CHeck the thread on the PST forums for the DPS hit that snipers are going to be taking. The best sniper in PVP will be the one who changed to one of the viable classes.

You should probably go check out the Test server forums about how much of a DPS hit snipers are taking with the 1.2 patch.

I'd settle with longer range, because we dont actually have longer range, 40 or 45 for ambush and take down. And I'd be ok with just making the shield invisible with the little corner posts only visible. So long as it isnt a big red alarm light. Heh. My kids play CoD. My current PVP% is 12.17?...12.xx for sure. I am in full Champion with a BM earpiece and implant. No other BM gear.

It goes by the currently numerical value of your Valor.... ie.....if I am Lvl 20 Valor, and my numerical valor is 25666 of 26000....and there is a Lvl 75 valor, with a current numerical value of 25660 of 1,2000,000..... I am going to be the ops leader.

I dont forsee any quick fixes Why you ask.... Because Bioware made the crudest and simplest mistake that anybody since Counterstrike has known not to do. They depend on information from the client. Making it very hard to detect server side and should never be allowed in a game that involves PVP or MMO....of course....BW never made either of those before, so they didnt know, and all they got to do to fix it....is completely rewrite their code.

let's see....legs shot....2 second root....1 min cooldown Flashbang...8 second stun, so long as not damaged, 3 or 4 min cooldown Debilitate...melee stun for 5 second...melee Pulse...knockback...4 minute cooldown Did I mention that using any two of those gives a full reserve bar to the target? My CC as a sniper does more to help the other team than hinder.
