  1. I wonder if this will ever be part of any QOL change coming soon.
  2. Thank you Eric and Keith. All is well and the world is saved. Grateful for the response!
  3. If they spent then 1 week or 1 hour prior, then they bought from old rates. Nothing lost. Remember, prices are being doubled post update. So if they earned 270 UC and bought an item pre-update for also 270. Net zero. In fact, given your argument of legiitmate gripe for not reading patch notes — then all the more the need to double stockpiles. If you do not read patch notes: You go to bed with 270 UC, you wake up, and items cost double — what was 270 in cost is now 540. All of a sudden, after going to bed, you cannot buy an upgrade. Now that is a legitimate gripe. Hence, stacks MUST BE doubled.
  4. Closer to 5.6 and we absolutely still have zero feedback. I almost feel that the intent is malciious and they truly have no plans of doubling UC stockpiles we have already earned. Eric/Keith - just give us a confirmation please. I am sure you can read this. If no doubling because you want to manage our progress for those that planned ahead, fine, then that’s a shame. If it was a mistake and you guys are working on fixing it but its in progress, then good to know. But the silence is deafening. We have been waiting for details on UC legacy implementation since the roadmap was announced and we get one dev post last week that just opens more questions.
  5. Given Keith and Eric’s silence on this matter. I really think devs overlooked this fact (that and QA or devs clearly do not PVP or go through the burden of farming UCs to have been concerned). I am just hoping they are now scrambling to fix the code and do indeed double existing. But if come the day before the patch we still have no feedback, I will definitely try to game and buy items with my stockpile and just sell back post patch and hope for the best.
  6. That comment reads as all sources of NEW UC doubles — weekly/daily PVP missions, Ops, and others. So the weekly quest giving 54 will now be 108. BUT that does not clearly state that existing stockpiles will also double.
  7. Eric/Keith, Come on now. If costs will double for UC purchased gear in 5.6 — our current UC, once it converts to tokens MUST DOUBLE TOO right? Else that would just absolutely make no sense at all and just devalues efforts made for no reason. Please say this isn’t so. If not, it is not too late to put that logic in there. Don’t do this to us.
  8. Server merges done! Hope to get some light on this now that 5.6 is coming up next.
  9. Eric/Keith? We're getting closer to 5.6 and we'd love to get more details on the implementation of legacy UC and how it affects us currently. What I would hate to happen is saving up UC on various toons, then for it to be legacy, have an upper limit, and all lost UC are just reimbursed as "credits" or worst, "sorry".
  10. Sharing the same from the other thread -- I play from APAC. Used to play 180-220ms, now 220-240ms. I've just played several Warzones and some FPs, and barely notice the difference. So I don't feel as affected by the move. With more network tuning hopefully after their migration, we can see that cut by a few more ms. If at all, my only concern is server population post-merge. If both are no longer separate, why not just merge into one mega-server instead? I'll end up on Satele Shan and people already anticipating Star Forge to be the bigger one. With location no longer issue, hopefully they'd just consider doing one big merge for NA.
  11. Unpopular feedback here. I play from APAC. Used to play 180-220ms, now 220-240ms. I've just played several Warzones and some FPs, and barely notice the difference. So I don't feel as affected by the move. If at all, my only concern is server population post-merge. If both are no longer separate, why not just merge into one mega-server instead? 12. Shameless bump for devs. Would be good to know details on this implementation please.
  13. Which is why this is important though. Because if UC isn't going to be a Legacy currency, and the implementation is that disintegrating items in crates will grant you a Legacy-bound UC token (that can be mailed to another toon then redeemed, like old WZ comms), then the UC earned by toons from quests/PVP will still be bound to them. I'm really hoping this isn't the case and that UC will just become like Command Tokens, shared across the Legacy, period.
  14. Can we just get clarity (and hopefully no hidden or forgotten notes this time) on how this will be implemented? Will all existing UCs be converted into legacy UC from across all toons? A) If so, will the current limit be increased? Will there still be a limit? If there is a limit, is it significant enough like Command Tokens where we may want to check if we will have overflows if we have a good number of alts? B) If existing will NOT be converted, will there be then personal UC and legacy UC -- where legacy UC are from crate disintegration and PVP and quests still grant personal? Would be good to know ahead of time so we can plan for 5.6. Thanks!
  15. Agreed. I did not think I would enjoy it, but I do now -- even post dailies bug. I find myself doing more varied content than 4.X to maximize gains. FPs, Master Uprisings, Heroics, Conquest, PVP, etc. Looking forward to 5.6 where I can open more boxes.
