I hope this question isn't a silly one, but I thought the burn DOT/debuff caused by Blade Storm, Zealous Leap, and Plasma brand caused a blue/fiery animation on the target when it was in effect. Did that change? The animation can clearly be seen in this video: I am one skill point away from acquiring Plasma Brand, but when my ZL and BS cause burning there is no animation on the target -- just the yellow damage ticks. Thanks!
