  1. That's a cyborg facial feature. Though there are some goggles I've seen drop on Belsavis, green loot but they're the only ones I've seen.
  2. Which is what gets me. If you're the type of person who would hold up a group to debate with someone how they play their class or essentially ask them to teach you how they play it, it would seem you could just save yourself a ton of time by joining a guild and have all of this information on your guild forums. You can discuss it night and day in guild chat and long detailed forum posts. It can already take up to an hour to form a PUG do you want to spend much more time debating talent tree's?
  3. Would be a great addition. Like someone else said I'd love to see swoop racing as well, maybe handled like space combat where it's cinematic and fast paced with avoidance playing a key role. Except you know, multi-player. If they do add this I hope they put it in an area outside of the central hub of the fleet (where it's ultra lag city). Something like where you take the elevator down to the drop ships. I get the feeling they would put something like this on the fleet however given they want it to be the central hub of activity.
  4. There are methods and means. It doesn't need to take place in a PUG. In a group where this matters where there are people who want your opinion, you'll be guilded with them. Otherwise they probably don't care what you think. If you think your opinion is so important then feel free to talk about it all you want, but don't expect to be welcome in many groups. I highly doubt Bioware would ever implement anything as short sighted as this however, so it's all kinda moot really.
  5. I forget where the Imperial woman is on the fleet, but something I noticed was that the quest she gives you is 34. First time I played through I saw that and deleted them thinking I had outleveled them. Once you get to Alderaan and talk to the guy she sends you to though the bonus series is 40.
  6. Did you miss the Alderaan bonus series? Those are lvl 40. Like others have said, space missions help.
  7. Being able to see your tank's talent tree isn't going to make him good or bad. While I'm sure he'd love to hear what some random person thinks about his spec I doubt he's going to want to take the time out during a PUG raid to explain it to you. It's simply unrealistic to expect someone to take the time out of their play session and teach you how they play their class. Again, if you're too timid to risk grouping with someone who may suck, join a guild and get a good perma group going with people you know play well. That's kind of my point.. Illiterate ignorant people, 12 year olds and etc all think they're smarter than someone else. Do I want these people yapping to me about my spec every time I join a group? Yeah sorry I may have a lot of free time but I don't want to waste it teaching someone how my class works. They got their own class to worry about.
  8. Heh, yeah everyone seems to think they're smarter than the next guy.
  9. Your raid tank will have his spec on your guild forums, it'll be very well informed no doubt. And if you're raiding in a PUG because you hate guilds, then let's face it, your'e going to be in the PUG raid regardless of his spec because there are rarely more than one PUG raid force on a server.
  10. Much like how this thread has said something about you. Proof that you're clownshoe. If some noob copy pasted a spec from a website and it fits your idea of what works, means jack **** about how he actually plays the game. 101 type stuff.
  11. Try joining a guild. If you have to raid in PUG's where you would need a feature like this then you're doing it wrong. But I get the feeling that you do a lot of things wrong.
  12. I've actually never played an MMO where you can view someones talent tree. It's more the idea that someone feels they have the right to know how I spec my character that I find hilarious. I'm sorry but I don't care what some nobody I'm grouping with thinks about my spec.
  13. Dude, you so don't know your stereotypes. But regardless it's a seriously retarded comment, just had to point that out.
  14. Forum bot? Being casual or a tryhard has little to do with this.
  15. Except not everyone is up for a class in how to play their class every time they join a group. Like I said, a lot of headache and drama for no real result. If they're lying it'll be obvious soon enough. It's just not a valid excuse to have a way of viewing someones talent tree. The OP should concern himself with how he plays his own class, not how everyone else plays theirs.
  16. That just reinforces my point. What you may consider to be worthwhile may not be, they could have a good spec and you kick em' because you're competely wrong and have no understanding of the class. Sorry but that's just asking for lot of headache and drama. If you can't make a group work without over analyzing someones talent choices just form a perma group and don't worry about it. No one likes that guy, in fact I bet you don't even like that guy. Why be that guy?
  17. There's no dual spec. They spec how they spec and when you invite ask them if they're a healer and if they say yes you got a healer. It's so not complicated.
  18. Pretty much exactly what happened to me. I got to 50 within the hour I was back on Hutta leveling again lol. I'm seriously burnt out on raiding and all that goes along with it, it's just super pointless. And the gear grind is a carrot I can do without, it's what killed Rift for me. I have enough fun leveling up in SWTOR that I'm going back through and will again and probably again after that. I haven't even touched the Republic side of things yet.
  19. I enable it just so the icon appears next to my name when I'm questing so people know I'm lfg for heroics. Rarely bother with the tag, so few use it and the fact that it only shows the first 100 results is probably why. It's just not a very efficient way of going about it. Better than chat channel spam, but that's not saying much.
  20. It's called being unemployed. Also many already went through the side quests in beta and skipping the dialog in those speeds things up. I had already played through the empire side twice in beta, though with my first play through during EGA I didn't skip any since I wanted to try alternate replies. Second play through I've been skipping a ton, in fact I've skipped a large number of missions altogether. Mostly playing through for the class story lines at this point.
  21. Clan Varad gear, feel like I've been wearing it forever. Went back and got a matching set for both Temple and Lokin. Ship uniform! http://i41.tinypic.com/2igzs0l.jpg
  22. Yeah, I don't log into SWTOR to play Melrose Place.
  23. I used Kaliyo for a long time, but was never much of a fan. She goes down so quick, also dies really fast. Can't say I've used Lokin much either, may give him a try. Since I've gotten Ensign Temple however I've noticed things dying so much faster that I've geared up and using her exclusively now.
