Been dying since launch. Everything dies in time.

Sure or just stop queuing. That is what I did when I got tired of it nearly 3 years ago. I also unsubbed and just recently came back. It didn't take long for me to stop Queuing up again this time.

This is my experience as well through 90 crates so far. Every single one has had a piece of gear. It may be green with 228s, but gear nonetheless.

My casual style is such: I start with Black Hole, CZ, and Oricon dailies for a quick 1500+ Cxp, then run veteran Black Talon(not at all difficult) for 850ish CXP in about 15 minutes. If it is bonus for warzones or I still need to complete the weekly I will do some PvP, but it isn't as consistent as running BT since I am pretty newly back to the game and haven't found a guild to run with. I hear people don't like running alts with this system, but I've been running my 2 level 70s to increase chances for schematics/mods to RE. A nice bonus out of BT are the 2 refined isotope stabilizers that drop per run. I have alts with all the crafting professions at 600 so these are handy to generate a ton of revenue for me crafting 230 hilts, barrels, and armorings. With prices on Harbringer such as they are I am easily making over $500k profit every BT run which is really helping given the massive inflation since I last played full time in 2014. Both my characters are at 3/6 for set bonuses(Command rank 45 and 30) so the RNG hasn't been too bad to me so far, but I've had my fair share of bad RNG luck over the past 15 years of MMO gaming. With all that said BW don't take this as an endorsement of your current endgame, its not. GC would be fine as a supplement to a comprehensive loot system, but as the end all be all it is lacking quite a bit.

Just to add Ashara can no longer wield the CM axes I used as she apparently lost the vibrosword skill with 4.0.

Unfortunately the game cratered after launch. A lot of things were re-evaluated and the CM was launched. Sucks as a long time sub really. All the cool items we would have quested for/camped for are in the cartel market now. Times have changed.

This was fun to watch.

For regs it doesn't matter, but it isn't really difficult to augment your gear. For PvP you don't want to use the shells anyway so why not augment?

I can relate I used to play a merc healer and arenas were the nail in the coffin PvP wise. Then I rolled a scoundrel on a double xp weekend. It turns out arenas in normal queue are a great source of wins while running a fotm class. I support the OP as there are times I would like to opt out of 8v8s.

The past 2 years are what they are and clearly they avoid this section of the forums. Run off the new guy like the rest...good plan.

This community is toxic. I'd be surprised if BW is back here for another 8 months. Now I get why I rarely play anymore even though I still like the pvp.

Not really sure what you are trying to show here. The damage was mediocre and your protection sucks.

I quit WoW at the end of TBC, but they really do get it. I love the dev comment there, calling out a bunch of their myths. Since most BW devs seem to be auditioning for a job at Blizzard let's hope they pick up on this(even though it is over a year old).

As a scoundrel healer all I can say is tone down burst and no one will die ever.

Why do ranked? I am not good enough to be #1 and there are no rewards beyond bragging rights.

Reports of people queue synching for solo along with the Holidays have really lowered my interest in SWTOR PvP.

It allows for some gear flexibility which IMO is a good thing. Scoundrel heals have mediocre set bonuses on their PvP sets. I see nothing wrong with options.

Don't wait for BW. Reroll scoundrel/op and win. This is what double xp weekends are for. I miss my merc healer, but my scoundrel is rocking.

Been there, done that, but thanks for bringing back some great memories! An AV type mode would be amazing. I'm pretty sure this game can handle it in it's own instance and not part of world. I would love this.

I doubt it. Multi boxing is pretty common in MMOs.

Indeed. It is too bad I don't run fraps but being part of the zerg is never epic. That said running a WB to stop zone caps in Warhammer had it's moments.

That's kinda cool if it stays that way moving forward.
