When they kept SWG after NGE on lifesupport for 6 years with a skeleton crew and barely any subscibers , SW:tor should stay alive for many years to come. However I see a big problem, coz of the voiceovers it will be lots of work to add content like new classes or new races. So it might get old for people really fast when all they can realisticly add is a few new battlegrounds and such.

What mistake? They got $800 million for BW, they are laughing all the way to the bank. If they want to they can easily start over with a new company. How many companies have Peter Moleneux built and sold for a bundle?

It's normal. After gurus sell their company to giants like EA they retire from the company when the contract they signed with EA expire. Then they start a new studio and control everything again. When huge companies like EA buy up smaller companies they alway get contracted that the masterminds have to stay for a period, when that clause expire the masterminds take their bundle of cash and start their own new studio. I saw that comming since it was announced that EA bought Bioware.

Best father figure is hands down Oh Big One Obi-wan was the perfect fatherfigure. As a master/trainer I'd say Yoda. Our little green friend sure had extreme force knowledge and had been training Jedi for over 800 years, you can't beat experience Had Yoda trained Anakin, he would have ******slapped him in his place before it was too late. Obi-wan was too nice and too much of a "father". When we combine the roles, I'd have to say Yoda.

Acctually I did tell him he would kill it, not coz of the 5.3 OC but becoz he refuse to turn on speedstep so it clocks down when the power is not needed. Mine that run on 4.7 clocks down to 2.5 or so in normal windows operations and do a nice 26 degrees C then, and as soon as I fire up a game it clocks up to 4.7 and do 50-55 degrees C. But his is only 50-55 degrees too at 5.3 due to the water cooling. But he has some serious overvoltage going, mine is on stock volt. But he has bought the $25 Intel overclock warranty and can kill his CPU and get a new one due to the OCW. And he is replacing it this fall anyway when the new 8 cores intels socket 2011 come out. But even with that OC it will last for a few years. Both me and him has pushed our CPUs hard since the Celeron 300A in the 90's and none of us have ever killed a CPU. Well we fried a AMD on purpose, started it with no fan to see when it would blow (old AMD Athlon K7)

What you should have done was just overclocked the Quad CPU to 3Ghz, it would have done it. Intel has had great production lines for ages and all their chips clock like a motherf. I run my I5-2500K at 4.7Ghz with stock cooling and stock voltage, rock stable. (3.3Ghz is default) I haven't even bothered trying more. Friend of mine runs his at 5.3 Ghz (with watercooling though). Thats a 2Ghz overclock FFS. Also, that makes no sense (ur syetem strugling hard). On my old system I ran SWTor on high 50-60 FPS, with Core2duo @3.6, GTX260 896MB, and 4GB ram. 1920x1200 resolution. So your problem should be elsewhere. Although I only got 25-35 FPS on low on that system for some reason.

Those specs are kinda like a 1972 model typewriter I can't belive people who acctually play games have anything under those minimum specs.

Calling Julio " The game slayer " Torres. First he helped **** SWG, then he put his hands on The force unleashed and the force unFINISHED 2. The 2 most annoying games I've ever played in my life. Eveerything that idiot is involved in turns to crap.

Mass effect 2 had much better gameplay than ME1, The ME1 story on the other hand was out of this world good. I even shed a few tears during my playthrough of ME1, and thats unheard of for me. Only game that ever got me to that point..... EVER. Bioware should be making movies, they have that good writers. If they made a movie they would hire better voice actor and it would rule.
