Mine is the old guy on Ord Mantell from, I think, the Smuggler's storyline who has quite obviously been sniffing too many of the chemicals he uses to make his explosives.

I've probably said this somewhere else previously, but I'd love to see a "Tatooine Moisture Farmer's" outfit that would give us something really close to Luke's look from A New Hope.

I'm having a similar problem with the Experimental Pilot's set. I finally got around to putting the whole thing on one of my characters and it didn't add the set to my collections.

I have to confess I've never entirely understood this. Did galactic civilization truly never have a standardized way to count the passing of years? (For example, the Common Era/Before Common Era or B.C. and A.D. systems used on most of Earth.) Would Luke, Han and Leia really have referred to the year Rogue Squadron helped free Coruscant as X year After the Battle of Yavin? Or would they have used whatever calendar standard was in use when they were born? It (the ABY thing) always struck me as something that was put in more for the reader to know "Okay, this took place before or after the original movie" than anything that made sense to me.

I left SWG early too. Joined at launch and was gone within six months. I think the tipping point for me happened when I was working my way up the trees to actually become a Smuggler and realized "Hey, wait a minute! Why am I doing this when there's not actually any SMUGGLING for me to do when I get these trees filled in?" It didn't take long after that for me to actually leave, delete the game and toss the discs. I went back to Ultima Online and stayed there until I got hooked on City of Heroes. Now I'm here. So, yeah, I have more nostalgia for UO than I do for SWG. Never felt like I was wasting my time in UO.

I'm pretty sure Ultima Online is still around. Let me check. Yep. Here it is.

In my personal opinion, the thing they should do to take advantage of the hype for the next Star Wars trilogy is advertise, advertise, ADVERTISE!! Advertise the game on radio. Advertise the game on movie screens. Advertise the game on TV. The general public cannot play a game if they do not know it exists and most of the people I know out in real life don't know what MMOs even are, let alone SWTOR. Advertising, man. Advertising is the key.

Sooooooo excited for this! Can't wait 'til more details start popping. Hoping for ease of customization similar to that of my old City of Heroes base. Being able to craft stuff for the Stronghold sounds real nice, too. Wonder what kind of special materials it'll require. I may have to actually start running Ops for the first time ever in order to get what I need to make my new online home look just right. Well done, BioWare. Well done.

I would add the Robust Chat System that I posted in the Suggestions area some time back. I would remove...I'm not really sure that I would remove anything since I'm sure that no matter what I'd choose, there would be someone out there who enjoys it and I wouldn't want to take it away from them. There are some things that I don't enjoy, but I just don't do those things so...meh.

It's my opinion that at this point, Sidious pretty much abandoned all sense of subtlety and cunning and was openly mocking Murphy's Law, daring it to act against him. Murphy, True God of the Multiverse that he is, glanced down upon dear old Palpy, said "Really, dude? Really?" and proceeded to utterly eff up every single one of Palpy's plans.

Considering all the time I spent working on my bases in City of Heroes, I imagine I'll spend a lot of time with this too. Nice.
