  3. Vengeance Juggernauts are pretty faceroll. Rage Jugg is not faceroll. AP PT is CERTAINLY not Faceroll, it's pretty hard. and Pyrotech is in the middle for difficulty. Arsenal Mercs are really fun and easy to play, but have slightly lower numbers than their Sniper bretheren, However, Innovative Ordinance is pretty close to the king of DoT spec DPS. Marauders range from faceroll (Fury), to balls to the wall hard (Carnage). And Sin's... Well you only have 1 viable DPS spec as a Sin anyway, and that's Hatred. the positional Requirements for Maul with Deception are too hindering for most bosses, and the same goes for Concealment Ops. I seriously think that Backstab and Maul need a no-positional requirement buff.
  4. Hello Everyone, Currently when you swap specs that have abilities that get replaced in the tree, you must re-train the old skill from the Skill Trainer. Example: An Arsenal Mercenary changes to Innovative Ordinance, he now must pull out a Trainer and re-train Power Shot and Unload. This is incredibly annoying for people who spec-swap often like me, for either PvP funzies as the other DPS spec, or for different Boss Fights in Ops. Thanks, Starbound Legacy of The Harbinger
  5. Hello Everyone, Currently when you Swap Specs, you cannot set your Utilities. There is a temporary fix until it is patched. Teleport to your Stronghold or Ship and you are able to set all of your utilities. Thanks, Starbound Legacy of The Harbinger
  6. I for one like this addition! I finally get to use my PvP skills to get something for PvE for once! And, I can stomp all these scrubs who are going for the quest!
  7. Oh, the poison TA regrant from Concealment... Let me go test that on my ship. Edit: Or I can hit a Log-in queue of 500! Seriously Bioware, just change the game to boot enough Preferred/F2P players until the Subs can all log in... Edit 2: Game cannot tell time... waited 2 minutes to log in, when it said >50 Minute Queue... Edit 3: Corrosive Dart regrants TA just fine. It does have an Internal Cooldown, but that's always been there.
  8. Melee DPS in Operations and FP's is kinda touchy. The older content (Pre-SoR) was friendly-er to Melee DPS than the SoR content was. With 4.0, Melee DPS got quite a bit of improvements, so much so that all Melee DPS are viable again, HOWEVER. You need to keep in mind that the 4 Class Buffs (Unlimited Power, Tactical Superiority, Bloodthirst, and Supercharged Celerity) are still useful, and should be obtained in your Raid team. My reccomendation for getting all of them is, Sorc and Op healer, Merc and Mara DPS. Then you can choose 2 more DPS, I recommend a Sniper for Sniper Bubble, and either a Powertech or Assassin. Depending on what Tanks you choose (Juggernaut should always be 1 of your 2 tanks, with PT/Sin being the other, depending on your extra non-Sniper DPS) This configuration grants you All 4 Class Buffs All 3 AOE Taunt Buffs AND Sniper Bubble. You still have 2 Ranged DPS, and 2 Melee DPS, which is not ideal for Ravagers and Temple of Sacrifice, however, it maximizes your raid's chances of clearing Enrage Timers and not dying (Sniper Bubble and AOE Taunt buffs allow you to cheese soo many mechanics it's not even funny!)

  11. Is the One Size Fits All for Tanks also? Or would it need modified gear for Tank where you take some Defense and Shield and such? Or just all out DPS with Tank SB Armorings?
  12. I would say the best spec to level with is Engineering, the AOE you get is amazing. You get flat buffs to Suppressive Fire, Plasma Probe, Fragmentation Grenade, and Orbital Strike. Which make it incredibly easy to just faceroll everything with AOE. It is literally THE AOE DPS Spec. It's better than DoT spread AND Lightning Storm spam.
  13. I'm talking about Predation... And, actually Predation is a 30s CD when you take the Utility that makes it on a CD, which should always be taken unless you are playing in PvE.
  14. They will not. It was a problem in most boss fights to use Force Charge/Force Leap to build the extra focus. You would leap BACKWARDS typically into death, if you were "inside" the model of an entity, this was extremely apparent with the Core portion of the Revan fight in Temple of Sacrifice, using Watchman spec was a death sentence, because you would every 12s leap backwards to keep your rotation flowing, and you would be moved out of the circle where you can deal damage, and most likely be put into an Abberation and die. This resolves that problem, and works much better, it IS jarring to work with though.
  15. For Concealment, I feel like an unstoppable god in PvP with the 6% DR from Kolto Probes. Though, i'm only level 60, with old PvP gear (mostly Exhumed with 4 DR pieces). So, it's not like i'm 65 with full Ranked gear with Augments. Which would probably make my damage and healing even better. Lethality on the other hand, feels like the best troll class ever. I can go in, DoT em up, Corrosive Assault them 4-5 times, then roll out and heal up in 2.5s and repeat! It's hilarious! people can't kill me with the Revitalizers and 6% Kolto Probe DR, and I heal with Kolto Probes, Kolto Infusion and Revitalizers! It's the ultimate tanky DPS that isn't a tank class!
  16. I don't understand why people are spouting doom and gloom with the 4.0 Annihilation Changes. These changes make the spec 100% better. Force Rend now replaces Force Charge's old role. Now, you will not leap BACKWARDS in the Core portion of Revan, which was suicidal. The new addition that makes Vicious Slash deal more damage on a proc helps for filler, which the rotation now has room for. Surge changes were because Auto-Crits got buffed out the ***, now your Crit% + Surge% == Surge% for Auto Crits If i read the changes right.
  17. They didn't pull any stops with 4.0's Tacticals. I died about 4 times in Tactical False Emperor as a level 65. That should not happen... I had to spec to Heals for us to have the survivability to kill Malgus! Tacticals should not need a Healer and Tactical bosses should not take 3 minutes to kill... I feel like I was playing HM False Emperor with Tionese rated gear back at the 50 cap!
  18. You shouldn't have any Misses anymore if you are at 110% Accuracy. They made Basic Attacks have full Accuracy, so there's something else going on. Are you 65?
  19. Holy fudge... 30k... with 60k HP pools... That's redonculous.
  20. Grav Round/Tracer Missile replaces Charged Bolts/Power Shot. You must EACH TIME you switch from Gunnery/Arsenal to Assault Specialist/Innovative Ordinance, pull out a Trainer and re-buy Full Auto/Unload AND Charged Bolts/Power Shot. This goes for ALL replacement abilities. So, instead of fixing something that was not broken, they made it worse for those who like to min-max DPS per boss fight. (I use certain specs for certain boss fights.). This needs an IMMIDEATE FIX.
  21. IMO, it's a waste of a perfectly good utility. It should be removed and replaced with this. Broken Chains: Undying Rage Purges all Crowd Controlling Effects and is Useable while Stunned. THAT would make Marauders viable again. You chose between a 20s CD Root Breaker, or 2 CC Breakers. As, Undying is 100% needed for Marauder viability.
  22. Basic Attacks now have 100% accuracy. so now both M/R and F/T have 110% Accuracy.
  23. This is a much needed change that will hopefully make Sin tanks much better. Powertechs though, got shafted really hard. Juggernauts didn't get too much to improve themselves.
