No email from BW in february. Been opted in since i joined forum (before game launched).

 

All emails i recieved from BW previously (new updates and newsletters) are in my email box. Double checkd spam folder and still nothing.

Hey folks,

 

I wanted to let all of you know that we are looking into the emails. For starters, here are a few things you should look for. As always, make sure to check all of your email folders, including spam, promotions, etc. The subject line of the email is either "A Familiar Face Joins Your Team - Play Chapter 10 Now!" or "Chapter 10 and Firebrand are here - Play Now!". I know of some users who deleted the email thinking it was just our normal newsletter, but your codes were contained in those emails.

 

Now, with all of that being said, I am looking into a few things:

  • Was the email sent to everyone who qualified.
  • Were there any errors during sending, that caused some people to be missed.
  • Did any other issues occur during the process which caused some people to be missed.

 

I have been going through this thread to verify that users were properly identified. As an example, Mutiny, the OP of this thread. I can see that you qualified for the email, and are on the list of people who received emails. So now I am checking on our side to ensure that users like you were in fact properly sent their email.

 

I will let you know what I find out!

I haven't recived the email either. And of course i have checked spam folder etc.

Hi Eric, as mentioned, I too have not received. That said, if you check my account and see a 1050CC retrieval, that is using my son's code which HE received. The one for me I have not. Using Gmail but not in spam or promotions or similar. Subbed, should be eligible, and opted in ever since.

 

If it helps, my brother and I, have not received codes despite being subbed. Both of our e-mails are gmail and starts with the letter A. My son is using Gmail, starts with the letter M but received it. Not sure if there's any correlation there.

 

Hope it gets resolved!

I was convinced that I had not received the email as none of my searches had turned it up, until I used a very specific search.

 

If you are a GMail or Gmail Inbox user, search your mail with the following criteria:

in:all fireb

 

This turned it up immediately even after I had checked Spam, Trash and Promotions on my own without finding it. Good luck!

I haven't received the email with the cartel coin code. I didn't have the "Sign up to receive Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ updates by email." box checked in my account basic information, if that had anything to do with it. I have received all of the monthly coin grant emails for the past two years.
