  1. 8-9k project? sure... (unless you are talking about adding in the extra damage from project proc), even if that was true on a equal gear player with WH then relics/adrenals do not drop that damage by 50%. If you rely on relics/adrenals to be an effective burst class, then you are only effective once every 1.5mins? This extra damage loss from timed adrenals will be lost on everyone, not to mention healers losing out too, but will it really "kill" a burst class? no way.
  2. 6 NA PvP East Servers still in the air on what is happening to them:- Anchorhead Belgoth's Beacon Darth Malak Helm of Graush Port Nowhere Vulkar Highway From what has happened it must mean we either are going to be put into our own 3rd NA PvP East location with those 6 or pushed to Prophecy of the Five or Fatman, maybe based on numbers that transfer over to them? What I guess is most frustrating is why don't we get told "this or that" might happen with those servers, because the reply that lists will be slowed down over the next few days and weeks for data almost means those might not even get touched for a while?
  3. Not based on their current process. You will have to wait for paid transfers for that.
  4. My guess is Iron Citadel, Anchorhead, Helm of Graush or Port Nowhere will become the official 2nd PvP East server that the rest get sent too.
  5. As annoying as it is to require this extra work, it's come about from the lack of vision and bad updates. I'm sure you have plenty of work to do, but it is not unreasonable for players to just know what the "plan" is for their server and if you are telling me that these decisions are being made ad-hoc based on transfers on-going then it seems a very much "hit and hope" tactic on movement.
  6. BW says a lot of things... , all which have come true as stated!, while logic dictates that they must do something for each server it doesn't actually mean they will, until it actually happens.
  7. Hutball is a fun game and relies a lot more on tactics, positioning, passing when to kill or not to kill, defence, offence. Most people to seem to hate Hutball hate it because they simply have trouble carrying/passing the ball effectively and/or having the ball and a target marker on their head. The only downside in Huttball is class balance, because some classes have an easier time with the game than others but that happens mostly when the team is playing deathmatch over co-ordination.

I think most of us can understand the logic behind the stages of movement (though the way they going about it is going to be annoying to many people who do not see their server name on the list) but with so many other MMOS coming out soon or betas etc, they are helping to push people away, which is something they have managed to do with every update unfortunately -- which brings us to the mess we are now looking at.
  9. I've been thinking about the possibility that BW leave some servers completely alone and do not implement any action for origin or destination. What will you do if nothing changes for your server, yet you feel it should be either or on the options currently been given out, in partciular with new Ops and rated WZs coming out. I'm from Helm of Graush and feel our server meets the destination requirement but if they fail to offer any option for that server then it leaves little choice when you know groups for Rated WZs are going to be rare and few and far between.

  11. I think BW have bad Marketing teams. Understandably the process will take time and they can't just do all at once; however they could easily release information about servers and where they can go and a start date for transfers, even if that is further down the line, then at least people on that server will know they will be able to move or their server is getting players etc. I hope they take it seriously that releasing information that the server players are on are either destination or transfer servers or if nothing is happening at all, because trust me if some servers are left alone in which people want to move and/or get new players they will quit regardless so you might as well get the info out now.

  14. The last time I did a space mission, probably before I hit lvl 45 on my character, so a good 6 months ago, new space missions = no interest, they have no fun element to them after you've done them a few times in levelling.
  15. You know the worst thing about the lack of reply about copies is that many people here (including myself) were going to try and help on PTS and yet here we are without the ability to do so in a timely manner.

Server transfers are going to be important but the truth of it is that x-server ranked are needed, you want to be able to face multiple teams/groups constantly and it will be better for the matching system. Single server will mean very few teams waiting on ranked and then the amount of teams doing ranked and waiting for them will mean that the match up system will not work because there will be very little variety and in the end if you have a strong team always winning then they will not get any more competition from their server.

  18. A word used often by a member before was Cognizant and it is the key word for everything. If you are cognizant then you are aware on many things, your class, the map, the potential issues/tactics in the WZ etc. Communicating is part of that but then again if you are not aware on what is happening or about to happen then even communication itself can be a bad element. A good player will always have the ability to see whats happening and how to best handle a situation, such as guarding or attacking times etc or reading where pressure is and needs help, watching doors etc etc
  19. Had this happen to me yesterday, got stunned and then was locked in that stun position until I left the WZ, couldn't use abilities or /stuck to fix it. Has happened a few times now to several members.
  20. That statement is so far from the truth, the class is still very viable and I miss the burst from that class when I see healers not being killed by others (burst regardless of relics). The problem is moreso how people use Infil spec, BUT and it is a major thing, the class does NEED a buff, but sucks .... it does not.

I've tanked EC HM and honestly I think the healers in our guild said how the Shadow was far easier to heal over the VG and Guardian; however I would also argue that gear/skill level plays into that but I always felt the Shadow was the best end-game tank, these changes WILL prevent that statement being entirely true; however, I always felt I was an easier tank to heal because I had some good cooldowns useable at the right times. For PvE purposes I feel the nerf on Tele and Stance heal is too much, at least keep the Tele Heal as it was imo.
  22. You need to tell that Deathmatch player that is it not infact... Deathmatch. As a Infil in Huttball you need to play to your strengths and focus on killing people fast, or using your own stealth to get to the line to get passes behind the enemy. A lot depends on your team comp and enemy team comp. I've done Huttball as Infil and KC, and well in KC it is super easy to be the best ball carrier and scorer and an amazing defensive player but Infil is a lot harder if you try to be that same player. If I run Infil, I focus more on defense or harrassing/slowing their healers/carriers. The tactic of using Combat Spec with Sheild + gear is all well and good but you lack so many of the KC talents, namely the force speed removing slows is epic and the 5s tech/force immunity is great to avoid being knocked/pulled, those 2s really makea diff when used correctly. Ultimately I would always encourage to play to the strengths of the tree you are in, too many tiemes ive seen bad carriers or bad DPS for reasons to lose Huttball.

That is only true for PvE Relics and the "clicky" element of those PvE Relics will no longer work inside a WZ (though that means they will work in world PvP, teehee), the PvE Relics will have a smaller bonus, but controlled when you want it, whereas PvP Relics will have the same bonus you see on them now, but proc based so you have no control when it hits, not sure what % proc they will get though.
  24. I agree that the "changes" will indeed make a lot of the FOTM players drop the class. One thing I don't get is how people complain about threat, I have NEVER had threat issues in PvE and I've tanked everything in the game, threat was NEVER an issue for me, threat in this game is so easy to maintain with the taunts pulling threat and also putting you top of the threat list everytime, it is so easy to maintain so they tried to make it look like a big upgrade to our class with the single and AOE taunt changes but honestly if anyone had any issues with that was just using a bad rotation.
  25. I think all specs will still be viable, while we lose the ability to use relics on our burst, that was still only every 1.30sec, so while we lose that aspect of burst the burst remains, Maras/Pyros will also be hit by that from their own burst, so I think I can live with that change.
