They all trace back to Obi Wan's robes... only those "traditional Jedi robes" were worn by all sorts of people on Tatoonine. The entire thing with "OMG Jedi robes!" starts with Obi Wan wearing the local garb on Tatoonine. Some comic book artists assumed they were Jedi robes for some reason. The quote was always for 2015. It was going to come after we'd had time to digest 3.0. So it could happen fairly early in 2015, but I would not expect to see any announcements even of 3.1 for this week. It's the holiday's just enjoy. ronniehenlau provided the quote above. Ultimately we did get an official confirmation that there are, in fact, plans in the works to address (population) issues that was very short on details and said something to the effect of: "next year there will be changes and we are aiming to make everyone happy". My speculation is that 4.0 is substantial and in some way connects to the new movie verse, via a planet tie-in most likely. That would be huge for the game. Another more important thing is that in this time period, Jedi battle armor was the traditional garb, as well as just a general variety of clothing. Couldn't have said it better myself (as for Yoda on dagobah, no, he's not wearing "traditional jedi robes"... he's just wearing a tattered robe (with no hood, mind you) and the garments under that are not consistent with the ones obi-wan wore, so unless "traditional jedi robe" just means any old robe, then no, he wasn't wearing that) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just make sure it's 10 pages long, at least, please. Okay. You don't want them to be named "traditional". I didn't coin this term, I am repeating after wookiepedia. How do you want me to call those medieval monk - kimono / gi mixtures from prequels? Because they certainly should have a place in this game and time period.
