  3. And only seems to happen when we're solidly winning. I've had to deal with this in no less than 20matches since the patch. It's really frustrating as it takes long enough to complete the weekly now they've murdered Ilum.
  4. I'm gonna give it a chance. If its too much of a nerf they'll just lose a sub. Simple as that. Scoundrel is wicked fun to play. I took years of beatings from Blizzards nerfbat as a Druid. Though it won't take much more to break my Scoundrels back at this rate. I wont be shoehorned into healing again.
  5. Despite what people post about subs from a couple months ago and not current, and sure as hell are all active. People are leaving in droves. There is a drop of populaton across almost every server, though plenty are taking a bite of the big **** sandwich and rerolling on a populated server hoping to be able to transfer their main. Hell we started with 2 capped guilds. 1000 people, now barely 300 with alts in one guild. And maybe 50 of those are really active.

  7. Yeah if your BM geared, in mostly Champ and Rakata with a couple Cent pieces its next to impossible to burn down a healer solo with my limited interrupts. The cooldowns are just too long to effectively do anything. When Im specced heals its like God mode, and Im the weakest healing class at that, the others have it super easy mode. All the DPS nerfs that are coming are gonna make healing that much more powerful. You already see exponentially more healers in WZs since the last changes. Expertises favors healing and is more balance as 2 DPS with equal expertises will have equal bonus dmg and reduction, but a healing has a healing bonus on top of all that.

  10. It isnt the first time weve been hit with the nerfbat, I saw it coming, comes with being the least played class. Blizz did the same thing with Druids. Now Biowares whipping boy. lol How do you feel about your class changes? I know most are sleeping right now but the few posts that are up arent looking very positive. Did anyone actually get buffed? I dont know enough about the other classes to know what Im reading.
  11. Twice in a few months. 12sec cooldown from an instant is truly garbage. If you want to burn a vanish to use it again you shouldnt have to wait. RIP Scoundrel/OP As if they werent already the least played class in the game.
  12. Smuggler General Dirty Kick can now be used while moving. Players can now "Crouch" (but not roll into cover) while immobilized. Smugglers can no longer be pushed out of cover via the "cover integrity" mechanic, which has been removed from the game. Gunslinger Due to changes to the Gunslinger skill trees, Gunslingers have had their skill points refunded. Flourish Shot now additionally inflicts trauma, reducing all healing the target receives by 20% for 9 seconds. Saboteur Hot Pursuit has been redesigned. It is now located in Tier 4 of the skill tree and makes Quick Shot cost no energy for 6 seconds after leaving cover. Incendiary Grenade has been improved. It now deals more of its damage in the first few seconds and snares affected targets. If the initial hit strikes a target affected by your Shock Charge, that target is stunned for 2 seconds. Pandemonium is now located in Tier 2 of the skill tree. Sabotage's range has been increased to 60 meters. Sharpshooter Burst Volley has been redesigned. It now triggers from dealing damage with blasters and increases Alacrity and Energy regeneration for 10 seconds. This effect cannot occur more than once every 30 seconds. Deadeye is now a 3-point skill that provides the same overall effect. Holed Up is a new 2-point skill located in Tier 6 of the skill tree that reduces damage taken from area attacks by 60% while Hunker Down is active. This change allows the Sharpshooter to remain in cover more often in situations that force other classes to rapidly change locations. Snap Shot's tooltip now correctly mentions that its effect cannot occur more than once every 6 seconds. Functionality has not changed. Dirty Fighting (Gunslinger) Bombastic now correctly requires Shrap Bomb. Hemorrhaging Blast no longer has an Energy cost. Hold Your Ground's cooldown reduction for Pulse Detonator has been reduced to 2.5 seconds per point. Holdout Defense now increases Blaster Whip damage by 4% per point. No Holds Barred now increases critical chance by 1% per point. Reopen Wounds now increases the critical chance of Wounding Shots and Speed Shot by 4% per point. Wounding Shots now costs 25 Energy (down from 30). The weapon damage component of this ability has been reduced by approximately 15%, but bleeding damage remains unchanged. Scoundrel Due to changes to the Scoundrel skill trees, Scoundrels have had their skill points refunded. Back Blast now has a 12-second cooldown and deals approximately 5% more damage. Diagnostic Scan's tooltip now displays the full amount healed over its duration. Shoot First now has a 7.5-second cooldown. Tranquilizer now gives an appropriate error message if used on Droids. Upper Hand no longer triggers a "grunt" sound effect when it occurs. Sawbones Emergent Emergencies now additionally increases the maximum stack limit of Upper Hand by 1. Healing Hand now also increases the duration of Upper Hand by 2 seconds per point. Homegrown Pharmacology now additionally reduces the Energy cost of Kolto Cloud by 2 per point. Kolto Cloud has been rebalanced. It now has a 15-second cooldown, heals over 6 seconds, and heals for approximately 10% more than before. Patient Studies now additionally increases the speed at which Diagnostic Scan channels by 15% per point. Scrapper Brawler's Grit is now a 2-point skill. Flanking is a new 1-point skill located in Tier 3 of the skill tree. It reduces the Energy cost of Back Blast by 5. K.O. no longer experiences a delay in its knockdown effect. Sawed Off now increases the damage dealt by Back Blast. It is now located in Tier 5 of the skill tree and requires Flanking. Sucker Punch now costs 10 Energy (down from 15) and deals approximately 10% less damage. Turn the Tables has been redesigned and is now a 2-point skill. It no longer increases damage dealt to bleeding targets, but increases the Energy gained by Pugnacity and the damage dealt by Sucker Punch and Flying Fists. Underdog no longer increases Energy gained by Pugnacity. This effect is now part of Turn the Tables. Dirty Fighting (Scoundrel) Hemorrhaging Blast no longer has an Energy cost. Holdout Defense now increases Blaster Whip damage by 4% per point. No Holds Barred now increases critical chance by 1% per point.
  13. I worry about dying to pebbles than anything else. Then there's that Force Sweep 6k crit I just ate, after all the other attacks lol.
  14. Yeah it was not being a free kill and forced into healing to be viable but when they finally got some damage they nerfed em fron all the QQ then split the trees. But that's beside the point. I played nothing but Druid for years till WotLK and never had Charge bug on me. Hell you pretty much HAD to have it to ever kill an ice mage or any class that can kite. Rogues had to spec into Shadowstep, and that's fine you should have to lose some dps for what amounts to a pvp spec utility.
  15. I had a 2.2 dual core, core gt 300(some bestbuy stock one) crap vid card, 32bit Vista OS, 4GB RAM, and a 120GB low RPM HD. I got 30+ fps in wow in a raid/bg on medium settings. It delivered 10-20 in swtor on low. Unplayable stuttering. Ok, so I upgrade to a Gt 500 something series vid card and I get 20-30 on low. Barely playable. I break down and build a 6 core 3.2, 1 TB HD, 64bit windows ultimate 8gigs RAM. And still don't break 40fps on high settings AND it still isn't as detailed or textured as WoW was with my old garbage rig. And I know there's people with less rig getting better performance. But I'm sure it's not the engine.
  16. Yeah but that's the issue with people that have absolutely no interest in alts. They just unsubscribe. And never come back. Bioware screwed themselves by artificially keeping the pops low so the servers didn't melt. And now most of us are paying the price for them choosing a subpar engine that couldn't handle things, AND releasing the game with all the glaring performance issues. I love the game, and I really hope they can see that transfers would retain so many people like me that have unsubbed.

  18. Cuz staying and dying to your pocket healer is much more honorable. Rofl. That is the funniest thing I've ever heard. Hell yeah, I'm gonna wait for my vanish/WZ que, gank someone and get away. It's efficient life management skills. You don't contribute if you're dead. That healer was down to 15% and healed himself to full!!! Coward!!! QQ I can't wait for logs when people can actually find out where those huge crits are coming from. Never even seen a 4k crit on a fresh 50 with a power relic and crit adrenal AND damage icon buff. Granted I'm only in Champ/ We CAN top damage, just gotta spec DOTs and spam Vital Shot the whole match but you'll never kill anyone. :/
  19. Problem is people memory, we pop out of stealth and only take off 20% life and kill them(which stealth classes are inclined to jump on low health people) that will stick in their more than the 3k 3k 5k crits that came a few seconds before.
  20. I'd like to see how many are active. $15 really is a drop in the bucket. Though the people that love the game are just swarming to populated servers and planning to move their alts when transfers come available.

  24. You could just pretend one is a sun and one a moon since we can see both during the day sometimes Actually never played an mmo with a cycle(dont remember if SWG had one) but something is better than nothing.
  25. The way some people pvp i believe they use the blindfold method lol. It's also useful for the brightness of the monitor not keeping you awake after you've been on it at night.
