In my 5 years of playing I only ever played the Consular class past level 30 once and that was back in 2012 or 2013.
After making a Consular for this event, I am enjoying the class and story a lot more then I remember. I think rolling it as a female helps since the male voice is terrible... Seriously Nolan North was miscast, he should have been the Smuggler voice, Nathan Drake style

PSA: Don't start the KotFE stuff until you get a character of the opposite faction to 65, otherwise that character will get the crates instead of your main.
Chapter 16 won't be out for 3 more weeks so it isn't a problem right now.

Cathar honor sword - on a imperial agent. How can I give that to another character? I only got force user stuff..
Vector might be able to use it? If not Xalek in KOTFE can.

They are suppose to be changing them to bind to legacy in the next patch according to rumor. So hold on to it for now, or equip on a companion that can use it, or put a mod in it, and then unlock account wide through collections.
They won't be making these items bind if legacy, as legacy items can not be added to collections.
They're trying to implement a work around for the collections and light vs dark packs. Some people will get packs on different characters. Say you got half a set on one character and half on the other, you have no way to combine it. They want to make it so you can.
As for weapons on characters that can not use them, give it to a companion to unlock.

these exploiters are being protected by swtor for some reason. hundreds of accounts of exploiters served up on a silver platter online 24/7. it's like they are getting a cut out of it. what other explanation is there. no group of 10 people or whatever is this dumb.

Starting to think you're also a credit seller at this point, how else would you know of such accurate statistics? Of course you would know all about them and how they operate. You also defended them calling the sites they sell from "safe"... Yeah credit card fraud is a real good definition of "safe"...
I'm sure you and your colleagues have found a more effective farming tool then TH though, got to take out the competition right?

there were more than 250 of them all in one place, juggernauts in the fury space ship. then they moved to random places once threads were made about them. then it's easy to see them standing in front of vendors 24/7
Pictures next time or it didn't happen... Can't say I ever seen that many people on a class ship ever and I have been playing since launch.

you guys don't know much about anything. you don't know how many hundreds or thousands of accounts are running treasure hunting lockbox missions. but we do know it is definitely hundreds or more. and yes i did count them. easy to add them to your friends list and then add them up. since they moved to random locations it's harder to add more and count them but it can be done.
i think there are at least 600 accounts running lockbox missions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. probabkly a great many more than that. it's the main reason the gtn is a joke with massive inflation as they sell their credits for really cheap to the population.
Oh I'm sorry we're not experts on SWTOR Inflation caused by Treasure Hunter Lockboxes... You counted them you say? You went around to every server 24/7 looking for idle toons and just assumed they where all farming TH Lockboxes?
Since we're making assumptions I'm going to assume most, almost all players don't buy credits from credit sellers and instead earn easy credits elsewhere... Heroics for example. I ran lots of heroics last week preparing to get credits for toons I'd make during the event and made somewhere around 9-10 million credits running heroics on 6 different toons... But I'm sure Treasure Hunter is the main reason. Of course.

Yeah the 40% to 50% bonus XP is such a big deal....
The leveling for Subscribers with all the free XP boosts is fast as it is, with the 40% boost from the first 2 tiers of gear it's way overkill already.

You have been posting on the forums for a month and don't have one comment not related to Tressure Hunter ... Might be time to give up...
Or just join them at this point if you where smart and pick up Tressure Hunter on your main if it's such a gold mine.

If Bio-Mal-ware continues to give it's loyal customers a gigantic middle finger at every turn, I'd say no more than a year.
This game is at the point of needing server merges (AGAIN) and yet Bioware still doesn't value it's customers. If it weren't so ridiculous, I'd say they are purposely trying to tank this game...
Oh here comes the over reactions and assumptions again... Game dying, subs being treated unfairly....
Get over it, these comments have been around for the last 5 years and will be around for another 5 years as the game goes on

They did say "either Republic or Imperial version" of those Flashpoints on the Event page, if I recall correctly.

But I'm not sure I have a favorite class combat wise, I don't enjoy Operatives and Sentinels so those wouldn't be considered. But the rest are pretty equal

Have not done that one yet.
But I only have a Republic character in this event so far and did Maelstrom Prison, once I completed the Tactical, The Foundry also got checked off. When I did Taral V however Boarding Party was still unchecked.
Not sure if the first case is working as intended or the second.

Anything good looking is reserved for cartel market. Event armor shells are hideous rehashes in most cases. It's a shame that they didn't make anything Jedi/Sith themed for DARK versus LIGHT event.
So yeah, use appearance tabs. :{
Except pretty much all the items in the packs are Jedi/Sith...

You do exactly the same when you use items for more than one char. And your companions benefit from this too . In this case xalek and two classes. Forever.
I would propose to make the items bound to legacy. They made the items bound so you dont sell them right away which would interfere with the CM packs.
Making them legacy bound means they can't unlock in collections, not a good solution.

Getting to 50 on my first LvD toon I only got one rare deco the rest of the items were very ordinary bronze items you find for under 50k on the gtn. Nothing I would ever pay to unlock so I just deleted them.
Now considering deleting the toon and starting the same class over again.
Rewards are legacy based, you can't get the level 25 or level 50 rewards twice. No point to restart for rewards

You mean all that HK themed crap that spammed into my mailboxes? Stuff I have never used and have no interest in. Those were not my idea of rewards.
They don't have to give anything at all... The 525 cartel coins a month is also a Subscriber reward.
