  1. Look for the new materials container on your bags. Open iventory and check the vertical icons on the left side, one of them should be for crafting mats and it'll open a window listing all the ones you have. Then you can click them to transfer them to your actual inventory. Unless you already did that then yeah, bug.
  2. Don't you ever grow tired of these massive, rambling, soapbox threads you keep making? As a staunch solo/story player, I personally haven't experienced any of this increased difficulty people are talking about (and I know I'm lucky in that case). On top of that, my own experience is oftentimes everything feels harder when level/scaling changes are involved, especially starting a new expac (bugs, scaling issues etc). It'll balance out over time as it usually does. Now, yap about solo being niche all you want but who do you think are the people who keep rolling new toons to play the Knight story for the 20th time while others take breaks due to a lack of new Ops/refreshing group content? I wouldn't be too quick shoving solo players into a 'niche' corner and preaching increased difficulty when those same solo players make a rather significant contribution to the overall health of this game with their continued play and armies of story and romance alts. Then there is your point "The majority of complaints other than the brevity of Onslaught and crafting, have been about people who are complaining they can't complete content as easily as they used to by themselves." which is odd because, plenty of complaints are also along the lines of "me and my wife can't", "me and my son can't", with a lot of people tackling content in pairs that they used to be able to handle as intended and now cannot. Comments of "I joined a FP last night and the bosses were okay but we kept wiping on trash and had to quit". Did those escape your notice or do they inconvenience your not-so-subtle attempts at trying to undermine solo play? I mean, why else would you make yet another thread regarding this subject while trying to mask it as "an interesting transitory period" discussion? At its core, this game tries to and often does provide content for all. Story, solo, group, those heavily into endgame progression, PvP. People who just want to sit on their hindsides for 8 hours decorating a danged stronghold and so forth. There isn't any need to shove anyone into niche existence or prioritize one over the other, and the devs would be fools if that was their actual intent. Honestly, why are you so eager to display such animosity toward solo players and their recent gripes? Given all your lengthy threads praising the expansion, I'd imagine you have plenty to occupy and entertain yourself with without acting like this omniscient poo stirrer on the forums.
  3. Given your signature, you may want to check this thread out if said characters are on TH; http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=971169
  4. After so many centuries without being able to experience anything, it's only natural he needed a test subject first before moving on to a real woman so I don't mind.
  5. I was running around the Force enclave on my Warrior, with Scourge by my side, and Kira became really mad and kept attacking.
  6. LOL! I think there are very few people who'd ever refer to Jadus as an old friend and I can't see Scourge among them but, damn, wouldn't that be something? I get your sentiments though, about them 'ruining' KOTOR characters. I'm not as attached to that content so I don't mind if the Exile does show up but I get what you mean. Maybe they'll surprise us with someone we've not thought of yet or maybe we'll never get an answer at all because they have no intention of clarifying lol.
  7. I'm not sure 'killable companions' is a reason. All Mando companions have unique dialogue in the expansion... All three of these guys depend on whether you recruited them, and on who ended up killed by Vaylin so they're not exactly guaranteed companions yet BW went through the trouble of creating some unique lines for them. And obviously Torian's VA, for example, was around and on the job. Not sure then why there's no LI scene with him.
  8. The Exile would make a nice change to Revan. I feel his part is over and done with after we've given him peace on Yavin 4, but they both have merit. Revan especially with all he knew of the Emperor and how long he was imprisoned at the fortress. Part of me still thinks Marr/Satele might be a possibility too, given Satele's involvement pulling Scourge and Kira out of the nightmare and the way they'd been hanging out during KOTFEET. In Chapter 12 she did say 'The Force draws us elsewhere' but I'm not sure we're ever told where they went next or what happened? So this could answer that though I'm too sleepy right now to work out the timeline. Or maybe all three. First Revan to lead them to the body, then Revan through the Force sending Satele and Marr to go aid Scourge and Kira.
  9. Revan, again? Or, what I'm hoping, would be Marr. Who do you suppose reached out to him and set him on the path to destroy Tenebrae's original body?
  10. Eh. I got a mail from Darth Shaar thanking me for covering for her toward Vowrawn, and kissing my ***, even though I had Lana decapitate her an hour earlier. Something's definitely off with these mails.
  11. Not sure. I've ran it four times so far and gotten no decorations.
  12. The difference in their presence isn't that dramatic, really. Played my Consular through last night and while Lana received Arn and myself on Onderon, it was Theron who's later on present when discussing matters with that Nibits lady representing the Republic. For each quest where Arn or Jakarro aren't forced, Theron was there with me instead. Once on Mek-Sha, he's not overly involved, nor is Lana, but if you have him romanced you do get a cute and quippy flirt moment with him. Then during Corellia he's just in your ears often (as are others of your Alliance/team), and post Corellia you have the kiss moment. Plenty Theron when you play Republic. Bit less on the Empire side where you barely see him on Onderon, iirc. He does appear toward the end of Mek-Sha with some light banter and then again post Corellia, either angered or all "could have been worse". Makes sense you'd see a bit less of him on the Empire side because while our Alliance combines both sides and we may have some sort of immunity walking around Imperial territory having sided with them etc. I still imagine it's a risk for him. It's still the Empire and he's still 'Technoplague'. It is a shame we don't see him 'bond' with members of the Empire the way we see Lana banter with Arn, Tau, and Gnost but again, I put that to Theron being Theron as well as his own history with the Empire. In comparison, Lana doesn't have much of one with the Jedi/Republic. In any case, he doesn't feel written off to me and while he's not with us 24/7, the fact he is involved, does have some lines and romance, a voice in this whole new debacle, gives me hope that despite his 'kill option', he's not written off/out the way I'd feared he might be. So I'm happy.
  13. Yes, I'm really glad they provided choices that should satisfy people from both camps and that allow for something that best fits our characters and their individuality too. While I liked the idea of 'returning home', I was also on the fence about it because we did fight hard to build up that Alliance and we didn't do so just to become a puppet. On the other hand, I wasn't sure whether I even wanted to keep the Alliance so naturally, I've gone both ways here. My Knight and Warrior have maintained their independence, while my Consular and Inquisitor have reclaimed their seats and titles, and holdings in my Inquisitor's case (MY Silencers, homeboy). My IA is a saboteur. The Empire's pulled quite a number on her during her original story and then after years of KOTFEET hell, she reunites with Vector who tells her the Empire used his family (the killiks) for cannon fodder and that he's chosen to leave the Empire. No way she is returning to the Empire now so she's a saboteur and will remain independent. I'm so glad I get the chance to do that, it would be a disservice to her otherwise. My Bounty Hunter and Smuggler will definitely remain independent too, while my Trooper will rejoin the Republic because all the Alliance ever was to her was a means to an end, to get the job done.
  14. Not a huge or pressing bug but, Darth Shaar is remarkably grateful and fond of me in the e-mail she sent me after I had Lana decapitate her.
  15. After playing through it with multiple classes/sides I've found my loyal Jedi Knight had Theron around a bit more than my Warrior for instance, so may partially have to do with which side you play. Like if you play Imperial, he's not around much on Mek-Sha while you're hanging with the Darths and Brothers, but he was on Onderon. Empire side barely sees him on Onderon. Oddly enough, Lana's plenty present for both iirc no matter what side you're on. She also has far less of an emotional reaction than Theron does, depending on choices. To top it off, it seems on the Imperial side, getting a Lana or Theron kiss after Corellia is fully based on very specific choices whereas on the Republic side I think you're good no matter what (haven't seen anything said to the contrary yet). Not sure what you couldn't follow about the story? It seemed pretty straight forward and finished per zone to me, though it's only the start of this whole back to war thing. I get the blinking icon a lot too, no idea why, though for one character it went away after I looked at the 'amplifiers' thing. I just ran my Inquisitor through and especially loved the ending for her reclaiming her seat and killing that other dude. Also, they've fixed that ugly hood Vowrawn had on, it's gone now and replaced by a circlet thing so yay.
  16. If you can toss it into a spoiler, I'd love that. Luckily, I have my LS Sith Warrior dating Arcann and no plans on dumping him for now. I don't think that one is unique to Onslaught though, but possibly the default 'dumping' letter you get from Arcann also if you say, take Theron back post Nathema.
  17. That's what I'm doing. Jonas and my Agent need their romance. But neither are a full fledged romance, currently, and I'm saying I'd prefer Jonas before Arn if any of these new flirts evolve to romances. Arn may work for my Consular. My Knights are too damn busy and my Smuggler would ruin him.
  18. Charles mentioned earlier on Twitter that; I like him as a character and I enjoy his story, more so than I enjoyed Tau's to be fair. When she told me of the horrors she'd been through, I just kinda stood there thinking 'wow... that's it? really?', but with Arn I genuinely felt compassionate. I suspect the way in which it was delivered and us witnessing his struggle. I made every effort to bring him and Tau closer together but wouldn't have minded stealing him for myself. I'll only say he does come across a bit immature/young still, might also be his height (I love his model but it looks like they took a full adult form and squashed it a bit, something's off imo but oh well), but otherwise, he seems great. I'm all for an Arn romance though if I have to choose anyone, from Onslaught flirt options, I'm still casting my lot with Jonas first before all others. Guess I've waited for his romance the longest but Arn's a decent pick too.
  19. I'm enjoying Onslaught plenty and there are some old story/class tie-ins I really appreciate as well. Like, it seems right Deefour and Jakarro would show up on Onderon after all his talk of serving its former Queen. The class flavor on both sides is very much appreciated, including the mention of Jadus and the things your Sith Inquisitor can say/do. Lovely touch on Mando culture if you bring Shae with you to talk to Indigo on Mek-Sha. Cutscenes are well done and pretty lengthy in some cases, which I enjoy. Playing a saboteur is hilarious, I laughed so hard at my Bounty Hunter's 'inspiring speech' to the troops after Ossus. Overall I'm really happy, and I'm actually enjoying myself taking alts through at the moment rather than dreading another 'slog' as I used to with KOTFEET. I'm also really intrigued by the story developing 'behind the scenes' of the war so to speak, between Malgus' state and Satele's/her Jedi. I'd say the only bit of writing I am thus far missing is the letter from our original LIs/Arcann etc. There probably wasn't any time so I'm hoping something will follow in the future. It's my only real gripe--that we seem to have to exchange our existing romances for new ones if we want any conversation/flirting in the new content--unless you're dating Theron or Lana. Not fond of the trend of new expacs/content leaving our old romances in the dust while pushing new folks our way, I'd rather have both, but it's early days so we'll see what comes of that.
  20. Odd. I'd report that or something because since Tuesday's patch, I've done that fight on 4 different toons and though I did die once after getting 2 of them down, I had no issues spawning with the probe, repairing, and killing the 3rd guy. All chars ranged between level 70 and 73'ish.
  21. Such a rude question -- all three of course. And since the game doesn't dig polygamy, I have an army of alts. Thrilled to finally have my Scourge romance and I've got some hopes for at least one additional scene given his return story. Arcann is likely collecting dust somewhere, though I headcanon he's helping run Odessen in my absence and, thankfully, Theron's still around to kiss my booboo's after battle. ♥
  22. Not sure if you've had any success yet but make sure you click both yellow fuseboxes, the one below the platform and the one at the very back of the building itself, left-hand side when facing the back, at balcony height.
  23. Update; Just tried the same chapter on another character and had the same issues so I doubt it's me/my character.
