How do Operatives have good sustained damage? Oh yeah, they don't. Acid Blade nerf was NOT needed, wrong. The only nerf that is correct is the Hidden Strike nerf, which was definitely needed. The Jarring nerf was on the right track, but too much. It needs to be 2 seconds, not 1.5, so we can backstab before they get up. Otherwise, it makes no sense to even have a knockdown since the GCD is 1.5.

********. Its Bioware's fault that they made the turrets destroyable, not the players. Plain and simple, nothing else to it. Its not -entirely- Bioware's fault, seeing as how EA rushed their *** to release the game in time for Christmas..but still. Nobody should be punished, Bioware should just be happy that they fixed it and get their *** working on the FPS issues that plague the game for a lot of people, including myself.

Patch 1.1.1 changes to Operatives
OklahomaSooner replied to Traumahawk's topic in Scoundrel / Operative
I hope you realize you entirely contradicted yourself. Concealment Operatives, as is before the nerf, have the WORST sustained DPS, so you're wrong. Jarring strike nerf needs to be toned down to 2 seconds, and the Acid Blade nerf needs to be removed entirely. The Hidden Strike nerf was deserving - it did do too much damage. -
I'd like to ask everyone to please be careful.
OklahomaSooner replied to GenericBadGuy's topic in PvP
Indeed... Acid Blade nerf made no sense - a smack in the face for Concealment Operatives trying to do PVE. When Bioware starts nerfing YOUR classes and going overboard, you'll see how it feels. -
Hidden Strike damage nerf makes sense, that was needed. Acid Blade nerf was NOT needed, and destroyed any semblance of usefulness we had in PVE/PVP in terms of sustained damage. Jarring Strike nerf was too much. 2 seconds at least, 1.5 is barely enough for us to backstab. They just went overboard. People supporting the nerf AS-IS are morons, plain and simple.

Is there any reason to play an Operative now?
OklahomaSooner replied to Damukag's topic in Scoundrel / Operative
That would be a dream, but rarely do developers change their changes they implement on the PT server. -
I love how you morons don't even know what RESOLVE is. These are the people you listened to, Bioware. The guys who have no *********** idea what Resolve is.

Anyone Notice How Ops are no Longer OP?

You're pathetic. Wait until It happens to YOUR class. -
Patch 1.1.1 changes to Operatives
OklahomaSooner replied to Traumahawk's topic in Scoundrel / Operative
Acid Blade nerf is entirely unwarranted. Hidden Strike damage nerf was deserved - 20% sounds like a good number. 3 seconds to 1.5 seconds on Jarring should last AT LEAST 2 seconds. And..we get nothing in return for these nerfs? Just "**** you guys, we'll fix you in a month or two" You guys saying "Good, I need these nerfs because I am terrible" are pathetic, to say the least. -
Patch 1.1.1 changes to Operatives
OklahomaSooner replied to Traumahawk's topic in Scoundrel / Operative
Pathetic balancing if these TEST patch notes stay true. The knockdown should last 2 seconds, Acid Blade didn't need to be nerfed AT ALL. The 20% Hidden Strike damage nerf will have to be tested first. For all you guys saying "ABOUT TIME!!11One!!1" - you're pathetic. If you aren't a complete moron, you can see that these nerfs were overdone. -
Sigh at all you Complaining and whinging
OklahomaSooner replied to akrokz's topic in Scoundrel / Operative
How are Operatives hard to kill? They are akin to a wet-paper bag..unless you are talking about Stealth, which is simply a retarded likeness. -
You Can't Change Your Advanced Class!?!?!
OklahomaSooner replied to HossDelgado's topic in Combat Styles
I still maintain that there are no negatives to giving people a ONE TIME switch, and then no backsies. I really see no downsides to this. Everyone would be happy. -

The Simple Reason Why Scoundrels/Operatives are not OP
OklahomaSooner replied to AndiusTheGreat's topic in PvP
I don't understand the purpose of this thread. Bioware said that they don't give two ***** about the opinion on balance from the community. They will use THEIR data, and balance with that data. They aren't going to balance because a bunch of morons say "HE KILL ME BEFORE I EVEN GET UPPPP" If Operative/Scoundrel needs to be toned down slightly, they'll do it. -
This. Nerfing their burst makes them entirely worthless. If you nerf their burst, you have to up their out of stealth damage. Operative is the LEAST played class in the game, and does ONE thing really well.

Play a darkside Bounty Hunter before you assume.
OklahomaSooner replied to BBriggs's topic in Combat Styles
Indeed. -
What body size is your bounty hunter? How does it look?
OklahomaSooner replied to Face's topic in Combat Styles
Body Type 3 looks so freakishly unrealistic, I wonder how people can play as them. -
Your entire rant is one run-on sentence. You are exaggerating. You are wrong.

Just made me laugh my *** off.

Switch Tracer and Fusion Missile's animations.
OklahomaSooner replied to escalantevincent's topic in Commando / Mercenary
Yes please. It just looks plain silly, especially when the majority of our armor doesn't even have a jetpack that could cast this missile. -
I still think its hilarious that you guys think that slicing missions, as they are now, are in a good state. You should never lose credits unless you only run 1 or 2 specific missions. They nerfed it by SEVENTY PERCENT. Yes, you can still make money by gathering world nodes, but by no means does that mean the missions aren't worthless right now. If half of the skill is worthless, then there really is no reason to have it compared to other very bountiful skills like Treasure Hunting or Underworld trading.

About 3,750 credits per hour with Slicing while afk....
OklahomaSooner replied to Herpiederp's topic in Crew Skills
You do realize that other professions actually get something inside or with that lockbox? Slicing gets nothing but lockboxes, so its obvious that we should get more money than we spent on them.... They nerfed slicing by 70%, and it was obviously a knee-jerk overreaction to forum QQ.
