  1. Lethality is a joke and not viable for anything. Don't play it.
  2. Lethality is terrible. It is probably proves more than any other tree just how incompetent class developers are. It sucked before and still sucks now. Alacrity was supposed to be this ultra powerful thing, but it blows and is barely noticeable. No one plays lethality for long, generally like me they try it until they realize it sucks. Operatives are again healers and healers only in WZs. Concealment is effective single target, but low survivability. I frankly hate that my most developed toon is an op. I have been playing since the game started and the devs cannot get this class right. The tree is worthless crap. Terrible job.
  3. I am not talking for pve. I am talking pvp. Where speed and response time is an issue. Auto assist should be a button you can select where your pet simply attacks the same thing you do. But currently its busted.
  4. Well, sort of. Because the pet responds slow. I often have to spam it, because it doesnt respond well, its like it can be taunted or something. I cant tell it to attack while hidden because it will often blow my stealth before the hidden strike lands. When I hotkey auto attack, it often doesnt assist me. Lokin is also collosally screwed up. I activate rakghoul form in stealth jump out, attack and he goes out of it, starts shooting people instead. And of course it is his pet NOT my target. Auto assist is easy enough to do, why hasnt this game actually done it? Another small reason the game is in trouble. Little details like this.
  5. As an op, I have limited keystrokes to get the drop on someone. I have to act fast. My companion also has to act fast. When I attack I want to KILL my target. Not be gentle with it. Not have my companion attack some random mob. Not have it attack his companion. I want it to assist on me when I attack. I dont want to have to spam control 1 or some hotkey to do this because when doing that I am not lacerating, backstabbing and stunning my opponent to death. Help me. How can I make Vector...just kill the same guy immediately? I could in wow. Why not here?
  6. I understand we can do "something" by taking what few abilities we have and make ourselves useful. But that is not what measures us. All classes can take a few abilities and make themselves semi useful almost anywhere. What measures us is how well we do at tanking, dps and healing. If we are subpar at all 3, then we are ofiicially useless. I know a couple concealment ops. They are ok. Frankly an OP jumping me is cause for laughter. I can dot my way through our damage. Dont even need to inject. And as for 6-7 hits, I was three shotted the other day. With 1170 expertise. Maybe the best OP ever in the history of swtor can somehow keep up, but just being a good player doesn't cut it. The class is busted. Broken. Shattered. I play it because it is a challenge, but I know we are limited.
  7. You do damage. You heal. You tank. Thats what wins. Those are not support roles. EQ bards were support roles. Being a class with stupid fluff abilities that make one pve group a tad easier, but make you generally suck does not make you a viable class. Healing is a prime component of the game. We suck at it, like every other aspect of the game. You don't have to listen to me as an OP to verify it. I have seen posts from other classes that basically agree. No one in my guild really thinks we are that good. Did I miss something? I don't even see "nerf us" posts here any more. Nothing points to our viability as a class, period. We suck at every phase of the game in both pvp and pve. We strike fear into no one as a pvp force and the only reason I even get pve spots is because sorcs want less competition on their rolls for gear. A flash bang grenade, stealth and debilitate do not make us a viable class. We are worthless and everyone knows it.
  8. I hate the "support class" term. It basically means your class sucks. There are only four classes in this game. Can they be somewhere in the area of balanced? Because presently we do nothing well. Our healing sucks. Our DPS sucks. Hence we have no role in this game and Bioware has no clue what they are doing. Only reason I still play this POS class is that I view it as a challenge to become the best at an awful class rather than bounce like every other EZ mode or FOTM out there.
  9. Hello Despite by best efforts I have not been able to locate a good armor refit guide for pvp healing ops. I have made a set of field medic pvp gear but I honestly do not know what pieces should go where to maximize my healing output and pvp effectiveness. How much expertise is too much? How much should I raise cunning over other stats and how do I get the set bonuses? I am stuck and could use some help figuring it out, as I cannot get good answers. Prolly because we arent played that much. Thanks
  10. Turrible would be an upgrade. I have never played a class in any mmo that was this useless in every possible phase of the game. Pve tank/dps/heals and pvp tank/dps/heals. 1.3 will basically bury me as a healer. Might as roll gank spec and hope for the best.
  11. I am sorry but when the raid leader needs "more dps" than they have, or better healing then they have, they dont think "oh hey! lets get an OP in here!!!!!!! that will solve my dps issues. " Nobody gives a crap about our crowd control. everyone else has something close. That is why it is not fun to play an OP. You suck at everything and are good at nothing. You have no niche. Bioware devs screwed this class up bigtime and are too ignorant to fix it. Oh and our pvp blows too.

    Everything hits too hard in pvp. Cannot keep anyone up except myself. Maybe I buy another guy 5-6 more secs. Should I even bother healing anymore as an OP? Cause the game needs to either crush dps or boost healing. Currently healing unless you are a busted class is a waste of time.
  13. Right now the game is basically unplayable. There is no one playing on Naddist rebels. 11 people imp fleet primetime. Pvp wait was 50 minutes tonight. To get rolled by a geared group of rebs who basically are the only guys who enter warzones on their entire faction. The same 8 guys. Against our 6. For all I know they are the only 8 that even exist on the pub side anymore. Now individually I dont mind being undergeared. Or outnumbered. Or having to wait 50 mins. But the combination is horrible. Add that I cannot find anyone to gank, kill, or even friggin duel any more anywhere. I mean anywhere. Hoth one person. Tattoine one person. Hell the exploiting credit farmers are even gone off corellia. And one more thing. When...for the love of *#*@&*#& (that was a self edited cuss word) are you going to fix the stupidest mechanic flaw in the game.....the need to REGROUP after every single damn game. I thought the first week, oh im sure this will go away soon... But it hasn't. You have to regroup and clear everyone's que after every... single...game. When I am trying to collect thousands of badges, don't you think this should be corrected? Is that going to get fixed in 1.3? The thing is- I like the game! But I cannot even play it.
  14. I completely agree. 8 man ques= horrible idea with the present server populations without a merge or cross realm pvp.
  15. I did not think the 8 man ques were a good idea to begin with. I fly solo and feel I should not be made to be some sacrificial lamb to some powergamers. Until they do either a server merge or massive cross realm pvp, 8 man ques are a stupid idea, and even then I am not sold.
