Alderaan Achievement Help

Today, September 20th 2014, while attacking Castle Organa I noted that the Jedi Patrolman (who are strong level mobs) counted towards the "Devastating House Ogana" achievement. There is also an elite level mob called Supreme Commander Kelric, that also counts towards the Organa achievement. There are a total of 15 mobs that contribute to the achievement (14 Jedi and the Commander) in Castle Organa.

Its strong or above so heroic areas arethe way to go ie. Shocl doctrine

Shock Doctrine works, but takes a bit longer. Couple groups of 3 mobs that work, but mostly just 2. Far easier to run back and forth through House Organa area and kill the strong Jedi there and the Supreme Chancellor guy. There's even a Defender hiding way in back.

for "Devastating House Thul", HEROIC AREA n/e of House Traders Circle (Kings Pass)...this seem to be a lil more tricky, but the best I could find...mostly elites...thul mixed in w/underworld smugglers...needed to b selective w/which mobs to hit...a few mobs that give 4 Thul at a time...kinda time consuming but better lootz...I avoided the champs and droids to save time...still kind of a pain achieving 500 thul forces...I singled out the 3 specific mobs that give u 4 thul at a time, swap instance, rinse repeat...Hint: there are 2 mobs that contain 2 "Thul Supply Escorts"...2 more will show up givin u 4 of em...find the tent w/chest...& a mob that has 4 "Thul Supply Escorts" near the south end of the trail

I know this kind of an old thread, but since this shows up when I search figured maybe others would see it as well

This area seems by far the best for Thul.

The Thul Supply Escorts look like regulars but they count for the achieve. Also some groups have 1-2 escorts that drop down. I just did a quick loop that would net around 30 or so Thuls per loops, killed a few birds on my way back to the start point just south of house traders circle. At this start point is a set of 20 or so fast spawning Rist mobs. which i would kill between cycles to break up the monotony a little

Regarding the achievement "Devastating House Organa," I believe I have finally found a decent place to farm Organa Strongs. As far as I can tell, it's far superior to the endless tedium of repeating the heroic at the Elysium over and over, although of course it is still a grind.

In the area around the coordinates (1194, -2711) there are 12-13 (I may have double-counted one) level 34 "Organa Spy" Strong mobs that count for the achievement. The can generally be found by making a loop around the elliptical-shaped perimeter of the mountain top, although a couple are more in the middle field area. Some are a bit hidden in the nooks of the rocks, but if you pay attention you'll find them all. The best part is that, by the time you make a loop, the mobs at the start will have respawned.

I have been working on the Alderaan Noble Houses acheivements for a little while now, and the Organa one is by far the worst. This is the best area I've found for farming Organa Strongs.

Good luck.

For me the heroics worked, i placed one toon into the PVE and one into PVP istance. When i did my sweep in PVP instance i swapped to PVP and did the sweep. By the time i have finished it the other instance mobs already spawned so it didnt take long for the achievment to be done.

I'm trying to get 100% on all the planets, and I've worked my way up to Alderaan. This set of achievements look like they will take forever though. Does anyone have any tips on where to find Strong Mobs of all the houses (Thul, Ulgo, Organa) and strong mobs for the Klilliks? I'm looking for heroic areas where a majority of the NPCs are strong, since a majority of the time for these achievement will be to find find the NPCs, not kill them. Heroic areas work best, but other areas with a high % strong mobs will work too.

I already found a heroic area to the north (some sort of dam, empire missions) that gives you plenty of gold Ulgos to kill, but now I need to find the silvers (strongs).

Thanks for any help,

PVE-wise, the best place I have found for strong Ulgo mobs is in the House Baliss compound (formerly House Teraan) in the south east corner of the second area, next to the "Special Delivery" heroic area - it is not a Heroic area in itself, but there are quite a few strong mobs walking around solo. If you target the mobs, their secondary target line mentions Thul, but they actually count toward the achievement for Ulgo. Strange, but it works...

For House Organa, the Shock Doctrine heroic area and the House Organa outpost (both near Outpost Ghrent) are good. Shock Doctrine is tougher as the groups are typically 1 or 2 Elites and 2 Strongs, but pushing through there as a 65 with a high Influence companion is pretty easy. The Organa outpost is a bit like House Baliss - a non-heroic area with a reasonable number of strong solo mobs, so that by the time you have run through and killed them, the first ones have respawned again.

For the Thuls, I usually just spent an hour or so farming the handful of Strong mobs in the first Organa mission area (Scorched Planet, defusing the Baradium Mines for Haley Organa), because by the time you get through them the first is pretty close to respawning, and they are either solo, in a group of 2 Strongs, or 1 Strong and 2 normals.

For the PVP achievement, I ended up doing it during a guild event we had on, with our Imp and Rep guilds fighting it out "recreating" the Battle of Alderaan that you see in the trailers.

if anyone is still needing this, i found a decent place for ulgo strong mobs.

go to castle panteer. there are a few outside and a few inside. they all count towards the achievement. i just did a big circle around the area. and once you get back to your starting point, they first ones have re-spawned. it didn't take too long.

still not finished off Alderaan.

Ugh, nearly there...

For Devastating House Thul, there were a couple of places suggesting northeast of House Trader's Circle. When I got there I realised that the Thul Supply Escorts, which are standards, actually count for the strongs needed for the achievement. TORCommunity lists this as the only standard to count.

The supply escorts are really spread out but I think it's still worth it over actual strongs. I made a quick map of the bigger groups.

The Ulgo achievement lists a couple of standard enemies... and some Thuls? I don't know where the standards are located but there might be a good location containing them.

The Organa list only contained strongs :( I used this for Organa:

Devastating House Organa is the most tedious of them all, no matter what we do.

This method also works and if I had to give an edge to either one it's this one. Mobs are closer together and not hiding behind rocks or tents. The only downside is that the Jedi will use Force Lift on your companion so it can slow you down if you're not interrupting and stunning.

Also, Shock Doctrine is the worst IMO. Even with a 50 companion it's just not worth the time it takes to do it for the reward.

trying to do the raiding house organa quest in the pvp section but cannot find any of the House organa guard droids or turrets, any idea where to look

Go to any Pub base and you will be bound to find a few guards, beware, their all champ and above, and pack quite a punch normally coming in pairs. Prepare yourself warrior... and Godspeed.

For Organa I did Organa Castle. For Thul I did the area in the starting zone where you dismantle the bombs.

Alderaan is pretty tedious, though I thought Quesh was a lot worse. And someone mentioned the Bormu on Balmorra. I also heard a rumor from a guy on Hoth that there's a hidden achievement if you kill an additional 500 tauntauns over and above the maximum. A good place to farm those is the Crevasse Map just before you hit the wreck of the Ambria, there's about a dozen scattered in clumps in close proximity.

If you send your comps to craft or do pvp in between it's tolerable.

I took a look at Section X yesterday and saw that there's quite a bit of tedious farming ahead.

This is where you find High/Strong ORGANA mobs - NW of Castle Panteer in Glarus Valley.

(The achievement Devastating House Organa)

https://imgur.com/SxC1BFx

As Empire go to Panteer Hideout furthest East or Outpost Ghrent.

Go to Alsakan Lowlands to find Strong/silver Killiks & get a nice rotation going here.

(The Achievement Extermination)

Just NE of House Teral.

To find High/Silver Rist mobs + plenty of Flutterplumes - As Empire go to Outpost Talarn - Then East into Kings Pass & up to House Trader's Circle.

Bump. Confirmed "Devastating House Organa", map Kaamos Territory, Organa Surveillance Camp, Coord x1254,-2778. 15 Strongs to kill.

thank you for letting us know. I got the achievement already, but I'm sure there are others hunting it. And it can be a pain finding the right groups to kill.
