Don't bother with the troll. Watching your video made me learn to CC even more effectively.
We have few tools, but you really work with what we have. Impressive stuff.
Correct.
In PVP, cover can be used to cross some gaps at least, and make for a nice surprise.
However, in bossfights, ranged can keep firing, the rest of the melee can jump/sprint back in, and we're struggling to run back.
Note both marked lines.
This is the problem with the developers viewpoint.
We are viable, not competitive. We can clear the HM, but with 3x the effort.
And the devs are happy with this.
Hi!
I ran into this older post from Georg Zoeller.
Since now Scoundrels/Operatives have to work hardest to stay in effective range, surely they desevere a buff as well?
Ironically, Smuggle is good for one reason only, and it's a design flaw.
If you just popped out of stealth OOC and it's still on cooldown, you can use smuggle for a quick escape.
Like how NE shadowmelt used ot work in vanilla, but you're movable.
When my guild switched to NM for the first time, we had to make sure we werent accidentally sent to HM. We could finally confirm it for ourselves when we saw the HP difference on the NM council. Everything died just as fast. Except SOA, of course.
A DEVELOPER HAS FINALLY RESPONDED TO A POST IN THE OPERATIVE FORUM!
..Too bad it was about a post discussing someones level 16 operative damage.
Seriously Georg? I don't want to hate, but 2 weeks of silence and THIS is what you decide to respond to? COME ON!
