  1. I've had issues with that as well. Completing Conquest in a week contributes 34 points towards the 100. If you have a saved Personal Conquest item from Login Rewards consuming it will complete Conquest instantly. You could then complete PvP matches to get the remaining 66 points as each PvP match offers 10 points regardless of the outcome. I'd avoid GSF which does not contribute to progress.
  2. It used to be a pleasure in 6.x to be able to say that all Disciplines are viable. Unfortunately, that’s not true in 7.0 when it comes to moderately difficult content like VM chapters. I have Arsenal/Gunnery characters that feel significantly weaker than Concentration/Fury even in similar 330 gear. Combat/Carnage is even weaker now than Arsenal/Gunnery. With the same gear, your character would output more DPS in Concentration Discipline. But, if staying in Combat Discipline, I’d - Gear up a bit more - Use “Andeddu’s Malevolence” tactical for single target and “Tome of Unyielding Blades” for AoE - Use “Fearless Victor” and “Berserker’s Call” implants - Leave companion on healing
  3. Concentration Sentinels are doing very well in the output department. But the VM chapters were never a cakewalk and that chapter is particularly tedious throughout with the final fight being challenging. ‏‏‎ ‎ What is your Discipline? What is your player level? What is your gear iRating? What is your Tactical, if any? What role is your companion in (DPS, Tank, or Healer)?
  4. It is a good thing the tokens are not auto-consumed; that takes away player agency. The way it is now, players get to choose when to consume the tokens and in what quantity at any given time. This kind of control has been taken away from us with respect to the other reputation items. I'm glad to see this reversion to allowing players control of their own reputation.
  5. The developers seem to have done an inconsistent job of distributing the stat budget for tertiary attributes when it comes to gear pieces with Critical attribute. These attributes, stats, gearing tactics are all well understood by MM raiders. All those discussions and knowledge exchange happens on Discord. For example, it is known that the 330 Purple Rakata Earpiece is the only DPS piece with the correct value for Critical attribute. The developers messed up and are now promising to fix it; but their list is likely incomplete when it comes to gear pieces. But naturally the BW post - instead of apologizing for their error - makes it sound like the players don't understand what's happening
  6. Agree. The earliest iterations were painful, slow, and sucked the fun out of playing. I myself see the original 6.0 - before the nerf to some armor sets, before gating some armors behind Dxun etc., before the Amplifier window, before Conquest nerfs - as the most desirable. But I’ll settle for any 6.x in a heartbeat when compared to 7.0
  7. Agreed and I hope they allow keybinds and quickbar slots for switching. Some groups are so “go, go go” that it becomes challenging to switch loadouts in the gap between pulls.
  8. Absolutely. A lot of people have been doing that the last 3 weeks to get Operations gear. The PvP gear will give you up to 105% Accuracy (which is good enough for most PvE content as well) whereas you want 110% Accuracy for Operations. The Operations gear (purple 326 Rakata gear, to be more specific) will go up to 330. (*) The purple Thyrsian PvP gear maxes out at 326. (*) Note that the purple PvE Rakata gear drops from MM Operations (except for the left side items which drop in VM Ops). The Green (Tionese) and Blue (Columi) PvE gear drop from SM and VM Ops but max out at 322 and 326 respectively. I don't know how to explain this stuff in a nice, concise, easy-to-understand way.
  9. Medicine / Saw Bones at the top. Distant second: Corruption / Seer Close third: Body Guard / Combat Medic This could change, obviously. BW will probably bring these Disciplines all closer a bit.
  10. Yeah. This, pretty much. While they're at it, they should explore how to remove all the existing limits and restrictions and requirements on the second combat style. Any character should be able to choose a second style of their type (force or tech) at any time in the life of the legacy. (Without having to complete Ch 3, or some other requirement.) - Revert to the last back up of 6.x - We'll play it; BW takes their time doing the following to 6.x - Add story and FP - Add Combat Styles and Loadouts - Add weapons oufitter - Add a legacy-wide storage for Loadout gear for all characters; this storage to be used automatically when needed. Add a button to unequip a character directly to this storage (all gear pieces with 1 button push) - Go from here to the R-4 Op and so on. - We'll never mention 7.0 again or remember its UI changes, Conquest changes and so on
  11. Mercenaries (esp. Arsenal) have been treated like a red-headed step-child for a while. The little amends they made with Concentrated Fire set they took away soon and nerfed CF; the Apex Predator set was not an equivalent to the original CF. That was 6.x; the status right now is not so great either. I have done MM Nefra (not a particularly mechanics-heavy or complicated boss) on several specs these last 2 weeks and the difference/distance between some pairs of Disciplines is clearly evident. The differences will be even more pronounced in more recent operations. Very unfortunate that BW is incompetent at a basic element of MMO design and development: Class/Discipline Balance.
  12. Those are not dummy parses. Those are stats from actual operations against actual bosses, captured in real time as players are doing the operations. Your comment about dummy parses is not true either; that's not how it works or can work.
  13. It would've been Solo/Story mode which I did on a character which was still at that point in the story or MM which I did twice when I was still thinking of that route for 7.0 gearing. Don't specifically remember which. Not Veteran for sure; I didn't run any VMFPs at all in 7.0 thus far (considering that they'll make them available to Level 15+, I probably will not do any VMFPs in the near future.)
  14. They are dropping. I got one very recently, after 7.0 went live. It is possible they're rarer now; I can't say as I was never particularly interested in them.
  15. I will wait here while you discover the achievements associated with Seeker Droid.
  16. If your character completed their conquest 100k before reaching level 76, the rewards would not have included the MoC.
  17. So you didn’t understand 6.x gearing and now don’t understand 7.x gearing. A bit like SWTOR developers, come to think of it.
  18. But you're still subscribed. You're paying while not playing. BW is fine with that, I'd think.
  19. If that doesn’t work, you could just download WithAuth on your game PC. It is open source and complies with the relevant standard and can be used for multiple web sites, applications etc.
  20. What are your pieces with Accuracy and how did you obtain them? I would appreciate pieces to be described following this example: 326, Purple Thyrsian, Accuracy, Chest I have the following and am wondering about how to get the 4 required Rakata Accuracy pieces: (might need Pummeler or Healer pieces) 326, Purple Rakata, Accuracy, Head 326, Purple Thyrsian, Accuracy, Chest 326, Purple Thyrsian, Accuracy, Legs 326, Purple Thyrsian, Accuracy, Offhand
  21. Thanks. I did miss it. 127 more days. Total 20 weeks, ending on July 4.
  22. If you complete conquest 100k while you’re in GSF (while the match is still in progress,) it is not crediting the 34 charges. There is a separate thread for that specific case but BW people ran into reading comprehension issues there.
  23. Switch between Loadouts and the abilities return to correct slots. Don’t switch Combat Styles.
