  1. from personal experience i couldn't name a best/worst but i will say in rated dps sage commando healer/dps arent viable choices in rated pvp
  2. after all that trash talk you still claim you beat me 1v1 but use an acid trap? you kinda redeemed yourself but now you're losing it if you want to be schooled feel free but you wont beat me 1v1

  4. The reason you were probably told I was glitching by others is probably because im a goal scoring machine and thus was the focus of your team a lot (5goals that match?) It takes balls to retract your statement which I appreciate, you can keep the augment kit.

  6. meh if your popping relics/adrenals at every moment your doing it wrong, used right a shadow can drop a sage before he can react, I havnt come across the macro doubling, sounds kinda lame :z
  7. extra burst? no, we are a burst class .. im not asking for more burst, im asking what people think of removing our significant burst, stealthing around waiting for an opportunity may work in pug matches, but makes you pretty useless in rated battles, a scoundrel healer could ninja objectives just the same and heal, or a shadow tank could and hold more effectively A good inf shadow creates opportunities, with burst as it is, i can jump a group of 3/4 people and burst one down and disappear, rinse and repeat, thats kind of the point of infiltration I enjoy being able to 1v1 any class, since 1.2 that has become more difficult, without relics/adrenals guardians/vanguards will be a complete no-go thus forcing the question, how useless will inf shadow be in rated battles.
  8. upheaval... the relic/adrenal is boosted by the crit multiplier, so it can make a huge difference if im using power/relic and rakata power adrenal, maybe not exactly 50% but its hugely significant and im not talking about relying on relics to be effective, i bag kills regularly and can pressure dps perfectly fine, im talking about being one of the few classes that can pick out a tank and drop 50% of his health in a matter of seconds by catching them out of cd's, the relic burst for shadow can be a game changer, and has been many times in guild 8v8 matches (came from a small pop server this happened a lot) and will (or would have been) a big deal in rated battles... hitting a vanguard without relics/adrenals is fairly fruitless, i guess i just dont like bioware telling me which classes i can or cant kill,
  9. so i hear theres no relic/adrenals in pvp in 1.3? why have bioware included a burst dps class, and then proceeded to null any form of burst dps in the game? first they massively increase expertise, but dont scale our armour penetration accordingly, and now they remove the tactical use of relic/adrenal burst? surely if you have a light armour burst dps class, it is designed to be the anti-tank class.... this has never particularly been the case but now its getting silly... i'm fully modded war hero geared, my (pri) damage tops 1105, running a hybrid build my project will top 8/9k on a good relic/adrenal burst hit on a equally geared sage up to 7-8k on medium armour (again war hero) without relics/adrenals that drops to about 3-4k .. considering my burst uses my entire force and the only adrenals are now supposed to be defensive (further nullifying my burst , what point will there be playing infiltration after 1.3? id just like to know other peoples thoughts on this, i managed to survive 1.2 but i dont see a way out of this, i refuse to play easy mode shadow tank because i die of boredom. looks like im rolling guardian :S
  10. level cap increase? f*** you bioware fix what you already have, dont introduce more stuff that will need fixing 3 weeks after release as well i HATE pve, i despise everything about it, the storyline doesnt compel me in any game, i play for pvp why should i be forced to pve through new content just to stay competative maybe you should consider looking at introducing template lvl 50 pvp only characters that cant access pve like guildwars did in fact, look at the entire layout of the guildwars model down to the way the servers were hosted and you might have a successful game
  11. im amazed how many people take the easy option and play tank spec requires no skill at all props for repping infiltration i regularly crit way over 5k on geared targets, its all about augmented gear and adrenals, keep at it, infiltration is the way shadow should be played, keep it at and fiddle around with your build, ive spent millions perfecting mine, and it dominates every class 1v1
  12. pre 1.2 in my modded bm gear my shadow was hitting reguarly 4-5k hits with proj and shadow strike i never lost a 1v1 to anything other than a marauder once first day of 1.2, i lose my modded gear and im forced to use the new standard bm gear: my hits jump waaay over 5k damage but im a lot more squishy because of expertise cancelling out my defense servers go down - emergency patch implemented - day 2 : my crits drop to 3k, i hit sages with force potency project 450 damage (no bubble) im a lot more squishy and i lose a 1v1 to a guardian.... so basically bioware have said " HEY YOU! this is the armour youre going to wear, this is the damage youre going to do because we say so!" you can kiss the fattest part of my *** bioware, get it fixed.
  13. war hero has lvl 60 mods armouring and enhance but it looks like crap (for shadow anyway) the only reason im going to get it is to rip out the mods and put them in my old BM gear
