Liked the video.

"You guys decide what will be changed, this game is for you"

yawn, that'd be a first!

I agree with DeeckTator, I've had my share of Soon™ with SOE on Star Wars Galaxies. I'm open for changes and not judging BioWare just yet, if they deliver... I'm on :)

I don't care about moving my ui elements around i just want a 3rd row of buttons in da middle, or maybe you can move the sidebars and flip em :) The video actually doesn't reveal much other then, yeah it's coming, sometime in the future in a grainy fashion so nothing is really shown.

We know we have a legacy system, we know it works on all your chars. We still don't have a clue what's it gonna be. Next time make a video that actually shows what's coming and that you are listening to your customers. Just saying it without showing it, doesn't have any value whatsoever.

This is what I would like to see in the upcoming features:

PRIORITY: BUGS then, not in a particular order (but I would underline that I love more PvP then PvE):

- PvP: It really needs to be changed (I think GW2 is the future as PvP, if you have to copy something, use them?). I played like many others here at WoW, didnt u think that if we were bored in Wow maybe using their battleground models could be boring here aswell? C'mon...We have Arathi Basin and Strand of the ancient....The only one innovative is Huttball...If you are thinking to add new Warzones (that isnt enough) at least make them more fun...Dont copy and paste the same models used in the other mmorpg...Take some FPS's game like ("Return to Castle Wolfenstein") where there are maps and tasks to do (escor vehicles for example to destroy a door), use vehicles, torrets... Also add some kind of pvp outworld fun and not model farming.

- PvP Server: where are the opposite factions players? I am level 46 and I NEVER met an enemy player...how is possible? This is a mmorpg not a single player game. I love meet the other players and engage a batlle anytime... We should be able to attack the enemy cities and kill npc and players.

- Companions: fun but not enough. Your model used inside Dragon Age to manage companions was really more fun: interactions, dialogues between companions (maybe apply it when we are on our ships).

- Ship: as t is structured now, the ship is useless and dead. We just need to go there for: 1 speak anytime to companions to listen at 1-2 words, 2 travel, 3 space missions. Sad. It should be really really more useful and we need more things to do there.

- Space Combat: We need PvP Space Combat(add warzones where is required to use in phase 1 ship and in phase 2 combat ground for example9 or at least something more innovative.

- Legacy: I hope this isnt going to be: companion customizazions, change colour hair or something other stupid thing. The idea can be fun and innovative...dont throw if out of the window.

- Leveling: voice acting is fun. Seriously. But that's all. The quest model are the same then the other mmorpg: kill X, get Y, Escort. We need dynamic events (take Guild Wars 2 Idea). The class quests are really really fun. It would be ask too much having your answer really effet your quest line? I dont like Yes/No/maybe(and at the end yes) style.

- Aligment: Add neutral aligment and make it something useful. Atm is just a fun thing but useless. Items arent that good aswell.

- Istanced planets: Remove it. All players on same istance.

- Bubble chat: it helps to idenify who is talking near yourself.

- User Interface: customization is good and u are going to apply it BUT add more quickslots...Target of Target (visible), World Map, combat log etc...

- cantinas: use it as LFG system. Each table a FlashPoint or something like that.

In few words Bioware, I was expecting you bring INNOVATION and STYLE in MMORPG. I see only style. Think that voice acting could be enough as innovation is a joke.

I trust in your next patches...(but NOT for so long).

there are so many whining, miserable, complainers in this thread.

whatever to them.

i'm loving the game so far, the things that i can think of that would make my experience that much better, realistically... would be:

some type of lfg tool, as it stands now... i find it very difficult to find groups for things.. i usually skip the heroic quests because of this... i'd like to experience the stories in these heroic quests... adding a lfg tool i know would be important even when all those people said "no, it kills the community... lfg tool is the devil, it won't be hard to find groups, etc" obviously most people knew that was all untrue. haha.

lesbian romance or same gender romance is very important to my gameplay experience as i just don't find it as fun to go through the story playing as a male character, it usually just doesn't work for me... for whatever reason i can't find the right customizations/voices, etc... it's like this in most games, i always play female because i just tend to enjoy it more... that being said, picking a female and having to romance a guy is not really my kind of story so if i want to experience the romance options i am limited in my choice, being able to romance a female companion while playing a female character basically solves that problem.

more customization in character creation and for companions.

that's where the game lacks the most in my opinion, there just isn't enough variety with people in general. it's like why is there 12 different scar options? who wants giant scars on the face? maybe a few do but certainly not enough to need 12 different ones... glasses could of been used instead, or things to put in a girls hair like flowers or clips, etc.

for me, i badly need glasses so i can make a scientist themed tech guy, or just a nerdy hero type of guy with geek glasses, etc.... or i can have an indie/hipster same sex romance.

i know other people might want raiding and updates to things like that and that's fine but raiding doesn't effect my experience at all so it's not something i really care about.

this probably wouldn't ever be possible but i'd love to see the choices fleshed out and maybe have 6 choices instead of 3 and have it more detailed and interesting, i'd like the choices to really be enhanced, when you choose to kill someone i'd like to see more... i'd like to see your choices have more meaning and effect, i'd like to see neutral get more love as well, really i'd just like to see it all enhanced with the choice aspect/decisionmaking. that's just throwing it out there, i highly doubt it would ever happen but i figured i'd just toss one out.

if bioware somehow reads this, thanks!! i hope this is heard and maybe it can be added in the future. :D

Note: There's already more than just the bottom 2 trays for skills. You can activate a right and left tray for either side of your screen for a total of 4. It's located in Preferences under the User options.

I rather like the way things are going, but here's a few things I think I'd like to see!

1) Companions > I don't expect this immediately, but I'd like there to be more of them made available, maybe specific Missions to unlock new ones. I would also like it if we could summon multiple Companions, not everyone likes to group with strangers, and while I know you like to promote doing so, allowing those who want to solo to do so would be nice.

2) Heroic/Flashpoint Ques > Allow people to go to a specific place to que up for entering a specific Heroic/Flashpoint where they will be able to have random groups as soon as enough people que up.

3) Equipment appearance customization...can't tell you how sick of having only "Robes" for my Light Armored guys.

4) New Races > Yes, I'm hoping that the Legacy system will allow you to do different Races with different Classes, but some of us are simply waiting for a preferred race that we already see in the game and hope will be available so we don't want to waste a character slot. At the very least, I'd like some information on whether new races -will- be available, and if so which. So those of us waiting with open character slots can just forget it and level up the character.

5) Unlockable "Mini-Trees" > I'd like there to be the option to "Specialize within a Specialization". For example, an unlockable mini-tree for the Sith Juggernaut Defense Tree which increases Threat production, another unlockable mini-tree that increases defensive capability. Basically small personal Skill Trees that are simply more focused than the wider trees that currently exist.

6) More use for the Ships > The Ships/Space is probably the single most unique aspect of this MMO, and it should be taken advantage of. I'd like to see options for multi-player Ship Combat. They should also have a mailbox on them. It's silly that they don't already. Would also like to see Space Missions be linked with some World Missions, maybe even Class Missions.

7) Alternate Class Missions > Would like slightly more options, maybe add Side-Missions that are Class Specific?

8) Special bonuses for people who've already completed a Mission for helping someone else complete it.(Assuming you're still within the appropriate level range.)

There's probably a whole lot more, but I'm not much for PvP and these are things I think would help improve the game. :p However, it is awesome and I understand you're trying to make things better.

Things I would like to see:

1) Alternate leveling paths.

Not expecting to see this right away, but I can imagine that leveling might get stale if all classes have the same side-quests and go to the same worlds. A few extra words that people can opt-in to or hell, even just a few independent quest hubs existing would be nice.

For those of you who have already completed chapter 1 and unlocked your legacy. Does it also apply to all the characters you have already created? Or do you just get it for all the characters you make after that point?

Sorry if it seems like a stupid question but I haven't been able to find the answer anywhere...

Also, Miraluka Sith Warrior in the vid is interesting :D

Id like to see more alternative access, like what cod mw3 is doing with mobile apps etc where you can make changes to you character, sell, trade, send companions on tasks, guild chatter, ready for when you next log on.

Just my one pence worth :)

- PvP Server: where are the opposite factions players? I am level 46 and I NEVER met an enemy player...how is possible? This is a mmorpg not a single player game. I love meet the other players and engage a batlle anytime... We should be able to attack the enemy cities and kill npc and players.

And what is Bioware supposed to do about this? A lot of people make a lot of noise about PvP, but quite a bit fewer actually do it. Add to this that a lot of players chose to play one faction, either because of the need to get in touch with their inner psychopath, or because they listened to others blowing minute differences into huge problems. But Bioware can not exactly force players to change faction, or close one faction to new players, can they?

- Companions: fun but not enough. Your model used inside Dragon Age to manage companions was really more fun: interactions, dialogues between companions (maybe apply it when we are on our ships).

More companion driven quests would be nice I agree. Most of the dragon age things you are asking for already are possible or happening.

Personally I would much rather have several high end class missions where you bring your whole squad, as well as another player or two. I mean, why collecting four companions (the protocol droid does not count and should be disassembled for spare parts) when you end up having one along at all times because he, she or it complements your class and specialisation best?

- Ship: as t is structured now, the ship is useless and dead. We just need to go there for: 1 speak anytime to companions to listen at 1-2 words, 2 travel, 3 space missions. Sad. It should be really really more useful and we need more things to do there.

You forgot 4-roleplay, but I guess that is not exactly your cup of tea. I also expect that in time we will see the ship being more of an integral part of the game. I mean smugglers need to run cargo to pay for the fuel and repair bills. There is all kinds of activities that could be done that require more active participation with and inside that ship. (Group space combat, players manning those turrets in the smuggler's, and presumably other, ships, landing your ship in hostile territory and having to manage both defending your ship and accomplishing your mission, and so on ... )

- Legacy: I hope this isnt going to be: companion customizazions, change colour hair or something other stupid thing. The idea can be fun and innovative...dont throw if out of the window.

I don't think that what you describe is stupid. You may not care for it, but more customisation options would appeal a lot to me and to quite a few others of the 1.7 million active subscribers. I mean, I personally feel that PvP is a waste of time, effort and opportunities, but you will not hear me calling to ditch that part of the game. The same way you should not dismiss something just because -you- do not care for it. Not to mention that already hints were given that legacies will come with gameplay perks as well.

Yes. And now sit back and try to come up with a quest that is not, at its simplest, either a kill-x or a fed-ex quest. With any game that is focussed entirely on combat those are really the only two things you can do if you strip away the extraneities.

Complaining about it really makes little sense. It is like complaining that in summer the weather is generally warm (if you life on the northern hemisphere).

- Aligment: Add neutral aligment and make it something useful. Atm is just a fun thing but useless. Items arent that good aswell.

Allignment really matters so little in the game that it is used only for immersion and to give access to emo make-up. Before worrying about neutral alignment you should probably be worrying about alignment in general. Then again, making alignment really mean something will cause another bleep storm on the forums from players who get all upset that chosing evil options in dialogs will eventually cut them off from content for light side characters only and-why-did-nobody-tell-them?

- Istanced planets: Remove it. All players on same istance.

You really are not asking much are you? Do you even have any clue about the technical difficulties of this? Hint: the more things you can do on a planet (and the more npcs and mobs there are) the less players you can share the planet with. Because everything that moves on a planet does so because the server says it does. Which includes player characters, and mobs checking aggro radiuses, and respawning, and patrols and dialogs and background movement and a lot more that goes on hidden from the players.

An empty planet the size of a single zone on a current planet that has only the one mob that you all queue up for? Sure, you get to share that one with hundreds of players. Hugely detailed game world with complicated 3D terrain, chock full of monsters that are alert and highly social and combat that allows for a lot of different activities? That you get to share with a lot fewer other players.

- Bubble chat: it helps to idenify who is talking near yourself.

I personally do not see the appeal of it nor the necessity but I won't get bent out of shape if it gets added.

- cantinas: use it as LFG system. Each table a FlashPoint or something like that.

That is what fleet is for. A convenient place to go to for each and every flashpoint. Each planet also has a contact droid for the level appropriate flashpoint, and a nifty quick travel shuttle. Why recruit for Taral V on Coruscant?

SW:G is the only game so far that had a compelling reason to visit and stay in cantinas. I would not mind seeing it copied in the SW:TOR. But that requires to copy everything that went with it: battle fatigue, being able to have musician or dancer as a profession and everything (like supporting crafts for those profession). While it was an awesome system, I am not seeing it ported into this game without a lot of resistance.

There are some things that can be done with cantinas. It makes sense for smugglers and bounty hunters to go there for shady deals. Troopers would go to a cantina to get drunk and dust it up with flyboys or uppity planetary types. But unless the game introduces reasons for jedi or sith to travel somewhere covertly there is little reason for other classes to hang out in a cantina. Of course right now there is no reason outside roleplaying for anybody to hang our in a cantina.

In few words Bioware, I was expecting you bring INNOVATION and STYLE in MMORPG. I see only style. Think that voice acting could be enough as innovation is a joke.

I trust in your next patches...(but NOT for so long).

And there come the threats (Do as I tell you or suffer the consequences of my unsubscribing...)

And really, if you expected a company and its financers to risk over a hundred million dollar AND get all creative and leaving the proven tracks, then you really have nobody to blame for your disappointment but yourself.

Improving light armor options is a must, particularly the lack of good light armor pants. Currently the armor seems to direct you to wearing upper and lower robes. Good if you're a Jedi sage, not so much if you are playing a Jedi shadow. Perhaps use the Legacy option to give the ability to reclassify custom medium armor as light.

Also update the social system to give you points for doing heroic missions in groups. Those don't usually have dialogue which is how you mostly have to earn social points right now but you should still be given a decent social point reward for doing a heroic mission (basically make dialogue social points supplement the points awarded for doing a mission in a group). For example, give some standard award based on overall group performance. For example: no friendly deaths, no player gets below 25% health (50% if healer is present, more points awarded when all group members are close to the recommended level of the quest, this decreases stat padding by high levels), never selecting "need" on an item not designed for your class (to decrease people selecting "need" on items they can't use, note you would not be punished if "greed" still gave you the item).

So i guess the question needs to be asked, since we've seen two patches since 1.1.0 and we've see actually zero additions of systems this game should already have...

When can we expect to see any of this stuff? the video says coming months, well month two will be over before you know it and month three is the 2nd most important month for an MMO..

So we gonna go for last minute again to try and keep those people that might be going out on a 3rd month and then botch half of that like you did in 1.1.0?

Or are you going to take a smarter route and gradually introduce these features and content over the coming weeks?

Unfortunately I think I already know the answer. So let me just say I love this game, but I think it's so sad that you are so clueless Bioware.

Maybe they should have released the game in March then... you know with the features all MMOs are suppose to have?

I mean really... I have leveled like 4 toons now waiting for them to fix end game. By March I am not going to give a flying #$%^ about the legacy system, everything I want to be 50 will be 50. So basically just a wasted system for me IMO. Unfortunately looks like end game will still be crap then too. Its amazing how BW has literally torpedo'ed there own game. So much for the WoW killer! Alas, its entertainment till something better comes out.

Crafting > I have heard that Crafting is being re-worked, etc...Here's a possible suggestion on how it could be improved.(Personal Opinion, no idea if it would actually be so.)

I would like for gear to be able to be "Turned into" orange gear. Essentially, if you can build a type of gear...(Pistols/Rifles/Knives/Swords for Armstech, Heavy/Medium Aim/Cunning Armor for Armormech, etc.)...you can add the normal Mod spaces to them. Making "Augment Slots" able to be made this way would be very cool as well.

Missions > I would really like for us to be able to take Companions into Missions even with a full group...I happen to enjoy adventuring with a sidekick. I don't mind the limit of 4 people on normal Missions, but perhaps making it so those 4 can also summon Minions? Needless to say, Mobs should be either harder or more prevalent...having more of them at lower xp would be acceptable, or the same xp with higher difficulty.

Companions > Missions intended for you and multiple Companions. Example: Vector and Lokin get along well, would be interesting if when you got them both to a certain Affection level you could do a Mission with both at once. Perhaps with success of Missions offering special skills to the Minions.(For example if Vector learned one of Lokin's "Healing Abilities", and Loking learned Vibrostaff Proficiency...or whatever.)

Also the ability to modify Companion Powers and Power acquisition...offering options like the ability to make Vector Melee -or- Ranged...Allow us to earn different Proficiencies for them by doing Missions.(For ease it -could- just be buying them...but missioning for them, or doing some kinda specific Story Progression would be way cooler.)

i doubt that will happen since there are even now crafters that wont even do blue so you realy think you will find crafter that do orange supose such crafting is included

And the flamers are right fix the bugs first befor adding new content or are you dev not capable to fix the mess they unleashed cause we still have the 9000 error pvp boot and fp bugs thats should be done ASAP before even considering adding new content

They have technologies that can transmit Holograms across the Galaxy.

Ships that go from 1 side if it to the other in a near instant.

Machines that could destroy worlds.

But for some reason, we just don't have the technology to read Mails from the comfort of your own ship.

Oh, and not being able to give any companion a gift whilst in it too? Really?

I'm guessing it would be difficult to deliver a package to your ship, while you’re flying around the galaxy.

Sorry for my English but i will try:)

Watched video and I'm happy for now. What i would like to see :

1.Improved LFG system.

2.Better Auction System so we can make more credits:)

3.Some area's in the game are really empty.Driving around and there is nothing but sand.

4.Not sure WHY????? every class has companion????? I would like to play my Assassin with no companion...Feels like playing Hunter in WoW.WHY?

5.Traveling from 1 planet to planet #2 is boring.Same thing over and over.In future i you can make better feel for as players,to see our ship going to destination, flying around and such...I think it would be better experience for all of as.

6.NPC are too passive.Make them more angry :) and alert.

So far i love story line,I think that you have unlimited potential with story line and game it self, will buy sub. for this year, with hope's that we will enjoy better things in the future.Greetings to all SWTOR fans and players.
