Actually they made the game less stupid grindy and economy destroying, as opposed to having people level up hair dresser, who had no desire of being a hair dresser, in the vain hope that it was the mastery profession you needed, in the specific ORDER you needed it in, to become a jedi. I wasnt aware Obi wan had to spend hours begging people to let him give them a ****** haircut before he could be a padawan. The pre NGE SWG jedi "quest" was so utterly lame, it would have been better if you had to send in a thousand count chocula box tops and a human toe.

A huge galaxy of screaming mouse droids set loose to rot, blazing houses and gathering buildings, and trash everywhere from being crafted and tossed to gain skill points, because of the most idiotic "quest" to become a jedi ever implemented. Yay! Lets make it to where you grind up random professions as fast as you can to destroy the economy in the hopes its the one you need! Yay! Lets have 3 "health" bars, but only the first to reach zero matters, making any group member targeting mind or action in a health damage centric utterly useless! Ugh, please DON'T. The last thing we need is a zillion units of 5 desh for 10k clogging up the market. Limiting the slots and times keep it dynamic, and forces people to actually think about what they put up, and price competitively. If you're spending that much time relisting 200 items, its because no one wanted to buy the junk in the first place.

Why would it require editing the dialogue again? Animation perhaps, but given that a quarren is just a human in a rebreather mask (that is itself animated), its far less than you are implying. Moreover, they already have the face linking for speech done for trandoshans, mon cal, togruta, nemoidian (anything with significant cut scene time).

With gear matching in 1.3, the social armors will match the armor type, so a medium armor user in a light armor circlet will still get medium armor rating. Hopefully they eventually just add "hide companion head slot" and companion color matching. Bioware just doesnt want to admit their gear is plain ugly though.

This. Also will I have to re-install an augment kit on any of the organges I crit pre 1.3? For example, I wear augmented nylite robes at 50. They are lower level, because frankly, your higher level robe armor is hideous. I'll now need to put in higher end augment kit? This basically kills crit synthweaving, robes at least. No one wants the upper level robes, with spikes, tubes and 5 feet of shoulder pad blade sticking out. The simple black and red robes of lower levels were pretty much the only sellers... perhaps if you opened up the oranges to many of the skins already in game in green/companion gear we might have a place at least making base oranges you cant get elsewhere. After this, it looks like we're just augment makers, and churning out trash belts/bracers to grind into kits (since the system doesn't weight what you grind into augment kits).

Include a toggle to have you speak through a Czerka Universal Translator. "Problem" solved. Also, the number of races which CANT speak basic that people are asking for are incredibly small. Wookies, Jawas, and that's about it. Rodians, Mon Cal, Togruta, Trandoshans, Ithorians, etc all can speak basic.

Modulate the voices to simulate the ithorians double throat or the rodians lisp when speaking basic.

For rodians, mon cal and trandoshans at least, its not major additional work. The head skeleton is already in place with the connecting points. If an alien with a humanoid skeleton appears in many cut scenes, its basically ready to go as a player race. You just need to add different coloration patterns, fringe, antennae, whatever to allow customization. Also all of these (and ithorians) can speak basic.

Not to mention it slows down the game even more. I like the 2 day market. It keeps it constantly churning, and frees us from zillions of listings of 2 bondar crystals for 10k...

Hutts and Ithorians can both speak basic.
