QUESTION: We had a group of people joined the WZ. No one on our team left at all, as we won Huttball 6-0. I'm sure people on the other team left, though. We did not receive credit. Is this saying that whoever joins first, regardless of team, if they leave, the winning team doesnt get credit?

2 for 22 here. Not playing that toon until they change it from RNG to some type of normalized progression. I would rather get one piece per week than leave it up to chance.

@OP It depends on the class you play. Each class has a different role, such as my Assassin. In Huttball, for example, I tend to cast Guard on whoever has the ball, and DPS anyone that comes near him/her. Merely doing that will give me 8-10 medals, and 250k damage. Big numbers don't always mean "guy who runs around PvPing"

You're mixing two different ideologies buddy. Life =/= video games. Well maybe for some. Here's the difference, since i have to spell it out - people say life isn't fair when it's something they can't control, like a pet or relative dying, or a friend winning the lottery. This game is completely controllable. All the devs have to do is... you guessed it, make it fair. Fair video games = fun video games, which is why we play them in the first place - for entertainment.

You're exactly right. Which is why people are mad. Some people got their full Battlemaster set by the time they were Valor 61, while others put in a lot of effort (as your title suggests) and have nothing. See, let me put it to you this way. You work 40 hours. I roll a one hundred sided dice, and if it falls on 25 or below, I'll pay you for your work. If it falls on 26 or above, you don't get paid. Your co worker works 20 hours, and has the same system. He rolls a 22 and gets paid, you roll a 44 and do not. He walks away with a check, while you are broke. Sound fair?

I have to side with the OP on this one. It's a bit of a grind to get to Valor 60, only to have a chance to get a Battlemaster commendation. I'm not a fan of RNG at all, as an empty bag isn't rewarding me for spending 3 hours to complete a Daily quest.

In his post he was referring to BM bags, which have a 25% drop rate ^ Confirmation. As of today, I'm 2 for 16. You spend 2-3 weeks just grinding to get to valor 60, only to have to do another week of dailies with no reward. Not going to log in to my Assassin until they change RNG, but I'm NOT quitting either. I'm just going to re-roll Republic. Hey, they could use the numbers right?

I know what you mean. I played an Asmo for 2 years, but in the last few months before ToR released NCFail made some changes that made being an Asmo...less awful. We actually capped Divine and held it for awhile. Then ToR came out and everyone quit playing Aion. On topic: I got my Assassin to lvl 50, Valor 60, and the BM bags with RNG have pissed me off beyond belief. So I rolled a Republic toon.

After Valor 55 you can expect around 10 hours per Valor level, depending on your luck with wins/losses, and your class (i.e., ability to get medals). As an assassin, I average 8 medals per round, but often getting upwards of 10. I took me 12.5 hours to get from 59 to 60.
