  1. Eve actually has real time flying and ship combat?! owait, no, it's still spreadsheet online.
  2. So many terrible human beings.
  3. ITT: Someone butthurt because the game direction isn't going his way like it so obviously should.
  4. And that tiny tiny tiny % of income is slightly missed. By some accountant In a basement somewhere
  5. Everything looks cooler with blaster fire. Non Glowbatters FTMFW! I kind of wish there was a server set to trooper/BH/Smuggler/Agent only.
  6. lol, they just keep trying to use it. Is sad. Like crack. Addicts are sad.
  7. OMG nice! I think I may have to get a hold of those guys and see if my crew wants to reroll on that server. Our whole goal was to start a trooper (and some smugglers, can always use pilots/air support ) guild - Phoenix Company. Only have 7 peeps so far though, hard to find non glowbatters here
  8. Indeed. Well said. The "PvP" whiners are sad and not anything close to real competitive players.
  9. ^ Agreed. It is so damned sad that so many pathetic individuals keep trying to paint these games as hard work, or comparable to a real job/life/responsibility/accomplishment/etc. What has happened to people.
  10. You'll have to seperate between just "pvper" and the ones that actually give a crap about getting stat advantages over other people instead of competitive playing fields. Either way, how about the population that supplies the most income to the game gets all the say? Cool. PvE'ers win. PvPers get nothing and can be thankful for it.
  11. I c wut u did thar. Also I'm so happy you spelled Grammar right.
  12. *psst. FUN. Playing for gun is frightening*
  13. ^ This pretty much summed up my answer as is. Thanks for that. I PvP for PvP's sake itself. Enjoyed it in WoW (for a while), AoC, WAR (momentarily), DarkFail (even more momentarily) many FPS's, warband and back to UO and AC:Darktide server and beyond. PvP needs no reward if it's fun.
  14. ^ This. I refuse to be a glowbatter. Even moreso yet ANOTHER Inq/Cons. I'd love to play my agent but quite frankly they aren't worth the slot except for one SNIPER since his dps is ok and for the buff. Non-force users all the way. *So few smugs/IA's because not only are they hard to play with complicated mechanics that are redundant and counter to each other but they've been nerfed to the point that people realize that from a min/max perspective they bring nothing to the table that another class wouldn't bring along with more. More utility, more support, more survivability. A single sniper/gunslinger might be ok, mostly to get the group buff, but really they're a sub-optimal class to bring to the group.*
  15. Actually they do. The "ZOMG HARDCORE! PvPERS!!!!!" make up a very very small % of the playerbase. Which means they make up a tiny fraction of the income generated. Which means that in the long run financially if there is a group that can be cut off (like a cancer) it is you. Casuals carry, fund and own MMO's (and quite frankly most gaming genre's). You aren't needed, and because of your general attitudes (obviously this is a generalization) you are unwanted for the most part. ZOMGHARDCORE!!!!!!!!!!! pvpers for the most part act like complete douchewads. It's even worse in games with public VoIP. The irony here is that alot of the self proclaimed HCPvPers quite frankly aren't. No TRUE pvper wants huge gear disparities. That is the antithesis to competitive sport/gaming. They also don't go around yelling at everyone about how ****** they are while everyone else is a scrub. They don't need to. The other players in the scene know them, what they've accomplished and how good they are already.
  16. More true that people care to admit.
  17. Amen. These kids and their self-love is disgusting.
  18. Because it's a side show, not the point of the game. It's not, nor should it ever be, the main focus. They could have gotten rid of all pvp rewards and just had pvp in the open world for when you run across an opposing faction while doing PvE and it would have been fine. As is they've already thrown a bone to the PvP community with even having wz's, pvp gear and such. Yes, I love pvp, yes I pvp often, no I don't think it needs rewards or alot of focus in this genre of game.
  19. Sad. Especially " addicted me to MMO's"
  20. No. Thanks though. I enjoy voidstar quite a bit. It's action packed and a nice change of pace from civil or sorc/sageball. It's pretty much the equivalent of team deathmatch but with an objective. Sageball by comparison is only fun for the people that can do silly z-axis tricks and have knockbacks, pulls, bubbles and sprints (preferrably on the same character)
  21. "PvPers get screwed out of Legacy Points " Good. I do both. PvE when I can find groups or feel like it and PvP most nights. Legacy levelling just fine. PvE is and SHOULD be the main focus of the game. PvP is and always will be (in a game like this) a supplement, not the focus.
  22. No. No it wouldn't. Nothing entitles you to it.
  23. Yes actually. Which is why sorcs have the highest population in the game.
  24. Better than being an inbred, woogy boogy man on a cloud worshipping, ignorant, sociopathic and narcissistic republican. Ah, so nice to bring up retarded personal attacks without any iota of proof or reasoning isn't it? Go back to worshipping money and ******* yourself while you stroke a gun magazine, inbreeder. (not a democrat, I think both parties are idiots)
