions storyline continues too.

Forgot about Quesh but that planet was meant to be small. Even then though it seemed longer than 2 hours doing all the quests etc.

I like your idea but sorry finishing a planet in 2 hours or so is a huge exaggeration. Maybe if you are only doing your class questline then sure but for a full planet + bonus series + exploring + ALL the quests even doing the heroic ones at least once is ridiculous and impossible to do in 2 hours. (excluding starter zones) Takes way longer than 2 hours. Even if you skip all cut scenes etc. it will still take longer than 2 hours.

Personally if they are doing this i would love to see different types of sabers. Like the ton-fun (sp?) or police nightstick sabers used by one of the book characters. Sai's sabers for the duel wielders which I believe were a type in the books too etc.

Yeah but then this will get out of hand because then Jedi could use guns. Look at Luke and Obi-Wan in Ep 3. Gotta at least be reasonable and keep it how it is for the game sake. People keep thinking just because something is in the movies or books then game should allow all of this. THIS IS JUST A GAME. Gotta balance out the loot.

There is no need for a gray jedi in the game. You either go sith or jedi. You add this extra option then you need to add extras for all the other classes. You can't simply give all the extras to one class and not the others.

"now would it be kinda stupid for a Jedi/Sith to change his Light sabers with normal AXES? hmmm guess not because the freaking Axes gonna do the same damage as a light saber, WELL DONE BIOWARE! " You basically are saying axes shouldn't do the same damage as a lightsaber because in the movies the lightsaber was so powerful. So by your theory then anyone using an axe vs a jedi/sith using a lightsaber will lose because their weapon shouldn't be as powerful. VERY good logic in a video game. That is called imbalance. Just avoid ibuypower and cyberpc or whatever unless you go through newegg, because I have heard many horror stories with those 2 companies.

For that price range you can get a decent gaming system but don't expect too much like ultra settings on all games now and the next couple years. But yeah check out newegg.com and another place but it is pricer, however, they might have something in your range too is digitalstromonline.com. Like the first poster linked you a pc which is pretty good for the price but I am not an AMD or Ati fan. That's just me though.

We don't know "everything" that will be going in it if it is an expansion. For all we know it is one planet and a couple other things. Well if they charge they could be adding a tons more stuff in it also. So jumping to conclusions, let's just wait until they give us more info on this and if they say it will be a charged expansion, let's wait and see what exactly will all be in it before assuming. For all we know the new space could be in it also yet they are keeping that part hush hush. We simply don't know yet.

The only one I know of is The Secret World offered one I guess. Not sure if CoH or something like that did also but definitely not WoW. I think they may be the only ones to lose on that deal heh. Unless they knew they were going to shut down soon.
