  1. Adjust it to have a 2m 30s CD, keep the new Skillful Utility, and buff Blood Ward to have no ICD. Saber Ward is fixed for Marauders.
  2. For PvE, people hate: Marauders, Jugg DPS, Conceal Ops, and Deception Sins. This is due to the sheer stupid within the Boss mechanics, making them so un-friendly to Melee DPS. For PvP, people hate: Mercs, Snipers, and some hate Maras. This is because these three classes lack the defensive capabilities to stay alive for more than 1 GCD.
  3. I don't think the launcher Auto-updates. You could use the non-official pre-downloader that SWTOR_Potato made and pre-download all the assets.
  4. IMO, Both DoT's should spread with either Fusion Missile, or Sweeping Blasters. Hell, i'd take DFA spreading both DoT's over the current system...
  5. Edit: I feel stupid this is the PT forums. Nothing should happen to Rail Shot's auto Crit.
  6. PvE: Either or TBH. Both deal great damage, and have good mobility. Though Mercs are more mobile that Snipers. PvP: Neither. Both suck at PvP.

  8. List of classes with 2 CC breakers. Juggernauts, "Sin's" (Phase Walk can be used while stunned), Sorcs, Powertechs List of classes that SHOULD HAVE 2 CC Breakers. All of them. Seriously, if you give that to one class, all of them should have it! ESPECIALLY Snipers and Marauders!
  9. IMHO, you chose the wrong monitor. You should have gotten a Monitor that is 144hz and Nvidia G-Sync capable. Those are much better for gaming, because 144hz refresh rate allows you to run at 144 FPS with no screen tearing, and G-Sync is like VSync except better. However you need a GTX 600 series or better Nvidia GPU to use G-Sync. Also Nvidia has more power, and innovation put into their GPU's that make them about double the power effeciency of an AMD GPU, so you will get better overall power consumption, for the slightly higher price, aka it pays for itself in your lowered power bills.
  10. All alternate Specs got re-named on one side or the other. Pyrotech Merc got renamed to Innovative Ordinance Assault Vanguard got renamed to Plasmatech Dirty Fighting Scoundrel got renamed to Ruffian etc. Ruffian plays similarly to Dirty Fighting, however, you have a new ability to work with, Point Blank Shot. It's a better Backblast that buffs your DoT's by 20% for a few seconds, and has no positional requirements, meaning, you don't need to be behind to be able to use it!
  11. I'd say play both! Watchman is a DoT spec that has a good number of Burn effects that are Blue. While Plasma Brand from Vigilance is all about Blue Fire! Overhead Slash and Blade Storm also place a Fire Effect on the targets hit, and Vigilant Strike has a slight "fire" effect to it also. So, you have good options for Blue Fire. I like the asthetic, I just don't like the Republic storylines. So my free 60 is gonna be a Sentinel so I don't have to worry about playing the atrociously bad JK story again...
  12. For PvE, it's a tossup. Most of the Pre-3.0 Ops were pretty balanced between Melee and Ranged, while still favoring Ranged to some extent, however the 3.0 Ops still will favor Ranged > Melee because there are no Mechanic Changes, just HP and Damage value changes. For PvP, I'm gonna bet we will still have Melee dominating. Marauders are getting some strong buffs in Fury and Annihilation, and Carnage is getting it's CC immunity through a Utility (though, it's on a 3m CD...) So, Marauders could come back from their meh-ness in 3.0 to decent in 4.0. Powertechs are finally getting a well needed nerf to HO. Though, Mercs should not get the same nerf... They need the Mobility... Juggernauts are getting a nice Buff to Vengeance, and it should still be a good Dueling spec, Rage is getting a much needed defensive buff. Sin's are going to be VERY strong in 4.0, with a Double Discharge without using any Force except Discharge itself (1 Discharge from Phantom Stride, and another from Recklesness, on top of the 5% boosted Discharge Damage) Hatred is getting, a nice little buff to their already strong DoT damage. It's still a tossup as to what classes will be strong in PvE and PvP in 4.0. Napkin Math is not the same as playing an Operation or Warzone.
  13. Wow, that's... Interesting, and probably not meant to be. Could be an artifact from 2.0 when IIRC Barrage could be procd from Power Shot, but not Sweeping Blasters.
  14. You can Ninja Cap pretty well, if you know what you are doing. Sleep Dart makes Sap Capping pretty easy, especially if you take Sedatives to help lessen your chances of a Burst Death on your part.
  15. I meant the standard game, but in the REAL world, yes. 1 bullet == 1 kill unless Accuracy < 100%
  16. You mean do nothing? Cause, the In-Game report system does jack all. IMO, they should remove the rule against name and shame, because unless Bioware just doesn't look at In-Game reports, it's the fastest way to spread the word about people hacking, exploiting, etc. The forums are something they look at. In-Game Reports, not so much.

In PvP at 60, you can't deal 23k in one hit on against a person with 2018 Expertise, but If you have full Dark Reaver (augged) and the other person is naked with all relavent Debuffs (Sunder and Marked) You could probably hit for 23k Lazed + PvE Adrenaled + Target Aquired + Bloodthirsted and Unlimited Powered Ambush. Meaning, It's impossible in the real world, but in an airtight test, probably doable.
  18. Are you accidentially triggering Grav Round and you think it's Charged Bolts? Cause, I've never tried it, because I don't have Power Shot/Charged Bolts anywhere near my hotbars when Playing Arsenal/Gunnery. Since Grav Round/Tracer Missile deals more damage than Charged Bolts/Power Shot.
  19. Blade Rush looks ok. It's Merciless Slash with a different hit effect. I love most of the animations for the Marauder, except Devestating Blast, that needs to go...
  20. Not terrible ideas, just not great for most of them either... Or they would be hard AF to program.
  21. As long as you do PvP Warzones with HK out as your companion, It still counts.
  22. Well, Originally... Snipers were going to get full blown Stealth, but they scrapped it. I think that Operatives were also originally meant to have a Tank spec, hence all the Green and Blue cunning gear with Shield and Defense that drops often. But, they scrapped both ideas.
  23. The abilites you may be thinking of are 1 of 2 Scamper: Level 51, Roll forward 8m, can be done twice before a CD is incurred. Fight or Flight: Level 32, Scrapper Only. When Sneak is activated you are granted a 50% Speed Boost for X Seconds (I think X = 5s)
  24. The problem is, Some of our skills cost 5 Rage (Shatter and Furious Strike) And, we don't have the Fury system like Marauders to give us Berserk, so instead we have Enrage to compensate. It's also nice to have because it means we can always start a fight with a full 12 Rage (6 from Charge + Throw and 6 from Enrage) whereas Marauders cannot do this without a prior fight.
