  1. Same here. I didn't get Quinn after Iokath, and I've fiddled with the locator terminal today and still don't have Quinn. :-(
  2. Also, "You are currently not in a guild". I'm the frakking Guildmaster. You idiots.
  3. Just been told I'm a Free-to-Play Player with restricted access to chat channels. ***?
  4. I just wanted to wish you guys a Happy New Year for 2014. I love this game (playing since Beta), and really appreciate all your hard work. Cheers, Nick
  5. I'm trying to start playing with a character on the Red Eclipse's Alderaan. The loading bar isn't making any progress, although that pretty graphic thing in the corner is still spinning around. After a long wait, the load screen vanished and I was back at character selection. So: not fixed yet.
  6. Malgus already has a hood toggle. Watch the cutscene at the end of the False Emperor flashpoint...
  7. Yeah, this is ridiculous. These have put me off buying crates. You're losing real money, guys!
  8. I recently received an update to an open customer service ticket that asked me to create a bunch of technical reports from my PC and email them back to you (a dxdiag report, something about my ipconfig, that sort of thing - all looked very cut'n'pasted). It would have been really helpful if that reply had been sent to me via email rather than as an in-game message, as I can't refer to the detail of a lengthy CS ticket while I'm also running dxdiag, typing in MS-DOS commands, etc. If the information request had come via email, I could have printed it out, closed the game, gone through the steps one by one, and created all the reports you were asking for. Please can you allow the CS droids to make better decisions about whether to communicate via in-game tickets (e.g. for in-game problems) vs. out-of-game emails (e.g. where the trouble ticket is about a technical problem that requires out-of-game investigation and a reply by email to the CS team). It's also infuriating when the CS droids send a complex URL (pointing to a specific forum post, for example) via the trouble ticket interface. Where am I supposed to click?? Cheers, Nick
  9. Here's a suggested tweak to crafting dialogues: how about giving us the option to hide the lower-quality versions of gear you've already successfully reverse engineered. That could be two different settings (either would be good, both would be great!): (a) hide every schematic that you've ever successfully RE'd, and (b) hide any schematic where you can't learn anything else from RE'ing. This small change would really help minimaxing / optimising crafters like me. Love the game! Keep it up! Cheers, Nick
  10. /signed. Thana Vesh's armour is gorgeous, and I would kill for a set for my Marauder. While we're here, I very much like Vokk's look too (from the Esseles). Apart from the silly boots, but nobody's perfect.
  11. Mmm... pie. Seconded. This would be a useful tweak.
  12. Agreed. This would be a really helpful feature for generous crafters who like to support confused newbies. If we can't see the companion's gear, we can't see what they're missing / how we could best help out.
  13. Crafted reverse-engineered gear of Blue quality is being displayed in Green boxes when you inspect another player. That makes it harder for crafters like me to offer upgrades to our comrades-in-arms, as it's harder to see which of their equipped gear is actually low-quality Green stuff. Could the icons be shown in the correct colour boxes when inspecting another player's gear?
