Still have not received the email yet. Glad that someone is looking into it. Hopefully we all will hear some good news soon. Was really looking forward to the extra cartel coins and the demo for KotFE. Want to be able give my brother the demo and get him back into the game.

Also waiting for an email. My wife did get hers, and it looks like a standard commercial-type email, so I can understand if people deleted it without noticing it. However, I sadly haven't received anything so far.

 

I do hope the people who deleted theirs by accident get a second chance at it though. Maybe next time send out emails with a different title? Something like: "February subscriber reward" or "Celebrating chapter 10 with a special something for our subscribers"

Hey folks,

 

I wanted to let all of you know that we are looking into the emails. For starters, here are a few things you should look for. As always, make sure to check all of your email folders, including spam, promotions, etc. The subject line of the email is either "A Familiar Face Joins Your Team - Play Chapter 10 Now!" or "Chapter 10 and Firebrand are here - Play Now!". I know of some users who deleted the email thinking it was just our normal newsletter, but your codes were contained in those emails.

 

Now, with all of that being said, I am looking into a few things:

  • Was the email sent to everyone who qualified.
  • Were there any errors during sending, that caused some people to be missed.
  • Did any other issues occur during the process which caused some people to be missed.

 

I have been going through this thread to verify that users were properly identified. As an example, Mutiny, the OP of this thread. I can see that you qualified for the email, and are on the list of people who received emails. So now I am checking on our side to ensure that users like you were in fact properly sent their email.

 

I will let you know what I find out!

I am also missing that email still :-(

If it was sent - maybe it can be resent? In the past mails got auto-deleted on the server or by virus-scanners for different reasons (so turning any of this off for the dedicated email - just in case)

Nevermind found mine in the trash. Maybe next time not put thoses kind of codes in a email that looks like every other news letter :rolleyes:

 

That was kind of point of us needing to be opting in to receiving the newsletters, because the codes were attached to it.

 

If they wanted to, they could have sent out a random e-mail to everybody without needing to be opted in to getting the advertisement e-mails, but since they attached the code to the monthly newsletter, you needed to have receiving newsletters checked.
