If you want to do something like this, you can copy/paste from a text file (ctrl+v works). Alternatively, I assume you could come up with something using AutoHotkey to create some macros for the copy from specific file/pasting.

I'm calling it: BW added the 6 hours penalty so they can swoop in later on and say "We heard you, we listened to your feedback! We will be decreasing from 6 to 2 hours! Thank you for your continued support and feedback as we continue improving." Then they can laugh a bit about us crying, in their internal chat, like we've seen on those screenshots which were floating around. Guess it was an ex employee, but it shows the mindset these people seem to have IMO. In principle I can understand the lockout duration increasing; after all if you know you're connection is unstable, don't queue again immediately so you don't screw over your team. However, something like 0, 5, 10 minutes would be sane. This, is insane.

As a community manager, in my opinion, it's not only your job to parrot whatever your bosses tell you to. With that line of thought you can never do anything wrong regarding the content of the posts, or lack thereof. How convenient... It became quite clear there was some uproar after what they communicated. What should've happened is for example what @bncsmom mentioned. As community manager, you're also working for the community. You take the concerns from the community to your bosses instead of ignoring them. You need to be willing to take some flak from your bosses. Even then if the bosses refuse permission, simply stating "It will happen", does not reveal too much I'd say. Some may say, "it's a job, don't want to get fired, bills to pay, etc." I understand, and plenty of people will agree with that sentiment. I however do not. Taking some flak from the bosses to stand up for the community may not be part of the official job description, but IMHO that's what a good community manager should do. After all: he/she should know best how to keep the community happy. Happy community means happy bosses eventually.

Why should they not be allowed? Because X doesn't allow it either, is not really a good reason. If they would not be quite easy to obtain by everyone, this could be a valid reason, but, they are.

I agree, this should not happen. Conversely, ranked players also should not come into unranked wz with an "I pay a sub and this is just regs so I can play how I want, so I will play as if this is arena" attitude.

Don't fully agree with this point. This is not always necessary, depending on circumstances. Also, please be aware that some classes have more than just one ability to break CC. If you combine that with not directly standing on top of the node...

But you don't seem to have an issue implying only ranked players can be competent 🙄
