  1. I went BM wep 2 WH implants. Cash in recruit buy what you need champion relics. Leaves yah with 650 ranked so you can get the WH earpiece really fast. I skipped recruit chest since the xenotech was good enough to hold me over till the BM piece. Then I got BM from most expensive to least and that took a week. Now working WH from chest on down(just was the BIS stat wise for me)
  2. I don't rage quit. But I do fall victim to Biowares error 9000 here and there(never a losing game either) But I can understand people saying screw it when 2 recruit noobs are fighting on the bridge and the door gets capped unopposed. Blatant stupidity is hard to swallow sometimes.
  3. I'd be happy with a WoW style trinket that breaks stuns on a short cooldown that you have to trade for the loss of the dps/survivability. Though maybe it automatically fills your resolve when you use it would make the trade office worth it.
  4. Having a BM geared Smug and Sin before I have to mostly disagree Yeah before the first nerf Smug could bang out a 10k crit, but has always been squishy. That nerf was needed, 2nd not so much. 1 interrupt or guard would negate 90% of their DPS(or a well timed CC break) as well as all that DPS relied on coming from stealth. Sin was strong, sure we could tank 3 people till help showed up,(blowing all cooldowns and certainly not lasting as long as a mara can)but never have we enjoyed the guarantee that 1 of those, maybe 2 would be going with us. Nor was our escape certain or our self heal as anyone smart could interrupt the channel. Much less a gap closer on that short of a cooldown.
  5. It does not always work like that. I've counted 10+ seconds on a daily basis. As well as vanishing and NEVER dropping combat.
  6. If you were to implement it you'd have way too much QQ because some classes have harder hits than others. If have to work something along the lines of a static amount of damage from all sources breaks the CC. 6-7k maybe, or 30%of your hp to balance it with people with larger health pools. It annoys me to no end when I see some noob fill a resolve bar as he's crossing the finish line and my jump into the pit and pull move whiffs.
  7. Noticed it first time last night, looked like the player was running one way but sliding another way toll they dropped I to our pit and disappeared. And there was 2 of the same player about a yard apart.
  8. This. You have your usual 4-6 people you roll with and do well most every match. Then IF you happen to get another 4 people they are not used to playing big team, or they are not up to par to play at that level. We got rolled with just a few medals a piece our first night we ventured in. 1 guild back to back and it wasn't even funny. There isn't even time to work on strategy when you die that fast. And anything less than BM is just a joke in Rates. So why get stomped(and have to wait longer for a que) when you can win and max out medals while possibly finishing the match a lot faster. Or getting a couple 4mans and it's be a challenging loss. I think the majority will choose the latter.
  9. They'd have to initiate a gear score type of stat and the disable any equipping in the WZ to prevent people from queuing in recruit and then swapping out.
  10. It's not strategy if you dont know the current state of the gate, its blind luck. If there were a visible gate timer then yeah you could feasibly slow dps to drop people kafter it resets. Now it's just dps everyone down as fast as possible and hope they all don't run out 5 seconds you drop half the team. Which I've seen countless times. There should be same duration individual respawn timers. That way you'll never be in the position to respawn and watch in futility as the screen goes back up before you can run out. Which eventually triggers the kick response before it lets you out again. Pretty telling evidence that people are getting stuck in there longer than intended.
  11. There is no rated team that won't have a healer guarded unless they are terrible. With full BM gear 2WH implants(1200ish exp) and earpiece a geared will 3-4shot me. Pref nerf Smug was OP, but they have no gap closer(stealth is not a distance closer) a joke of a defensive shield. And no immunity when vanishing. And all that damage was reliant on gettin the jump from stealth. Last night guarding easy in NC and Mar just comes up and says "call your friends you can't beat me alone" 2nd person shows and the Mar drops me 50% in the first rotation with AOE taunt up. No other class enjoys or has ever had that kind of overall power.
  12. Locks were always crazy but nothing stupid, granted Druids can cleanse. Rogues were always more of a pain to me. And pallys. Jugs are strong, but I don't run into problems like I do with Mars. But frankly it seems there's a lot less of them.
  13. Sniper makes short work of any class... When noone is paying attention to them. Sure the game isn't scaled on 1v1, but any Mar is capable of 2v1 and likely to kill both if decently geared. 3v1 the Mar will die but still take someone with him.
  14. There was an addon for WoW with that but it was tied into combo points. The overlay feature would be awesome. Average DPS would make things like rotations and whatnot easier to figure out.
  15. And if youre not dead leaps right back since its not tied to resolve. The leaps away again.
  16. No pvp stat, and everyone is max level with all skills, no bolster. Sounds good. If only it weren't another fantasy genre...
  17. Ok so you stun em during UD and focus the healer. Hes pretty much getting full health while(a decent) healer is kiting or vanishing then he's right back to face rolling people. (3-6shots for someone geared?) so he drops another person and it takes 3 people focusing him again while at least another 2 are putting pressure on the healer. 2 people effectively controlling 5, not even talkin about the rest of their team) and then healer vanishes when you focus him, he follows suit. Stealth scan pops him out, too late hes full health again. But hey we finally got his healer! Which we all know every rated team only brings 1 healers. And the rest of his team is standing around not dpsing, not capping, or pressuring anyone And your other 3 teammates can hold their own against the other 6 of his team!which is likely if they are also that class) That's a lot of "I win" buttons. Which no other tank can touch, even pre nerf Assasins weren't that BA. Only dps face roll I've even seen like it with them is before the first nerf Smugglers, I have one and agree the first nerf was needed. And pyros, but they have 0 I win buttons. Along with all those interrupts...
  18. Increased stealth is a must or you will be seen fr forever away. Even with increased stealth detection skills it's not easy to detect someone with improved points. Though anyone serious about vanishing will use their cleanse beforehand. Though for Ops/Smugs can still be dotted with Force attacks(crushing darkness)

Because every WZ there is a stealth scan close by or use that stun with no cooldown(which face it, a good team your gonna be using those to stop his healer) and of course his resolve bar won't be full from trying to stop that freight train dps. No other class can be absolutely untouchable with a vanish cherry on top. Even before the Assassin nerf we could never face roll people like that. If there's no healers I'll guard them now because they can mow people down so fast.

War is hell and Sith deal in absolutes. Victory through superior firepower. Shock and awe. Whatever you want to call if.
  21. Nope, and of they continue to get ganked it's not grief it's Darwinism at its finest because they don't release to medical.
  22. Simple solution: don't do stupid stuff. Pay attention(it's amazing I can still ninja a node when someone is 5yd away as I'm easily in view because they have ADD), get your gear right,iof you have scrub gear go guard a node or latch onto a WH title an help them stay alive long enough to wreck someone. If you can't wrap your mind around focus fire/don't break CC/kill marks target you should play Pacman or Hello Kitty Adventure Island. MMOs are probably not for you.
  23. It's the same with everyone's fascination with south in Novare. Noone ever sends more than 2 to the natural turret. 2-3 stealth(especially with force speed) can easily overtake that node while a tank spec slows them at south and you get your natural turret easily. But people wanna deathmatch...
  24. Except your cooldown is ticking like it did go off which is garbage.
