Just remember this games engine is horrible, it even runs like *** on 980tis in certain situations, so dont expect a huge improvement if you ed up with a top end card. Of course most other games are like an entire generation beyond with a decent gpu.

I think the re surgence of the films would mean the game would get more subs. I myself came back to the game properly after quitting about 8 months after release all those years ago expecting the game to be dead, seems just as big as it was back then and the game has improved a lot. the KOTFE stuff was fantastic to play though.

hi all. I already have a monsterous gaming pc I play the game on but my other half wants to join in. she is not interested in graphics so I said I would build her a system out of stuff I had laying about. Just put together an old intel e220 2.2ghz 2GB RAM with an onboard intel 31/33 gfx card (AIDS!!! KILL IT WITH FIRE) Was wondering if the game would run at all? I did try it using the onboard intel gpu which was HORRIBLE g31/33 thing and the game came up with a message of not compatible with the hardware, I assume it was the gpu since inbuilt graphics are generally horrible! Just waiting for it to update windows (clean install) before I plug in a proper gpu in the 8800GT Its not going to refuse me access again due to the cpu this time is it? Many thanks in advance p.s I have read the min specs and without any performance figures to go by its hard to disguish which c2d to compare the e220. If i had to guess from the results I have found I would say the game WOULD run. Until these windows updates are finished I cant power off and plug the 8800 in to try hehe.

prolly worth looking on overclockers.co.uk for some cpu/mobo/ram bundles, some great deals there and theyll overclock the **** out of the cpu for you. Rock solid stable as well. Should give you plenty of bang for your buck as far as those 3 bits of hardware go
