Game Update 7.2 - Known Issues

---------- KNOWN ISSUES GAME UPDATE 7.2 ----------

• Switching profile in the main quickbar makes the PVE button text disappears. 
• There is a discrepancy in the numbering of the quickbars.
• Mercenary/Commando receives multiple abilities at the same time in their quickbar when log in the first time since 7.2. Thread.

Items

• Vicious Slash ability on Juggernaut is playing the incorrect animation when used. Thread.
• The Ruhnuk Wanderer Chestplate is clipping and stretching in certain circumstances. Thread.
• The following items don't have dye slots:
  • Master Orr's Belt
  • Master Orr's Boots
• The Thyrsian Upgrade Cache is not always dropping a guaranteed upgrade. 
• Twi'lek's Lekku are distorted when wearing the Ri'kan's Helmet.
• The Jundland Cycler Sniper Rifle and/or the Jundland Rifle are no longer available be unlocked in Collections. 
  • These weapons were not meant to be implemented with 7.2, so they have been taken down from the Cartel Market. They will be made available in a future update. More information in the following post.

UI

• Utility Bar 1 appears behind the Welcome Window in the default UI when the option "Enable Movable Secondary Window" is deselected preventing players from closing the Welcome Window.
  • Workaround: Players need to move Utility Bar 1 via Interface Editor or select the option "Enable Movable Secondary Window" to be able to close the Welcome Window.
• The position of the Large Tooltip resets after the players do a transition. Thread and Thread.

Missions

• NEW - Completing the [HEROIC 2+] Possessed Hunter Mission is not completing the Dromund Kaas: Heroic Missions Conquest Objective. Thread.
• There is no option in the conversation with Rass Ordo for Bounty Hunter if Torian is dead. Thread.
  • Here are the missing lines:
    • First line: "Not surprised to see you here, Akaavi. You've been instrumental in helping against Heta's forces."
    • Second line: "Not surprised to see you here, Akaavi."

PvP

• Title and description for several PvP Missions are missing for DE/FR in the PvP Mission Terminal. Thread.
• The last 2 PvP Season objectives are not listed in the UI as unable to be completed after the subscriber character complete 4 out of 6 objectives. 
  • Note: PvP Season points are only awarded for the first 4 completed objectives. Completing the other ones will not grant any PvP Season points.
• The “Hold the Line” medal is awarded under the wrong name “Offense Medal” in the chat. The medal appears under the correct name on the scoreboard.
• Visual effect is missing from the PvP Battle Flags decorations when viewed from the Preview window.
• Class buff disappears when queued in a match group with, at least 2 other characters with the same Origin Story.

Galactic Seasons

• NEW - Reaching the Legend Rank with the Gambling Authority and Management doesn't trigger the Authority on the Subject Achievement for all players.
  • Players who reach this rank before the end of the season, but didn't unlock the achievement need to contact our Support Team with the server where they reach the rank and when they reach it. 
• Players don't receive the "Let it Ride V" Achievement despite reaching Level 100 in Galactic Seasons 3. Thread.
  • Note: Players who reach Level 100 but didn't receive the Achievement need to contact our Support Team.
• G.A.M.E Security and G.A.M.E Pit Boss Jacket & Gloves have missing textures when equipped on Female Body Type 1 and 2. Thread.
• Mandalorian-Marked Package can't be purchased after completing Showdown on Ruhnuk. 
• The Galactic Seasons Objective "Decorated Combatant" refers to Warzone Medals in the description. This objective will progress from medals earned in both Warzones and Arenas. This description will be updated in Season 4.
• The Galactic Seasons Objective  "Heading the Frontline" refers to Unranked Warzone matches. This objective will only progress by playing Warzone matches and will not progress when playing Arenas. This objective will be updated in Season 4.

Ruhnuk

• The following Heroic areas are not correctly identified on the map:
  • Part of Upper Excavation Site
  • Western Part of Ventilation Shaft
  • Maintenance Tunnels
  • Part of Freight Center
  • Small part of Water Treatment
• Players of both factions are not automatically teleported when pressing the "Travel" button for Solo Mission of the [Ruhnuk: Daily Area] and [Ruhnuk: Heroic Missions].
  • Normal Travel to Ruhnuk is not affected.
• On Ruhnuk there is no button or shuttle door to return back to the ship.

 ---------- BUGS FROM PREVIOUS UPDATE ----------

• The Ultimate Cartel Pack has the same information written twice in the Cartel Market description.
• The Holographic Weapon tuning is not correctly working when equipped on the Retired Gladiator Sniper Rifle.
• "Master of Manaan" Achievement does not complete if the "Master of the Seas" Achievement was completed before 7.1.1. Thread.
• Sa'har Kateen's Lightsaber is getting smaller after throwing it. Thread.
• Deconstructing items from the Material Inventory does not grant Augment Slot Components. Thread.
• High Roller Shades have invisible lenses during cutscenes and preview. 
• Character Details in the Outfitter window shows the wrong Damage value with active Weapon Stamp. 
• Players are teleported to the wrong location after being polymorphed into a Cargo Loader Droid in the Manaan storyline - Imperial. Preventing them from progressing in the storyline. Thread.
  • Current workaround: Transport to the Fleet and launch the Mission again. Note: this workaround is not working for all players. 

Pirate Incursion

• Players on Dantooine don't get their level shifted to the mobs level on the planet.
  • Note: Due to this bug, the minimum level required at the moment is 70. 

All worlds ultimate swoop rally

• It is not possible to complete the Blatant Beks, Horizon’s Razors, and Pit Screamers Perfection Achievement on Tatooine and Onderon. Thread

Galactic Seasons 3: "Luck of the Draw"

• Defeating the bonus boss from Maelstrom Prison Flashpoint in Story Mode is not granting any points.
• Weekly Objectives display 1/7 after the weekly reset even if no objective has been completed. Thread.
  • This bug is a visual one, logging out and back fixes the bug. 

Enlightened Spider Droid

• The visual effect of the Enlightened Spider Droid’s head is missing.
• The Enlightened Spider Droid pet's portrait frame is missing from the Abilities window.

We are taking down the servers for approximately one hour to deploy a fix for the PvP Seasons progression bug that was being reported. I'll update this thread when servers come back up.

Details on expected behavior when players log back in after this fix has been deployed. It is expected for players to see a clear slate on the progress bar. As the progress was not being saved when players logged out for over and then logged back in, there was no data to recover. 

Thank you to the players who reported this issue and provided details on their experiences. They were able to help us locate what the core issue was that allowed us to deploy the fix quickly.

Hi all,

Here's the plan starting tonight and going into the morning regarding the PvP progress bar reset issue. We will be deploying a fix tomorrow morning that will reset the weeklies as they should have been reset with today's fix.

IMPORTANT NOTE. Though this fix is happening tomorrow morning, players who have not completed their weeklies will be able to continue playing PvP today, and will keep their progress even after tomorrow's fix goes live.

Tomorrow's fix will be identical to today's. Players should expect the servers to go down for approximately 1 hour. We are targeting 8am CT. Should any of these details change, I will be updating this thread.

Adding note to Known Issues list that Upgrade Caches currently include Implants. Players should only be receiving upgrades to non-implants if an upgrade is available. A fix is planned for a future update.

The following bugs have been fixed with the latest patch 7.2a. More information here: 7.2a patch notes.

• The following weapons from the Family of the First Seed Weapon set miss their visual effect:
  • Family of the First Seed Lightsaber 
  • Family of the First Seed Dualsaber
  • The above mentioned weapons are unable to be purchased. They will be made available in a future update.
• Upgrade Caches contain Implants.
• Players cannot progress in Ruins of Nul Flashpoint. Thread.
