I would have preferred for the proc to be Tumult than Maul, honestly. I was probably one of the very few assassins that used Tumult after shock while doing dailies. Very underrated, as it's use is situational. The same goes for the marauder's pommel strike and savage kick. I would always start with leap -> savage kick to kill mobs, then kill the next one with force scream -> pommel strike. Sadness

This is true. At the time the Rakghoul event was out, the containment officer gear it rewarded was social gear. It was only later on that it was made into legacy gear. I appreciate the low level of entry for the rakghoul gear, as all my alts have used this pre-augmented legacy gear to level.

100% accurate. I've had 36 helix components on my 3 level 50s since yesterday. I will say though, if you did not plan it out *just* right, it's not only possible but likely that you'll miss champion this time around. Keep running those dailies, bank those trophies! 21 x Green, 10 x Blue, then 1 x Purple as the last one when you're at 11,970 for the week will get you the maximum of 13,410 per week.

I've never crashed to desktop before the current patch. Now it happens in Ilum when moving between areas, most frequently when using exit area to leave the Xenoanalyst zone and when taking the transporter to the southern terminal.

I can confirm what 84 said, you cannot physically purchase the items without meeting all requirements to equip them. That includes having the correct level of reputation.

I use an Acer Aspire 7750G-6645 with an extra 4 GB of ram for 8 GB. I run the game with medium settings and average 45 fps, with fleet dropping to 25 - 30 fps during load. I regularly play warzones and ops with no problem. What seems to help is the cooler master laptop cooler I use with it.

An easy solution would be to add a 630 reputation trophy to Operation: Raging Dawn (Aeten Defense and Clouds of Vondoru for Empire). That would give you another 4410 additional reputation per week to close the gap. Additionally, they could also sell the 630 reputation trophies for 60 fleet commendations. With the amount of fleet commendations you get for doing these, you could afford to buy 7 trophies for (you guessed it) an additional 4410 reputation per week.

The primary color, black, is what's matched against the rest of your gear. The glowy lights that give it the "Tron" quality do not translate when you unify colors.

A near transparent double bladed saber would be pretty sweet. Just the individual parts in the center, floating together in stasis, with the actual color of the blade pulsating the whole handle. I would love to see something like Starkiller's lightsaber in both single and double bladed designs (And no, Zez-Kai Ell's doesn't count). Link here.

I wouldn't even mind if they gated access based on level on the legacy. Something like this: +2 stat datacrons: Requires character level 25, legacy level 6 +3 stat datacrons: Requires character level 35, legacy level 8 +4 stat datacrons: Requires character level 45, legacy level 10 If you wanted to go out and hunt them yourself, you could bypass the legacy level unlock. Granted, I would overwhelmingly prefer if there was no such level gating but if it's a necessary evil to get this done then I'm in.

The way I see it, if I play my cards right I should be able to get ~7k rep per day worth of trophies in the event by completing all the daily missions on my 3 lvl 50 characters. At the end of two weeks I should be at or near 98k reputation worth of trophies. It should take about two months for me to work through all those trophies. due to the rep cap. If I don't hit champion by then well then ... I'll eat my hat!

I was at the vendor the moment the servers came up this morning right around 8:30a or so. The first thing I did was fly there and look for a bind to legacy lightsaber and sure enough, the event lightsabers are bound to legacy. I'll be buying a single saber first to transfer hilts over between my alts to my artifice to RE. Hope I get enough to buy 3 weapons!

They also have reputation requirements for use. It's not enough to buy them, you need to grind up reputation to use them.

The event armor from the Gree faction is recolored Vendetta (except for the helm). The lowest reputation ones are the black / blue variant and the black / red variant. The highest reputation requirement is for the white / blue variant.

Double saber costs 24 Grey Helix Components. Single saber costs 18 components. Currently, you get 1 component for completing the [HEROIC] Primary Testing. This resets daily, and you get 14 days to do this event. What you need to do ASAP is get your reputation up high enough to by the authorization for the Xenoanalyst II aboard the Gray Secant. While unconfirmed, the tooltip for the item indicates that killing that ops boss is the #1 source of these components to buy the weapons. They look amazing, too. It's well worth it to get at least 1 lightsaber and 1 ranged weapon to swap barrels / hilts between characters.

Almost looks like the recruit set since it's got that blue / purple hue to it with primarily black colors. I'll check when I get home.

We'll probably play it by ear. If there's a line of people waiting to turn in, probably won't stir up trouble and keep the status quo. The moment I see an activation bar the gloves are off, same faction or not.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't run the missions once you cap out. The rewards are reputation trophies. That means that when you hit your cap, you can "bank" your rep for another week after it resets and just blow it all at once. Just keep saving your trophies. I figure as a subscriber you get about 2,340 rep per day per set of dailies, assuming you do the PVP missions too. I should hit the weekly cap tomorrow after completing the missions on my 3 characters, so every other trophy I get will be banked.

I hope some of the rewards are pvp rewards, with expertise in them. Seems like it could be much more fun than warzones.

When this happens, clicking the language buttons on the page causes it to refresh but it does not actually change the language to the desired setting. The only thing that consistently fixes this problem for me is deleting cookies.
