  1. This is a great analogy, other classes can do whatever an Operative can and more, so there is no reason to bring an Operative over other classes.

  4. Oh look, you are out of stealth and your damage is a joke now. Too bad I'm not an Assassin who is effective outside of stealth. Operatives can be effective, but other classes are more effective.
  5. WoW rogues don't rely on stealth like Operatives do. It is just an extra tool they can use, just like other classes have their own unique tools.
  6. In all honesty, I see other Operatives coming far before I see myself getting leaped to by that sent who just ran around the corner. Stealth is so weak in this game, you can be seen from 20m away if you don't have sneak up.
  7. 2-3 of any class can 'stun lock' Also, true stun lock doesn't even exist due to resolve.
  8. How to fix Operatives (A simple list I made in like 10 seconds): 1. Consuming tactical advantage has a 25% chance to restore 10 energy [To help with energy issues in sustained fights] 2. Operatives get Shadow Step [Melee DPS has to have a gap closer/pull] 3. Melee criticals reduce all active cooldowns by 1 second. (i.e. you just used backstab and then crit with shiv and the current cd left on backstab is reduced by 1s) [better sustained damage] 4. Every two poison criticals generates a TA (For lethality) [They lack TA generators]
  9. I lol'd. This game is not balanced around 1v1. Operative's problem is their lack of utility, mobility, survivability, and sustained damage. They currently offer no benefit compared to another class which fills the same role.
  10. Oh look, you uncloaked to hit someone, and someone else attacked you. Oh look, all those random AOEs flying around just knocked out out of stealth. Oh look, you were just seen from 20m away and attacked. You are now in combat and can't leave until the other person dies, or it has been like 20 seconds. Good luck doing tons of damage while you are unstealthed though. If an Operative is not unstealthed more than he is stealthed, the enemy team is bad, or the Operative is not contributing to the win (Cherry Picking).

  13. On any other game forum the mods would have at least had the audacity to comment on a situation, true or false. The fact that BW hasn't responded means that it probably happened, and they are embarassed to post here because they are in the wrong.
  14. Snipers will be significantly stronger than Operatives after 1.2 Buff Operatives.
  15. I don't know, what is this magical class? It doesn't exist in SWTOR... All patches have gone live from PTS with zero changes, so it is safe to assume these will follow suit.
  16. Bottom line: Sacrifice game balance in order to keep customers from unsubbing. The game is being designed for casual gamers, not for competitive pvp. This.
  17. Operative healers are the easiest to kill of all three. So what point are you trying to make?
  18. There is no reason for it, Concealment/Scrapper Scoundrels/Operatives are already the worst class/spec in the game, for both PvP and PvE. If anything they should be receiving buffs.

  20. Now we need to have our 1.2 nerfs reverted, and a gap closer!
  21. If you are getting pelted by 5ks from an Operative you need to get better gear.
