  1. That is MOST interesting, because I looked at that tab too. On the live server they didn't display prices prior to today.
  2. You can e-mail credits to them. Of course most level 10 toons can't afford a 50K perk...
  3. I'd like enough content to last for longer than 1.5 months without repeating the same quests over and over. I would also like actual content. And maybe a little civility from members of the community, that apparently like doing the same set of quest over again and again on each planet. I could go on, but I won't. The point is, that this update is almost as frustrating as members such as you, that want to bury their heads in the sand and act like everything is just great in the game!!
  4. Thank you, for saying this!! I was afraid that I was the only one that understood this!!
  5. Cheaper than a Legacy-Wide buff, huh? The prices are ridiculous, anyway. This is just another cash sink, to force people to grind credits and distract us from the lack of content added.
  6. Exactly. The economy is being hurt more, by the ridiculous amount of and for credit sinks.
  7. We have to also take into account that they have pushed the Legacy System as a major point of this game, and one of the major parts of Update 1.3. For this to be yet another ridiculous credit sink is very disappointing. Why attach these things to the Legacy System, since they clearly have very little to do with my Legacy, and more to do with individual toons. No real content with this Game Update, and a disproportionate amount of the update is a another credit sink. Do the Devs just not want to entice people back that left, or keep most of the ones that remain?
  8. I think they are currently overwhelmed. We too submitted a ticket for our guild bank on Monday, and no response, yet. There are some that finally got their guild banks, but did not have their tabs. It may be a while before you get a response.
  9. This was the same logic that TOO MANY people pushed during beta, and most of those problems went live.
  10. Considering the number of issue that have yet to be fixed, I would say this is wishful thinking. Do we really need more issues added to the pile? They can't even restore guild banks properly, and we expect them to fix these issues, too? To me, it looks like they are already overwhelmed by the server transfer issues.
  11. This is an inherent problem with doing server transfers and not allowing a choice of which servers to move to. On Monday, 10 servers were selected to all transfer to Corellian Run, someone should have planned for this eventuality. To say you now have to choose between which toons move and which are now uselessly left on dead servers is really bad customer service.
  12. It's pretty standard with MMO forums, to not allow people without subs to post. I have no issue with this policy. I think it's fairly important to be able to tell that the feedback is actually coming from the people that pay. That said, a lot of people have quit, and their reasons for quitting, and not returning are also important to understand.
  13. Have any other guild leaders had issues getting their guild bank restored? I submitted the ticket requesting it be restored on Monday, and nothing. It was bad enough that they did not simply transfer, and that we had to empty them. Any other guilds had issues getting theirs in a timely manner?
  14. Too soon for both. BioWare needs to concentrate on getting stuff in that is still needed and fixing things that have been wrong since launch. With the rate the populations have been dropping, I think announcing an expansion would be a huge mistake, at this point.
  15. Perhaps they should have gone with a movie, instead. They seem to be pretty good with cinematics and story.
  16. The saddest part is that this game was in development for several years!! It's like no one there had any real clue what an MMO should include. I agree, there is a whole list of things. Unfortunately most of these things should have been fixed or resolved before launch. This is also not just any other MMO, this is a Star Wars license. Star Wars is one of the most promotable licenses on the planet.
  17. This is it, exactly. Add to that the fact that the Dev Team has poor communication with the community, and seem to believe that everything is alright. The game is also not optimized for modern high-end machines, and the version of the Hero Engine that is being used is horribly outdated.
  18. In this situation, yes. It does not bode well, at all. This game going F2P is a desperation move. The other games mentioned had micro-transaction stores in place, and had data that would indicate the profitability of that model. These guys can't even get decent armor and clothing put in. What would a micro store offer? We can't get content and bug fixes in a timely and efficient manner, now, what hope do we have when it is free? I like this game. That does not change the fact that it's in serious trouble, and the Dev Team doesn't even bother to address the community to reduce concerns. Posting about closed-door presentations at E3, that revealed secret, epic, upcoming content, rings hollow to me, and sounds like the hype we got before launch. We all see how THAT turned out.
  19. I hate to be the voice of reason, but if the future is so bright and epic, considering the current state of the game, shouldn't all of these "closed-door presentations" been shared with the playerbase? It's not like this game doesn't need a major PR boost, and we need to see some actual hope. Saying that you told a bunch of people really cool stuff, but it must be kept a secret is pretty much useless.
  20. I assure you that BioWare being slow to respond to server populations is NOT the only reason people are leaving. We are six months in, and this game is just getting to the state that it should have been in for launch. 1.3 is very content-lite, from what they have promised. We have already been told that the newer Operations and Flashpoints will not be ready for 1.3, not will the additional companion quests (don't get me started on those). There appears to be no actual vision of what needs to be done with the game. It's like the Dev Team is standing around just wringing their hands, with no idea where to start. This game still has an amazing memory leak, is not optimized for modern systems, and that doesn't address the fact that once you reach level 50, it's the same old thing, with little hope of lots of new content, anytime soon.
  21. Hi. Are you the guild leader? As in, do you hold the rank of guild master??
  22. I apologize in advance, because I do not mean to pick on your post specifically. This should not be taking the amount of time that it is. As long as they have been talking about "server transfers" this should have all been mapped out months ago. This is a gaming company with EA and LucasArts backing them. You cannot tell me that they did not have the resources to do this in a fairly quick and efficient method. Taking too much time is what is killing this game!! It has taken too much time to address bugs and broken content, it has taken too much time to address low server populations, it has taken too much time to implement transfers, once they have started. Let's be real, with the reliance on cut-scenes, it is going to take too much time to add lots of new content and quests. It is taking too much time to get responses from the Dev Team about any of this. Perhaps, if they had taken the time to get the game in a state that was actually ready for an MMO launch, we would not have many of these issues, now.
  23. Exactly. I could not agree with you more. This is part of the problems with a game that is so linear. At this point, I could do voice overs for most of those quests, without a script.
  24. Kind of like an appearance tab...
