  1. Eh, I say keep Carbine Burst, but make it work like Death Field for Sin's
  2. Fortified Kolto is better bang for your buck. You should have Fortified Kolto and the extra 30s off the CD of Combat Stealth. Even as a Healer, allows you to Stealth Rez every 1m 30s if able to.
  3. Snipers are pretty forgiving in PvE, and are a bit hard for PvP, but would fit your latency needs. Don't forget to max out your Ability Action Queue.
  4. Solo Ranked is so bad... If you are trying to play the "bad" classes (Mara, Sniper, Merc) you always are a liability to your group. But Team Ranked NEVER pops, so you can't play with a team 100% of the time that is built around your "bad" class. Because, in the right team setup, Mercs, Maras, and Snipers all work really well. If you have peels for the Merc or Sniper, they can completely wreck house! If a Marauder gets a Guard + Pocket Healing, you can decimate people. But, since nobody plays Team Ranked, it's pointless to play those classes in Ranked. If Solo Ranked was Removed, then people would want to then play Team Ranked to get their Ranked Comms and get the rewards, and it would encourage teamplay on a higher level.
  5. Which spec are you? Shield Tech should have 0 heat issues because Heat Blast. AP ALWAYS has Heat issues, unless you throw in a few basic attacks. Pyro has heat issues till 65.
  6. (Yes, I know Double Post, If we had Auto-Post Merge this would not be a problem) They do that, because you are not playing right. If you don't play right, you're going to be belittled. Learning your rotation when you hit 65 and practicing it for all specs (Yes, I mean ALL specs, all 2 or 3 Specs for each class as DPS NEED to be known because each fight is Spec Dependant for ideal DPS) will stop you from being belittled and called a scrub. Or, you can join a guild and only group with guildies.
  7. Penetrating Blast has an amazing animation! It's like 7 shots in 2s and it has the neat little reload animation. And Penetrating Rounds has NO difference in animation from Unload, Blazing Bolts, or Speed Shots. They are literally all three the same damn animation with no variance except in Blazing Bolts with it having the "wave" bolts instead of standard blaster bolts.

  9. Hey, Vanguards were the ONLY Melee DPS to NOT have an easy way of initating outside of an ability that was not meant for initiating. So, quit your ************ about a change that was needed.

  11. Yea, HOWEVER, you can consistantly SoS every 9s in Engineering Spec.
  12. 3 words: SteelSeries Merc Stealth. Best keyboard in the entire world. Makes playing this game a cakewalk.
  13. Deception is not the strong one of the Sin bunch... It's Sin Tanks you want to watch out for, and their 17k Crit Shocks!
  14. Could we get a sideways picture of the Rotation? I can't exactly fit a vertical Opener and Rotation all on my second monitor to follow for parsing and training... Something like the Dulfy pictures would work well.
  15. Those classes that got changed have consistent Auto-Crits in their trees. And the way Crit and Surge work now, Auto-Crits are Critical % + Surge % = Auto-Crit Surge %. Meaning, if you have 30% Critical Rating and 80% Surge Rating, your Auto-Crit Surge Rating will be ~110% Give or take depending on how it calculates. So it was a needed "nerf" Except for Concealment Ops, IDK why Concealment got a nerf in it's Surge, other than #Nerfoperatives

  17. 1. How well the story was written! 2.0 and 3.0's stories kinda blew, but 4.0 was AWESOME story wise. 2. HK-55 (both the good and the bad) 3. How easy it is to craft now! Seriously! I love crafting now! 4. That Marauders are viable again! I ran EV SM and ToS SM fully with no deaths as a Marauder in mostly 190 Greens/Blues obtained from the story!
  18. Combat Can't have Juyo Form anymore, it gets replaced by Ataru now.
  19. Lethality has MUCH better Survivability and Sustained. you can get 4 Corrosive Assaults in a row with only a Stim Boost to assist. The off-healing is what keeps the spec so survivable, you can take some massive hits if you take Revitalizers and the new 6% DR from Kolto Probes. and when things get hairy, just roll out and Kolto Infusion, then use Holotraverse to get back into the fray!
  20. As a Tank, there's never a point where you stop using your Basic Attack unless you take enough hits to proc your passive Focus Gained on Hit. (which is baseline, the utility grants 1 focus when hit by a non DoT AOE). Vigilance and Focus need to hit ~60 before you stop using Assault/Saber Strike, however don't take it off your bar, as it can be used in certain phases of bosses to pre-load your Focus/Rage meter to 12.
  21. Can't do that, Jugg Generators grant Force Power. Powertech Generators grant Tech Power.
  22. I friggin LOVE Mad Dash. You can use it to negate so much damage. Here's just a few examples Rage Storm in Underlurker Grenades in HK-47 phase of Revan Thermal Detonator or Sticky Dart from a Bounty Hunter Volatile Substance or Explosive Probe from an Imperial Agent 99% of a Sniper's damage (Marksmanship Only) There's plenty of more Ops scenarios that I have not encountered where Mad Dash can be useful, Just treat it like the sniper Roll and use it like that.

  24. Fury has high burst, but has low Target Swap capabilities mid-burst. Carnage has really easy target swap, and deals good burst. Anni has great sustained, low burst.
  25. I'm not gonna be pissed when my Mara can blast through PvE players with 30k Devestating Blasts, that will be alot of fun actually!
